This hotel had a nice aesthetic however the staff was lethargic and and lacking any enthusiasm. They didn’t look up from the front desk at check in, they don’t offer to help with bags. The also cut off the electricity in the room at 11:45 when your getting ready for check out, just a very low class atmosphere and definitely not the accommodation for someone who thought this place would be nice because of how it looks. This hotel is also very expensive compared to the rest and is in a bad rural location. The air condition in the room barely worked, when I walked it the room it was almost 89 degrees Fahrenheit and it took about an hour to cool down. The shower also had the previous guests hair all over the shower walls and clogging the drain as well as soap scum everywhere. They also put water in the refrigerator which you would assume is complimentary because of how much your paying however they charge astronomical prices for them when you check out and take from your deposit so that you get almost nothing back. Overall rating is a 1.3 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend at this point as the accommodations are of poor quality, the attention to detail is lacking, and the thought of appreciation for the customer by providing a good service is far behind for this price point. The lobby is also not air conditioned so it is very hot...

I stayed this Service Apartment for 1 night. Not in the main road of Ladprao 122,124 . you might get there by car or taxi. ||||No evaluator that mean you have to take stair to 2nd floor.||||I booked this hotel via website but no information about this to front staff. they have to check again by make a phone call.||||Room size : Very big room , 1 small refrigerator , No hair dryer in room , No toothbrush available. bed isn't clean.||||But price is quite cheap compare to hotel in this area.||||Worst thing is no one inform that the electric will cut...
