The Pago Design Hotel Phuket — Hotel in Ratsada

When I was looking at pics of this hotel I thought it’s very beautiful place. But all pics are with a lot of photoshop. The furniture is very old, the room number is dirty.. Instead of a normal bed, there are two dirty mattresses laid on top of each other that are always driving. A very old dead air conditioner, from which there is a strange smell. But the air conditioner doesn't cool enough, I can barely stay in the room anyway because it's very stuffy here. As for room cleaning: yesterday they forgot to remove the balcony and a cloud of ash in the ashtray in my room, and today they woke me up with a loud knock on the door despite the "do not disturb" sign. They also woke me up when called about 01-00 am to tell that I got negative pcr test instead of sending me email like they promised. Don’t try to order some food in their restaurant: it’s too bad. I ordered the shrimp salad, but as an result they brought me a lot of onion with not fresh shrimps. Unfortunately, I have to leave here earlier, because being here is unbearable. The only positive thing is that the staff is cute and is still trying to do something for your being here, even though only one girl knows English from all the staff and she knows it so-so. Anyway, I saw a terminal where you can pay with a virtual card, but they didn't give me a chance to pay the bill using apple pay. To be honest, this hotel has set quite a nasty sediment. No toilet paper at all. I had one when I check in but after no one gave it to me. Stuff is nice but all here is trying to get all your money. This is not worth this money it’s too expensive for this level of service. When I was leaving, I asked to order a taxi for me (they had already helped me and ordered a local taxi at a relatively adequate price). For anyone who comes to Phuket and wants to stay in a reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms, a pool, and a location outside of the city. The Pago design might be a good choice for you. I have the opportunity to stay here during the weekend. After we check-in, my family asked the front desk about the time for breakfast because we have to check out early tomorrow morning and it happen to be before breakfast. Then the reception offers us to cooperate with the chef and prepare our breakfast box in advance, which is really nice. We were lucky that we got the corner room with a wide balcony. The room is clean and not too stuffy. The bathroom was constructed open space without walls while the shower room and toilet are separated into a room. But the balcony does not keep much sound when children come out to play in the pool. There will be a noise that is quite loud. In addition, the surrounding areas may not have many stores. Therefore, I recommend this place to people who have a car. There are many delicious restaurants a little bit further away. You can also visit the old town which is 4 kilometers away, which is quite close for people who have cars. Even though I only had a chance to stay one night. But it was a very good experience. I am still in the hotel , I booked with agoda , my complain was service , service is really worst in Thailand , I have been Bangkok , services are awesome , in this hotel I have been bad experience in here , we arrive in hotel around 11 am , I want to check in early , they said I have to check in at 2 pm , so I asked them why , they said check in time is 2 pm , so I request early check in , one of the lady said I can't , so I rent scooter and go take lunch and come back around 1:50 pm , so I want to check in , a lady said I can't , I have to want until 2 pm , omg I have to wait 10 more mins and at 2 pm I told her to check in , she said OK and she just give me room key and she said there have your luagages , I said nobody send that luggages to my room , she said no , I have to drag all my luggage to my room , I never have been like this experience ever , I don't recommend this hotel , because we are coming for vacation and having fun , not like this kind of experience and sadness , stay away from here and be happy out there with other hotels with good...
