The service should be improved. I ordered a dirty at 12:08, and was told that I needed to wait around 15 minutes. However, I waited till 12:40 and the coffee was still not served, which means I have waited more than half an hour. I can understand that it took time to prepare nice coffee. But while I was waiting, none of the staff informed me that the waiting time would be doubled🙁 I went to the counter and reminded the staff that I haven't got my coffee, they just asked me to wait and there was NO sorry. Finally I got my coffee at 12:44🫤 The coffee was fine, the tuna croissant was tasty, but the attitude and service of the staff just kind of ruined it.

Honestly, one of the best cafes I have visited in Phuket. Hidden in a quiet area, the Sino-Portuguese surroundings gives off a very calm vibe. The staffs were super friendly. The cookies are gooey with just the right amount of sweetness that pairs perfectly with the blue pea coconut ice cream. The dirty coffee was one of the best I had in Phuket, thick, creamy with a very fragrant shot of espresso. I was also offered a free cup of americano which was delicious. Will definitely be back when I am back in Phuket.

By far, my favourite coffee place in phuket. The Phuket Dirty is one of the best dirty i've tasted. So good that we went back for more the next day. The barista creation and Masaguara, Honduras filter coffee was amazing too. would have gone back 3 days in a row if they weren't closed on Tuesdays. Of course, with all the other reviews, you would have known that the barista are all super warm and welcoming. But did you know, they have an amazing playlist too? Now, you'll have to go to find it out yourself.

Honest Coffee in Phuket has become my favourite place for a cup of coffee in town. The quality is consistently excellent—smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made by people who care about what they’re serving. You can really taste the difference in the beans and the way they’re brewed.
