Worst treatment If you are a digital nomads. Avoid this place.!! Internet is unstable and so slow.

We thought we come down to use it at the lobby. And they say 'no'i can't do this. I have to use it in my room. Electricity is for the common area. There is no other solution or anyone saying i can use it here until it's fixed. The staff that lady also miserable.

Just want to response to the reply below from the owner. You are saying I was not a resident ok, true because I only visited my partner for 2 days. My partner signed a monthly contract and willing to roll on. You missed my point here! I told the staff or whoever she was, that the internet was not working in the room. Anything done? NOTHING! That's the POINT! Do you think I would want to work in the lobby? No way! Due to the confidentiality and nature of my work, I wanted to work in peace in the room with a good basic internet which you could not even provide or having some symphathy or a solution on your problem. My partner who was the resident also could not do any work neither! Because you didn't fix any issue with your internet!

The best thing we did after staying here just a couple of days was finding another place even we already paid in full. There are plenty of nicer places and more efficient and the staffs are friendlier. Basic services you could not provide now you missed the point thinking this is just about being a resident. What...
