Luxsna Residence — Hotel in Songkhla Province

We needed a cozy room after travelling by car on the same day, all the way from kuala lumpur. ||We browsed thru and found this hotel at a very reasonable price. No extremely bad reviews and location was reasonably central. So we took a room here. ||What a wonderful suprise. Room was new, clean with a nice cozy bed. I slept like a baby and wifey too found it very difficult to wake up the next day (after a good sleep). ||When i requested for a hair dryer, the service delivery was super fast. Kudos to the hotel reception staff during the day. ||There were a few things the hotel could improve on. Since our stay was a bit short,, didn’t get the opportunity to inform the staff directly. ||1. The breakfast provided. was too simple- just bread and diy coffee/choc drink. Maybe hotel can employ a staff to man an egg station & provide some juices. |2. The water from the shower didn’t appear to flow down. I think the bathroom floor/pavement may be a bit uneven. The shower head for room 203 was a bit spoiled. |3. There is a swimming pool but the water did not appear to be very clean. To be fair, it could be due to the rain from the previous day. ||To be fair, we get what we pay for. It was still reasonably priced despite the 3 items above. ||Wouldn’t mind staying...

We stayed at Luxsna Residence for 4 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. The property is located in a residential area, about a 13–15 minute drive from Lee Garden. It’s a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and resting. Families with young children will appreciate the two swimming pools available.

Despite the affordable rates, a simple breakfast is provided daily, including fried meehoon, chicken porridge, bread, Milo, coffee, and more.

The staff were friendly and supportive, with some able to communicate in both English and Malay, which was very helpful.

One minor challenge is that the elevator starts from the 1st floor, so guests will need to carry their luggage from the Ground Floor (Check-in Counter and Lobby) up to the 1st floor before accessing the elevator to reach their rooms.

While the rooms are not comparable to a 5-star hotel (and one shouldn’t expect that at this price point), they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Luxsna Residence to travelers seeking a quiet, family-friendly, and budget-friendly...

The hot breakfast with self-service toasted bread at the reception from 7 am to 10 pm was a delightful touch. Although we didn't have the chance to use the family-sized pool due to our busy schedule, we appreciated the option.

Throughout our stay, whenever we needed to send our little one and helper back to the room, your prompt assistance via WhatsApp ensured their safe return. Your dedication and going above and beyond truly made our trip memorable.
