A Perfect Stay at Al Jazeera Hotel – More Than We Could Have Hoped For! We spent 7 unforgettable days at Al Jazeera Hotel with an all-inclusive package, and we can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every single member of the staff was incredibly hospitable — always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The positive energy at the hotel made our entire stay feel even more special. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a wide and varied selection that changed every evening, keeping every meal exciting and fresh. Between meals, we enjoyed delicious grills, freshly made waffles, and tasty snacks by the pool. The drink options were plentiful, with a great choice of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the day. The beach was another highlight — beautifully clean, with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, and a full range of water activities right at our fingertips. It was pure relaxation! One night, when my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well, the hotel kindly arranged for him to have dinner served in our room — a gesture that touched us deeply and showed how much they truly care about their guests’ well-being. Another unforgettable moment was seeing how the hotel celebrates birthdays: the entire kitchen team, along with the hotel owner himself, brings a cake and sings to the guests. It’s these heartfelt moments that make Al Jazeera Hotel so special. The owner is truly wonderful — present, caring, and committed to creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for everyone. Every day was filled with fun animations, activities, and events, offering entertainment for those who wanted a livelier experience, while others could simply enjoy peace and relaxation by the sea. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience and cannot recommend Al Jazeera Hotel enough! When we return to Djerba — and we surely will — there’s no doubt we’ll come back to this hotel. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you, Al Jazeera Hotel, for making our holiday so magical!

Exceptionally clean and pleasant hotel. The staff are constantly cleaning, and it really shows—it deserves recognition. Very friendly personnel who greet you with a smile every day. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful, clean beach where you can see a family of camels and some very well-groomed, beautiful horses. Honestly, I’ve never seen such well-kept and stunning horses on a beach! In addition, there’s a pool and plenty of activities for both children and adults. I had a really nice time there, and the hotel would be perfect if it weren’t for three things: 1. The hotel offers virtually nothing for people who don’t drink alcohol but are on an all-inclusive package. You’re limited to drinks from a dispenser, water with syrup, and coffee. It’s a shame—there are so many non-alcoholic cocktails and drinks that could be offered… but instead, I was stuck with water, cola, and artificial juice for the entire stay. 2. A charge for beach towels… this felt like a joke. I needed one towel for one day and was told I had to pay for two towels for the whole stay—there was no other option. It was actually cheaper to leave the hotel and buy a towel in a shop than to rent one at the reception. 3. The food was very diverse but extremely inconsistent. Most of it was bland or honestly bad—even the Tunisian dishes lacked flavor, and the pasta was some of the worst I’ve ever had. All the cakes tasted exactly the same, and there were even instances of undercooked chicken. Despite these drawbacks, I still had a lovely time—there’s a lot to appreciate about this place, especially the cleanliness and warm service.
