Palm Djerba Suites — Hotel in Djerba Island

We stayed at this establishment for a quick one night stay before joining a tour to the Sahara and came right after our trek for 5 more days. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and this 10 unit complex is very well upkept and initimate, very clean. You get all the comfort and amenities of any other big chain hotel, private swimming pool, room service, concierge etc... in a much more quaint and exclusive ambiance. It is also located away from the city centres between Midoun and Houmet Souk, and a 20 minute walk from the nearest access to the beaches. Each room is actually its very own 2 level townhouse with a kitchenette, 1 or 2 full bath, small living room, balcony and good size bedroom with a comfortable king size bed.||The complex features a small convenient store, a restaurant and salon de thé where locals and visitors alike can enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining. While the front desk staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant team is somewhat distant and less enagaging. The food at the restaurant is at par with other Tunisian restaurants around Djerba Island, good but necessarily memorable. FIrst of all, this is not a hotel, it's a kind of Appart-Hotel. including about 10 Suites very lexurious and modern, with a touch of Djerbian history. In Suite, you get your private door closed rooms, kitchen, livingroom and a 40" Led Fuul HD Tv with HD satellite channels.||This Appart-Hotel have a clasified restaurant and a very pleasant Coffeshop. there you get your breaklfast. I loved eating there. so dlicious.||To these 10 Suites is dedicated a large suimming pool !! imagine :)||Djerba Palm includes a 7D Cinema and a enormous Conference room (Over 1000 persons as they told me) so if you are looking for busniss, this is the place to go too.||||Finally, it's located in Mezraya, near to beach & Casino Djerba and about 5 km to reach Midoun Center, where you can buy souvenirs and Visit the city.||||I Enjoyed...

Nous souhaitons exprimer notre grande déception concernant le service lors de notre mariage au Palm Djerba cet été lors de la soirée du 11 Août 2025.

Si nous pouvions mettre une note négative, nous l’aurions mise !

Plusieurs points très importants n’ont pas été respectés, ce qui a fortement nui à l’image et au déroulement de notre soirée : • Le maître d’hôtel n’a pas respecté nos demandes spécifiques, pourtant confirmées en amont. • Nous avons demandé des verres pour servir le jus, mais tout avait été retiré de la cuisine, où il n’y avait absolument rien! C’est juste inacceptable. • La cuisine était dans un état de saleté inacceptable. Le traiteur a dû passer plus de quatre heures à la nettoyer, au lieu de se consacrer pleinement à sa mission. • Les serveurs étaient totalement désorganisés : ils jetaient les boissons et autres produits sur les tables devant les invités, au lieu de les servir correctement. Ils étaient mal habillés, non professionnels et mal organisés. • L’eau en bouteille n’a pas été présentée comme demandé : au lieu de bouteilles de 50 cl, ils ramenaient des packs entiers et les ouvraient maladroitement devant tout le monde.

En résumé, le service a été très en dessous de ce qui était attendu et convenu.

Un mariage est un événement unique, qui ne se vit qu’une fois. Nous attendions un service irréprochable, à la hauteur du lieu et des promesses faites. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été déçus et embarrassés devant nos invités.

Nous vous demandons donc de bien vouloir nous fournir des explications sur ce manquement grave et d’envisager un geste commercial en compensation de cette prestation qui ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus.
