The Grand Hotel — Hotel in Djerba Island

The location is a winner , very close to all accomodations in Djerba houmet souk, The rooms are very simple but not cozy for Hotel room , bathroom has a bad smell ( lack of cleaning products ( using cheap products ) Breakfast is very bad butter and jelly + bread that do not even cost more then 500 Milmime ( less than a quarter $) 😅 for 124TND a night I don't think it's worth the price but this is tunisia 🤣 Service : there are no service to judge or talk about . on the overall if you are there to just sleep it should do well , PS : avoid...

We booked 2 rooms one month ago.Upon arriving , the receptionist ( a woman ) told us that there is no reservation and that they don't have any rooms eventhough the travel agency confirmed the booking with them one month ahead. The reception was impolite and rude . We witnessed that several customers had the exact same experience . I do not recommend this place to anyone. Had a lovely experience with this place , the reception staff ( woman and the man who work at night ) was lovely , helpful and very professional. The hired me a taxi and try to make my trip very easy and smooth . Thank a lot for the best customer service and I really appreciate the help...
