I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the start, there were some challenges with accessing our room. Despite repeated assurances of a one-hour delay, we weren't able to check in promptly. Upon entering the room, it became evident that the cleanliness was far from satisfactory, with hair scattered around and unclean sheets (looked like red and yellow stains from previous guests that someone tried to clean instead of washing the sheets). Despite our efforts to address the issue with the staff and request a room change, our requests were met with confusion and unresponsiveness. This lack of communication and action was disheartening. Throughout our stay, interactions with the staff felt strained, and their persistent requests for tips were uncomfortable and unnecessary. Hygiene standards also appeared to be subpar, as cleaning during meal times without proper disinfection practices was concerning (they kept spraying something in the air to make it smell clean). Additionally, promises of a beach shuttle were unfulfilled, leaving us with a longer walk than anticipated. The hotel doesn't have the beach close to it, as it was stated on the agency's website. The limited availability of sunbeds both by the pool and at the beach created a challenge, and the pool's small size was inadequate for the number of guests. If you manage to find a sunbed, there won't be any umbrellas available- i asked the stuff a bunch of times and they weren't doing anything to fix the situation. Food is edible, but they run out of everything fast. We had all-inclusive service, but they had sodas only 2 out of 7 days, snacks are just 2 types of bread, no fruits, no cold water and if you ask for more than 2 drinks they give you a look, even though it's poured in baby sized plastic cups. There is no WIFI in the rooms, you can only access it early in the morning at the reception- the rest of the time it doesn't work. I honestly believe this is THE WORST hotel I've ever been to.I believe that providing constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues (even though i doubt it). With better communication, improved cleanliness, and an increased focus on guest comfort, this hotel has the potential to provide a much more positive experience...

I have stayed at this hotel 11 days and I couldn’t fault it. It was absolutely wonderful.

The rooms were newly renovated, clean with comfortable beds. We had a big balcony overlooking the sea with a great view. Bathroom was clean with a separate toilet, there was hot water at all times and shower gels, shampoos refilled by the cleaning staff as and when required. They changed our towels daily and pretty sure they did the bedding too although we didn’t ask. The room also had a mini fridge.

NOW, onto the best part - THE FOOD. The food was absolutely amazing, all cooked fresh with lots of variety for breakfast lunch and dinner. They had everything from western dishes to Tunisian dishes and all food was allergy labelled!! I am coeliac and I had something really good to eat every single meal. You could ask the chefs to cook you fresh chicken, fish and rib eye steaks! As a big foodie this was the best thing ever. The snack bar from the pool server fresh wraps and burger which I definitely recommend for an afternoon craving. We also had a la carte Tunisian included for one night which was really tasty and 4 courses.

All staff was really attentive, from reception and guest relations (shoutout to Chaima who was just fabulous and helped us with all our requests at all times) to waiters, bar staff and cleaning staff. Everyone was genuinely really nice, polite and respectful.

The entertainment team was great, lots of activities in the day and also at night. Did gymnastics, aqua gym, played darts and other games. In the evening there were different shows, some better than others but enjoyable.

The beach was okay. It’s a 5 minute walk and it’s a public place. Was fairly clean but nothing amazing. We did go a few times but that’s not a highlight.

The pool was fairly big, clean and around 21C. There is a small gym as well and a spa. The hammam was a good experience.

There isn’t much around like nightlife or bars, however there is a shop, a petrol station and a bus stop literally on the hotel’s doorstep. Very easy to get to both Sousse and Monastir.

I’d stay here again if I come back to Tunisia, especially...

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews, and we spent a wonderful week here. We’re so happy we came that we’re already planning our next visit! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Their smiles and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. The food was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Fresh grilled fish, seafood, and various meats were cooked to perfection. The salads, fruits, and especially the French pastries were delicious. There were so many choices that I couldn't try everything even in a week! The drinks were equally impressive, with the bartenders creating strong and tasty cocktails to suit everyone's preferences. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go. There were plenty of activities by the pool during the day and evening entertainment. If you prefer a quieter stay, ask for a room away from the pool area where the parties can get a bit loud. The hotel is quite popular, so it's a good idea to reserve sun loungers early in the season and be prepared to wait for some of the popular dishes in the restaurant. But if you can accept these minor details, you'll have a great time. The hotel also has a private beach with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It's conveniently located near the larger towns of Monastir and Sousse, which are worth visiting. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to give a special thanks to Aimen, Wafa, Syrina,...
