The hotel was also overpriced considering its condition and lack of essential amenities. To make matters worse, breakfast didn't even include coffee, and if you wanted a cup, you had to pay an extra 60 TLR. There were instances where they ran out of milk for cappuccinos and butter for bread. Despite being a new hotel, construction work was still ongoing, resulting in constant noise and an unpleasant smell.||||However, the worst part of my stay was an encounter with a Turkish gentleman, possibly a manager or owner. He called me to the reception and spoke to me in a condescending manner as if I was staying at his home for free. He complained about my active child and a strawberry stain on the bed linen. It was absurd considering the amount I was paying ($100 a day) and the relatively low cost of replacing bed linen in Turkey. I couldn't help but compare his attitude to the fact that people probably leave all sorts of stains on beds in hotels, such as period blood or sperm stains. He scolded me, suggesting that I needed to be a better mother and take better care of my child.||||On top of all this, the electricity went off multiple times every day, there were no tables for eating or working, and I had to resort to using the wardrobe as a makeshift desk for my laptop. ||||There is no elevator, so you cannot take a baby stroller to the second floor. The surrounding area of the hotel is in construction work, very uncomfortable to go in and out of the hotel. ||To make matters worse, the hotel's "private" beach was nothing more than a crowded area with sunbeds, falling short of my expectations.||||Overall, my experience at this hotel was disastrous due to the rude staff, lack of kid-friendly amenities, high prices, ongoing construction work, and various...
Read moreIt is very sad to read bad reviews about the hotel. As I found it by chance when I ran away from a bad hotel in Karaburun. So it was the current day booking and later I stayed 4 more nights.
The hotel is new and, yes, it has some things to improve. The area outside will be more beautiful in 2024 :) but the room is clean, all furniture is brand new and not cheap. The hotel is stylish. AC is great and super strong, wifi works properly. The hotel has it's own small beach in the beginning of the Ilica beach. I was working during the day and for me it was really good option - cross the road and jump for swimming.
They need to manage the cleaning process during the stay and to hire at least one staff with good English. I also would recommend to care about soundproof. But believe me it is far away better experience than any other hotels in the area. The best part is huge public area - The botanist (cafe for breakfast and drinks). It has great AC also so you can chill there, work or read if you don't like to stay...
Read moreAll reviews about this hotel are fake!!!! Absolutely awful hotel - air-condition doesn’t work properly in the room, theoretically it’s working, even asked reception person to manage it but it just doesn’t give enough cold air. Bed is small and awful, 2 lamps are above your head so every time you hit your head on it. Cheap pillows from awful material on which your head is sweating and very uncomfortable. They changed entrance door to the room during our stay so it has huge gap between door and floor and a lot of light comes inside room from corridor at night. It’s not suitable also for couples with kids as hotel doesn’t have elevator. Also they need to clean room better. Breakfast was good, good quality of food and delicious. Location isn’t bad, next to hotel is pharmacy and different little shops, beach (didn’t check because it doesn’t has sand so can’t call it proper beach). Hotel is new, I think they just finished...
