[TR]: Hayatımda bu kadar amatörce ve saygısızca yönetilen bir işletmeye nadiren denk geldim. Daha girişte giriş ücretini kartla ödersek %10 fazla ücret alınacağını söylediler. Sebebinin de vergi kaçırma ile alakalı olduğuna adım gibi eminim.
Sipariş süreçleri de tam bir fiyasko. Uzun süre siparişi almaya kimse gelmedi. Geldiğinde eksik getirdiler, eksiklerin tamamlanması bile ayrı bir eziyete dönüştü. Yemekler ise 1 saati aşkın sürede servis edildi. Burası bir beach işletmesi mi yoksa organize olamamış bir kermes mi belli değil.
Ancak en rahatsız edici kısım çalışanlara karşı sergilenen kaba ve aşağılayıcı tavırlardı. Ortalıkta dolaşan orta yaşlı işletme sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm birisi personele sürekli bağırıyor, baskı yapıyor, özellikle iki siyahi çalışana son derece küçültücü ve itici davranıyordu. Bu kadar toksik bir çalışma ortamını izlemek bile insanın keyfini kaçırıyor. Umarım o siyahi arkadaşların çalışma vizesi vardır. Gün boyu özellikle siyahi arkadaşlara yapılan tavırlardan rahatsız olduğumuz için şikayet etmek için video da çektik.
Günün sonunda hesapta %10 servis ücreti adı altında 6 kişi olmamıza rağmen 14 adet kalem yazıldığını gördük. Sormak istediğimizde kasadaki hanımefendi ukala bir şekilde “bunu mu anlamıyorsunuz, 10% işte, bu parayı mı veremeyeceksiniz” gibi küçümseyici cümleler kurdu. Teşekkür etmemiz gerekirken sorguluyormuşuz. Yemekleri çok güzelmiş o yüzden teşekkür edecekmişiz bir de. Maddi olarak herhangi bir sıkıntımız olmadığını, sadece neden 14 adet yazıldığını anlamaya çalıştığımızı söylediğimiz halde son derece saygısız ve saldırgan bir tavırla karşılandık. O noktada tartışmayı uzatmak istemediğimiz için ödemeyi yaptık ve çıktık. Yani bu kadar amatör şekilde yönetilen bir işletmenin varlığını sürdürmesi çok saçma. Umarım denetlenmeye geldiklerinde de gelen memurlara bu şekilde yaklaşırsınız.
Bu kadar kötü yönetilen, çalışanların adeta psikolojik baskı altında çalıştırıldığı ve müşteriye de aynı saygısızlığın yansıtıldığı bir işletmeye tek kuruş dahi kazandırmamak gerekli. Kimsenin de böyle bir ortama para kazandırmasını tavsiye etmiyorum.

I have rarely encountered a business so poorly organized and disrespectfully managed. Right at the entrance, we were informed that if we paid by card, it would cost 10% more. This gave the impression of a lack of transparency regarding taxes.
The ordering process was total chaos. No one came to take our order for a long time. When they finally did, the order was incomplete, and having it corrected turned into a separate struggle. The food took over an hour to be served. It was hard to tell whether this was meant to be a beach venue or a random pop-up.
The most disturbing part was the rude and demeaning behavior toward employees. A middle-aged man, presumably the owner, was constantly scolding and pressuring the staff, and he treated two Black employees in a particularly unpleasant way. Witnessing such a toxic environment was truly uncomfortable. I had serious concerns about the working conditions and rights of the staff. We felt compelled to record video evidence of what was happening.
At the end of the day, we noticed that despite being six people, there were 14 items listed as the 10% service charge. When we asked for clarification, the person at the register responded condescendingly, saying things like, “What don’t you understand? It’s 10%. Are you really unable to pay this?” All we wanted was to understand why it was calculated that way, yet we were met with extreme rudeness and aggression. Not wanting to escalate further, we paid and left.
I do not recommend supporting a business that treats its employees with such pressure and shows the same lack of respect toward customers. I hope that when the authorities inspect this place, they will witness the same attitude. I strongly advise against contributing financially to such an...
Read moreAnother place that tried to rip us off at the end.... After paying 10k TL for food. The towel we bought!! , which was told to us by the waiter that it was the only option. ( which they wanted and we paid cash for at the beginning) . At the end A WE WERE LEAVING they said it was a mistake... we hired it and need to return it. So we said we were told it was to purchase as the venue didn't give "used towels" to people. Then on the way out. They said... no you hired it. If you don't pay, We will take the money from the waiter... trying to make us feel bad...!! The big angry mama. .women who sat at the bar, thought she could get more out of these dumb tourists! us
If you read her reply, they are talking about the entrance fee..?? which wasn't a problem to us at all, never a issue...so. where that came from who knows...??
"We should know towels are rented " ?? although we were clearly told we were buying them...
And if you look at the reply she literally calls tourists stupid ..
What courage!! what does that tell you about their impression and professionalism of these places. Please don't go here and Don't feed them..... "you stupid foreigners" !...
Read moreWe lunched at Magosa during our holidays and the whole experience was a pure disaster. Firstly we ordered simple dishes which made 1h to arrive and have to cancel fish dish because of more than 1h30 waiting… Secondly the staff is under qualified, doesn’t speak English (even basics words), and very rude. They didn’t apologize for the wasting time and prefered told us that they were too many clients (we are in August in a touristic area of course they are some people) but the restaurant wasn’t even full. Last but not least they add an extra 30€ on the overall bill just because we went to swim while we were waiting our meal… apparently for them it’s not free to swin in the mediterranean sea. We obviously didn’t want to pay this extra and negociated during one hour more. To be honest the worst ever restaurant experience. When you’ll see the restaurant’s signal one solution, leave as far as you can to enjoy...
