Agree with all the reviews- lovely spacious apartment, beautiful sea views= great choice especially for self catering. Breakfast is basic but you could also go to the lovely cafes||||The nearby beach is literally across the road - best access is through the cafes. It is beautiful but not for playing in the sand or swimming (as the shore is really close) You can use it to relax and sunbathe though.||Ilica beach is a great option just 10 minutes away||||Parking= free on the road just outside though it gets filled up really quickly||||kitchen is well stocked/ There are however no mugs for tea! and they couldnt understand what I meant = they wanted us to buy tea from them (whats the point when it is self catering? ) eventually they gave...

It is located by the sea (maybe 50 meters), and quite close to the charming town "Alacati". If you are lucky, you may get a nice view too.||||Suites (apartments) are superb! Beds are comfortable, furniture is new and kitchen and other facilities are quite adequate. Although was a bit dusty, it was clean too.||||I think the main problem about Delmar is the amateur admins. Reception staff are very friendly but not professional. Breakfast is not of good quality whatsoever. Room service could be better she wasn't need to work alone.||||Delmar has a great potential but not quite there at the moment; at least from my experience. Nevertheless, good value for your money, especially if you are crowded group...

Delmar'da Temmuz.2016 döneminde 3 kişi 1 hafta 2+1 süitte konakladık. Süitler çok rahat, düzenli ve temiz. Çalışanlar her konuda oldukça yardımcı. İlk gün oda ayarlaması ile ilgili yaşanan sıkıntıya bayram tatili olmasına rağmen kısa sürede çözüm buldular. Oda içindeki ihtiyaçları (havlu, tuvalet kağıdı gibi) çok kısa süre içinde giderdiler.||Süitler özellikle küçük otel odalarından hoşlanmayan aileler için çok kullanışlı. İçinde buzdolabı, su ısıtıcı, ocak, mikrodalga fırın gibi iyi marka cihazlar mevcut.||Kahvaltıda çeşit az ama kaliteli. ||Otel konum olarak Ilıca'da. Hemen deniz kenarı. Ilıca'da denize girmek isteyenler için çok uygun. Ayrıca Çeşme'deki diğer koy ve beach clublar ile Alaçatı'ya yakın. Arabanız varsa çok kısa sürede Çeşme'nin güneyinde yer alan Altınkum tarafı hariç her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin hemen önünden Alaçatı-Ilıca-Çeşme dolmuşları geçiyor.||Bir miktar fazla para ödeyip küçük otel odalarında kalmak istemeyenler için güzel bir tercih. ||Otelin eleştirilebilecek tek tarafı ise hemen yanında bulunan gece klubünden tarafta olan odalar gürültülü.
