Rooms Smart Luxury Hotel & Beach — Hotel in Çeşme

I just spend a weekend here with my girlfriend but I also take into account my parents 10 day stay a few months back. ||First of all, the new owner Mert is a very friendly and accommodating guy. He genuinely looks after his guests in a very personable way. His wife bakes wonderful cakes that you can order, didn't try but they look awesome. ||The rooms are small but all have fantastic sea views. He is going to upgrade them over the winter apparently but they we refine now. ||I like the fact it's small but if you like large properties this is not for you. The garden doubles up as breakfast space and it's a good place to enjoy the simple buffet style breakfast. ||The beach that's part of the hotel (you can book everything to your room ) is public so the 200 beds do fill up. The sea is very clear and normal calm unless it's a windy weekend like this one :-)||The next door 7800 blasts very loud tunes from their beach club but bit stops after 130am now. We were out till late due to world up so I don't know this for sure. ||At 140 euro it represents good value in this area, especially compared to the neighbors. I guess it all depends on...

The hotel is located at an amazing location with a green garden leading down to the beach. the staff is very friendly however not all of them speak english. there is no lift in the hotel, but this didn't cause us any issues despite travelling with 2 children, 3 and 6yrs old. the hotel is clean, has absolutely everything you need and i would go back with my husband and kids again! its personal, they liked the kids, food and drinks could be ordered at any hour from the restaurant and there was plenty to do for the kids including a playground, possibility to play football, well working wifi and a good enough pool. although we would go back again, note that the hotel is no luxury hotel. it is a simple hotel for the modern family who do not want to splash out on high end hotels. there is no lift, doors are not sound proof, the curtains are not completely blackening. but we loved it for what it is! a child friendly, clean, service oriented hotel at a top...

Profesyonel bir otel hiç beklemiyorsanız, temizlik ve kalite aramıyorsanız, sadece güzel bir kumsal bana yeter derseniz ancak ozaman burda memnun olabilirsiniz. Biz villa tarafında kaldık. havuzunun dibindeki taşlar tek tek sökülüyor , çok tehlikeli. 2 hafta bu otelde kaldık. Sıcak su sorunu yaşadık, tuvalette kırık vardı , pis bir leke vardı, ve en sonunda tıkanma oldu. Banyosu küfden ve pastan geçilmiyor. Odasının halıları lekelerle dolu ve çok pisti. Odalarda kabloların girdiği büyük delikler var , pirizler yarısı çıkmış şekildeydi çoçuklar için çok tehlikeli. Sorunlarınızı anlatacağınız kişiler var ama ellerinden hiçbirşey gelmiyor. Otelin yöneticisi Mert bey bu şikayetlerinizi bildiği halde size sadece gülümseyerek yanınızdan geçip gidiyor. Biz hayatımızda bukadar pis ve bakımsız bir otelde kalmadık. Fiyatı bu kaliteye kesinlikle çok yüksek. Kahvaltı self servis değil ama hizmetide malesef yarım yamalak.

Cevap verdiginiz icin tesekkur ederim. Malesef otelin bukadar bakimsiz olmasi bizi hayal kirikligina ugratti. biz ocak acinda otelimizdeki yerimizi ayarladik ve hemen odememizi yaptik,Biz otelin renove edilecegini biliyorsaniz, bu sekilde musteriye sunamazsiniz diye dusunuyoruz. Biz tatilimizde de kirik ve tikanmis tuvaletle , bu tuvaleti acmak icin kendimizin gidip tuvalet acici madde almak zorunda kalmasiyla yada halisinda igrenc lekeler olan bir odada ayaklarimizi yere degdirmekten korktugumuz , havuzunun dibindeki taslarin kirik olmasindan cocuklarimizin ayaklari kesilir mi endisesiyle ,banya yapmak istedigimizde sicak suyun akmamasindan dolayi resepsiyona kosmak zorunda kalmak istemiyoruz buda bizim en dogal hakkimiz diye dusunuyorum.Tatile dinlenmek icin geliyoruz stres yasamak icin degil.

Otelinizin resimlerinde bu tarz odalari goremedigimizden sizin koymus oldugunuz resimlere guvenerek bir secim yaptik ve bambaska bir durumla karsilastik. Buda kesinlikle kabul edilemiyecek bir durum ama biz tatilimizi daha fazla mahfetmemek icin fazla tartismaya girmedik. Sizin bize bu sikayetlerimizden sonra geri doneceginiz soylendi ama siz bizimle hicbir irtibata girmediniz.

Kahvaltidaki servis kesinlikle tam degildi. Hersabah siparislerde hep bir eksik vardi. verilen siparis unutuldu ve gelmedi bu basimiza surekli gelen bir sorundu. Bir iki personel disinda guler yuzlu ve isini iyi yapanina rastlayamadik. Bu bizim tecrube ettigimiz bir durum. Bunu da malesef gorebilecek ve degistirebilecek bir yetkili goremedik .
