I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Altunizide Holiday In Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly professional and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and several team members spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless.
One of the standout features of this hotel is their complimentary valet service. It was a fantastic convenience that added to the overall luxury of my stay. I felt truly pampered, knowing that my vehicle was in safe hands while I enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.
What truly impressed me was the way the staff went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. They were always attentive, ready to assist, and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. A significant highlight of my experience was when I encountered an issue during my stay. Mrs. Abdullah hanoglu, a supervisor at the hotel, handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. His quick response and willingness to listen made all the difference, and I truly appreciated her efforts in resolving my concerns.
However, I must mention a contrasting experience I had with the general manager Secil, when I requested to speak with her regarding my issue, she dismissed my request by stating she was busy and could not talk at that moment. I was taken aback to see her casually chatting with a friend in the lobby, seemingly unaware of my presence. When I approached her directly, her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. She asked me to wait while she finished her conversation but never returned to address my concerns.
In stark contrast, Mrs. Abdullah hanoglu was the epitome of what a leader should be. His ability to listen and solve problems is a testament to her exceptional leadership qualities. I firmly believe that his professionalism and dedication make her an ideal candidate for a managerial position or even higher.
In conclusion, while my experience with Mrs. Abdulla was outstanding and left a lasting positive impression, the behavior of the other manager was disappointing. The Altunizide Holiday In Hotel has immense potential, and with leaders like Mrs. Abdulla at the helm, I am confident they will continue to thrive. I look forward to returning in the future, hoping for even more remarkable...

Badly managed hotel. The women working reception barely speak English, flirt in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, and are full of misinformation. The man who works nights does speak English and seems to be more capable than the women working during the day.
We had to change rooms twice just to get what we booked. The place is almost empty so it shouldn’t be difficult to deliver what guests book. Requested a room away from the elevator but we were given the room next to the elevator which you can hear day and night. The third room was finally what I booked and nothing more. No upgrade for elite members. No Welcome Amenity for members either so I had to ask for it.
Missed breakfast on the first day as we were told the wrong times. Breakfast is table service so no buffet (Covid) and only eggs served hot. The coffee machine in the lobby is broken, but Turkish coffee is available, and there’s no food available at the hotel so you have to go out during the curfew or navigate a delivery service in Turkish.
What should have been a relaxing week with a friend was a bit miserable, with loud, door banging guests last night, and to top it off my booking was mismanaged after checkout so I had to chase the rewards points for over half on hour on the phone with IHG.
I’m in no rush to stay here again and cancelled my other...
Read morethey are lyres. they breach and cheat the reservation. they DO NOT follow the IHG group policy at all, especially for Spire elite members. they show beautiful pictures and they list the amenities for the rooms and the hotel on their website, but when you check in the room, THERE IS NOTHING except one bed and the carpet. no fridge, no tea or coffee pot, no closet, no NOTHING!! the rooms are not CLEAN at all. they stink! the breakfast is NOT like as it is supposed to be. they give the guest a small tray of food, and the guest HAS NO choice to pick and select his/her own food!!! they ARE AWEFUL. when you tell them that they are NOT treating the guests well and based on the IHG policy, they say that is how the manager likes! ALSO, the FRONT DESK people DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!! They can not help over the phone or in person when it is an emergency. they say that they are Turks and CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH, and they tell you to wait for another they until someone with English come back! We had booked for two weeks, but we left to an honest hotel...
