Botanical Gardens Kuzguncuk — Attraction in Üsküdar

I had a chance to visit Üsküdar area of Istanbul ; which is on the Asian side ,however, more European and beautiful than the European area! These pictures are from Botanical Garden street , where a notice clearly states to not to click photos and maintain silence as the street is dotted with ,nonetheless, pretty but private houses! Yet, human temptation takes better of us!!! My intention to click and upload these photos is to highlight the need to respect the right to private life and privacy of the residents as it must be incredibly hard for young and old inhabitants to have there homes clicked frequently, infringing on their right to enjoy and relax in their homes. We found this place while walking through Kuzguncuk and decided to have breakfast there. The environment was amazing, the garden was covered in flowers, trees and plants that could also be purchased. Breakfast was phenomenal too, we had a breakfast spread as we were 5 people. Food arrived very quickly and everything was handmade and fresh and tasted delicious and after everything was on the table, they continued to bring various types of turkish delicacies (pişi, sigara böreği etc) which was delicious as well. Pazar sabahı arkadaşımla gidip, ağaçlarının altındaki masalardan birine oturup bir süre tostunu yemekle meşgul olan garson hanımla bakıştık. Gözümüzün içine baka baka tostunu yerken, kahvaltı siparişi vermemiz için akrobatik hareketler yapmamız gerekti. Bir kahvaltı tabağı ve bir menemen söyledik. Menemen normaldi. Kahvaltı tabağındaki yumurta buz gibi ve rafadandı. Böyle bir yumurta tercihinde bulunmamıştık ve yumurtayı iade edip rahatsızlığımızı dile getirmemize rağmen yeni bir yumurta gelmedi. K.tabağındaki reçeller güzeldi ama tereyağı yoktu, isteğimiz üzerine getirildi. Ekmek isterken yine amuda kalktık. Bu arada sadece üç masa vardık o mekanda. Peynirler tek kişiye bile yetmeyecek kadar azdı üstelik sipariş verirken ‘bir tabak bizim için yeterli olur mu’ diye garson hanıma sormuş ve herkesin genelde bu şekilde sipariş ettiğini söylemesi üzerine bir tabak daha söylememiştik. Kısacası berbat bir işletme olduğunu ve asla tekrar gitmeyeceğimi söyleyebilirim. Bizler gibi yeni müşterileri değil de daha çok arka masamızdaki gibi ahbaplarını memnun etmek gibi bir misyonlarının olduğunu düşündüm. Her şeyi geçtim bir kahvaltıcıda en azından düzgün bir çay içerim diye düşünmüştüm ama bulaşık suyu içtim.
