I travel an incredible amount and have been in Gaziantep every two months for almost 20 years. I have tested almost every hotel by now and know that the standard in this region is far from the European standard. But not this hotel. I am so infinitely grateful that there is finally a hotel in the whole of Gaziantep that not only has a 5-star standard, but also a limitless service that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. I was greeted warmly on the phone by Mr. Emin, who gave me an equally warm welcome at the hotel. At reception, I was asked by him about my preferences so that the ideal room could be made available to me immediately. In the meantime, I was also offered a culinary refreshment, which was delicious. In my presence, guests were greeted very professionally, warmly and in at least four other languages, which is actually unusual in this region of Turkey. Mr. Emin accompanied me to my room after giving me a detailed briefing about the region. My tour plan was thus enriched with a lot of important information. I can't thank you enough for this, Mr. Emin. My room is fantastic and the bed is huge. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will notice how incredibly clean it is. The cleaning team is very well organized and you can tell that they are not subject to a time slot. The breakfast buffet is a dream! I had to suspend my diet because I just couldn't resist the culinary delights :) I have finally found my regular hotel in Gaziantep and look forward to every further overnight stay in this oasis of perfection. Thank you so much for this...
Read moreMy wife and I just had an extended-stay at the Ramada in Gaziantep. We arrived here late in the evening, jet-lagged and exhausted after 24+ hours of travel and were met by the friendly and efficient Emre, who got us checked-in and acquainted with the hotel’s many amenities. Yalçin was at the door and helped us with our luggage. He was also very friendly and efficient and he quickly brought our suitcases to our lovely and spacious room. I have yet to master the Turkish language, so it was a great relief that these gentlemen both spoke English exceptionally well.
We really loved the hotel. The building is modern, clean and comfortable. It has a restaurant attached to the lobby with affordable and tasty food. The hotel has a spa with a really beautiful and super-clean Turkish bath, a sauna, steam room and a massage salon.
There was another Emre at the front desk during the day/early evenings who was always there with a friendly greeting when we were passing through the lobby. A third Emre, a bellman, was another smiling face that greeted us and always offered to help us in any way he could.
All of these staff-members made us feel welcome every time we passed through the lobby, and helped to make our stay really enjoyable! Thanks to them and all of the other staff who helped us during our stay. We look forward to staying at the Ramada the next time we...
