Grand Park Hotel Çorlu 3 Yıldız — Hotel in Şeyhsinan Mahallesi

I would like to share my disappointment from the staff.My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning.We asked for a room and we were given one after a lot of misunderstanding because the receptionist didn't speak any other language apart from Turkish.So,at 5 in the morning I paid 160 Turkish liras.To my great surprise ,at 6 in the evening,on the same day,I was asked to pay 160 liras more.In 12 hours I paid one and the same room twice.The explanation of the receptionist,who also didn't speak English or any other language,was that my stay was 2 days-the first one from 5 a.m to 12 p.m and the second-from 12 p.m to 12 p.m the next day.I am furious because these people took advantage of the fact that we didn't speak or understand Turkish.I think that anybody who works at a reception should speak at least 2 languages.I strongly advise you not to book this hotel.If you have extra money to spend,spend it on something worth...

I like it a lot! Lovely furnished , the beds are really comfortable. Location is perfect. The only thing i didn’t like is that the staff didn’t speak english ... for this luxurious hotel is actually uncomfortable for the guests to try to talk with google translator as if i speak 3 foreign languages (english,russian,german).. further more we arrive at 5:30 in the morning and we have to pay not early check in but the whole price for night stay?? Why ? I think the managment HAS to make improvements considered comunication because it was like a misunderstandment and we paid ...

I stayed here with a colleague for a night here during a business trip. We had the worst hotel experience in here. Doors and rooms are passed sound easily so you are able hear people talking from 2-3 rooms away like they are in your room. But the worst thing is that a man entered to my colleague’s room during the night with a key!! When she made noises man disappeared.
