DO NOT COME HERE! They don't respect clients in this hotel!!! This is the worst all-inclusive hotel we've ever been. We traveled as family of 2 adults and baby, who crawls and learns to walk right now. food is the same every day, or even if it is different food still tastes the same. The same fruits ans as a person with citrus allergy I can eat just pears and apples, but I can it them everywhere. Every second day there were the cheapest frozen nuggets. Shripms were ones in pasta, every day the same fish, some fried meat, very salty food. Salads aren't washed properly. Old bread, few days old vegetables. Desserts look ok until you taste them, there are 3 types of them, just different colour added or cutted in different shape. cleaning services are horrible: one day cleaners removed dirty towels and left for 3 people just 1 big towel, no wiping floors at all, you need to ask for teabags and soap separate every time. Toilet paper holder is broken, I'm pretty sure that cleaners know about it, but they just dont care, we are not going to say about it, because most likely they gonna blame us. Just shits were changed once, but pillowcase and blanket no, despite there were blood stains (I cutted myself to furniture's corner. Actually if you properly fall in the room and hit some corner, you will need stiches). opening time of swimming pool changed, but informing guests aren't necessary, they are just clients, who cares about them. sound isolation is not thing in this hotel, you can hear people speaking in another room, you can hear everything in corridor play room is not open during winter, they explained it the way that kids club is closed, so neither play room is open, but one day we saw there some children, but our child wasn't allowed there, we asked it to open for us, we wouldn't leave our baby there alone, but still no. Our child who crawls since 4 months can crawl just on the bed, floors are super dirty. In travel company nobody knew that hotel has such a weird policy. We wouldn't even come here, if we would know that our child cannot spend time there. baby's chair in restaurant is never washed properly, there are always food particles indoor swimming pool is renovated, but walls are not, they covered with mold, shower is more than disgusting there, as a result no body goes to shower before swimming and all dirt goes to swimming pool receptionists are super rude, they don't speak even English (I don't know which language you need to speak in this case). also guest relations are also rude, especially Victoria. We've heard just once "good morning", never heard " thank you" Or "you are welcome" In the beginning we really tried to smile to everybody, but in the end we just gave up, nobody smiles in this hotel, even guests are very sad. from all waiters in restaurant just one lady and one joung waiter are nice, rest are rude. Even if you are little bit late, like 20:05, they start to remove your plates, bring trash bags in front of you. Also around 19:30 all kitchen staff comes to restaurant and starts stare at guests, they start to remove food at 19:50, sometimes they look very angrily that guests are still eating. None of them are smiling. in room there is very little space for storage, no place for suitcase, super thin 15cm deep wardrobe with falling shelves and we were 3 guests in room, in bathroom no place to put anything but toothbrushes. Rooms are tiny, we ended up in putting baby crib for day to shower that we can move in the room at least. In the pictures of hotel rooms are much bigger hotel is maximum 2,5stars, we were in Gran Canaria 4 stars and in Egypt 3 stars, both hotels were...

Warning for allergy sufferers.

Good things: This hotel is in a lovely location. In front of the hotel is a playground and a fountain park. Our room was amazing with a beautiful view. Our room was cleaned daily. The buffet was versatile and there is something for everyone (if you don't have special needs).

Bad things: We have a 3-year-old child with multiple allergies. It was difficult for him to find something to eat at the buffet. We were lied to about the nutritional content of the food, which narrowed the selection even further. After our child ate only watermelon for lunch and dinner, I asked for a hamburger bun (a cold bun without steak or other side dishes) for the child so that he would have something ”normal” to eat. They had lied for 1,5 weeks that all their breads contain milk and eggs. They didn't give a hamburger bun, but told us that there are a lot of breads that are suitable for our child. We had been told otherwise for 1,5 weeks! Our allergy situation is really difficult and burdensome in everyday life. They promised that they could make a special meal for the child. I asked for just white rice for lunch and dinner, nothing else. The rice made for us was not rice but some really salty flakes that our child refused to eat. It was not even possible to get white plain rice. Our child had to be hospitalized due to an allergy situation, but they were not interested. He ate only white rice (when available) and watermelon for 2 weeks, drank only water, didn't get a single dessert, didn't get bread because they lied that all breads have eggs and milk, but still one cold hamburger bun was too hard for them to give the child. The service in the hotel in general was really rude. Customers are not greeted, they are lied to, the queues are long both in the restaurant and at the drink places. In this hotel you can feel like you are a nuisance. There are too many customers compared to the pool seats and food tables. If you want to go to the pool during the day, you have to get up and reserve your place at 7 in the morning. If you want to make sure that you have enough of all the food on offer, be on time to book a table and get all the food to the table at once.

We also had problems when we arrived at the hotel. We were told that the room was not ready and we could go eat. This suited us. At the restaurant, we were told that we are not allowed to take any more food. We returned to the reception. We queued again. The receptionist gave us the key to the room. We collected the suitcases, strollers and other items ourselves. No one came to show the room or help. The room was not cleaned. We collected our things and went to the reception again. This time they gave us a key to a cleaned room but still no one helped or even apologized.

During the 2-week vacation, the evenings were partly the same shows. The performances were short. At 20:30, a mini-disco for children started, which lasted about 20 minutes. after that there was a performance that lasted about 30 minutes. The daytime program was also the same in both weeks. one of the evening programs was a fashion show and bingo, which were actually just marketing for a shop selling leather clothes. I didn't like this.

One night I stepped in a poop that was on the floor of the swimming pool toilet. My new shoe was ruined and when I tried to complain about it, no one was interested.

The staff speaks...

We chose to go back to Hotel Kahya because we thought the food was so amazingly good in 2018. But here in 2021 we were badly disappointed, the food was not near as good and there was much less of it. We will never return to hotel kahya again. we actually feel a little cheated. The staff are nice and do their job well, but they run around a bit lost. we were there for fourteen days and the first five days they smiled and greeted every time we saw them, but then it went down again and they did not even bother to lift their heads and look at you. The young people at the bar were nice throughout, but it probably has to do with the gratuity we gave them. Just one more thing. Although the food was worse and less of it there was a lot of cake and fruit available, the problem is just that you have to eat everything you choose up in the restaurant area, you must not take a piece of cake or a piece of fruit with you when you go for to relax after eating and smoking a cigarette.

The staff speaks English poorly.
