I stayed at this hotel last year as well. We enjoyed it so much that we returned this year. Unfortunately, this year, the experience did not even come close to last year’s level. Weak points: - Repetitive food. The same dishes at every meal. - Very few food options. For example, last year’s seafood night included crayfish, lobsters, black caviar, sushi, etc. This year, they only offered a mediocre rice with frozen seafood (Paella). - The water entry is problematic due to the rocks. Additionally, there is a stream flowing from the mountains right next to the hotel, making the water very cold in this area. - The bed linens were never changed. The sheets remained the same, although they vacuumed the room and changed the towels daily. - Weak entertainment. Last year, we had a beach party with fire, lights, music, and a great atmosphere. This year, it was very disappointing. - The tennis and basketball courts are not lit at night. There seems to be a lot of cost-cutting. - The worst issue was the ineffective air conditioning in the kitchen. The AC units present were not sufficient. Everyone crowded around the tables near the AC units. It was extremely hot during lunch and dinner. It would have been better to eat outside. It's a shame that such a large resort doesn't have a properly equipped air-conditioned restaurant. This is essential in my opinion. - If you get a room facing the street, as we did, you'll have a lot of noise. The wooden doors are not soundproof, so you can hear all the cars passing by at night. The receptionist told us, "I have a good room for you!" but it was far from good. Additionally, we paid double compared to last year, but that’s another story. Positive points: - Among the limited food options (a maximum of 15 main dishes), some were very tasty. - The hotel was clean, which is quite important. They took care to keep it clean. - Kudos to the bar and restaurant staff who, despite the heat, did their job wonderfully and always had a smile on their faces. Much respect and hats off to them! - The parking is free. Being further from Antalya, we rented a scooter and could park it without any issues in the hotel parking lot. Our message to the hotel and its managers: Understand that we, the tourists, have normal jobs and work all year to come on vacation. We would like to have all basic and essential conditions: air conditioning in the restaurant, better soundproof doors for the rooms, and more diverse food options. Thanks to the employees who did their jobs impeccably, and thank you for the vacation! We will only take the good parts with us because we don't want to be sad. After all, there were positive aspects! It was still a nice vacation. Thank you!

A vacation that turned into a nightmare! The rooms are old, look very different from the photos, and were poorly cleaned. On the very first day, we found a very dirty toilet seat and a filthy shower. But that’s not even the worst part — the vacation was ruined by a severe intestinal infection, and I only ate at the hotel! Right after lunch (vegetables, vegetable stew, bread, juice, fruit) I started feeling really sick, and by the evening I was already hospitalized! I spent the rest of the vacation in the hospital. The diagnosis was acute intestinal infection. IV drips, long treatment, severe pain. I often saw ambulances at the hotel, so I don’t think I was the only one this happened to. When I returned to the room, the cleaning was awful! Unfortunately, I had been vomiting, and since I was taken to the hospital, we didn’t manage to tidy up ourselves. But the staff only did a superficial cleanup — we still found plenty of dirt and spots that were left untouched. If this is how they “clean” before new guests arrive, I can only imagine how quickly others might also catch an infection… The hotel doctor wrote me a message the next day asking me to come to the office, not even knowing that I had already been hospitalized. He just sent a short text — “This is the doctor, come to the office.” We couldn’t even figure out who had written to us or where we were supposed to go 🤦🏻‍♀️ After that, no one from the hotel cared about me or followed up about my condition until the very day we left. When I got home, I still had to continue treatment for quite a while… So for anyone planning to spend their holiday here — be extremely careful. By the way, I didn’t eat fast food, but my friends were served spoiled, very sour pizza more than once… In short, the food and cleanliness are the weakest points of this hotel, and they can easily ruin your vacation. Be very cautious and alert. In response to the hotel’s reply: I didn’t eat or even drink anything outside the hotel… I even drank only the water provided by the hotel…

I've just returned from a week here with my boyfriend. Firstly this hotel is amazing, the pictures and the social media on the hotel really doesn't reflect the hotel as it is beautiful. The pictures available online do not give this place justice. We had a room with a sea view, was very spacious, clean, very comfortable beds. Food: food was great, I'm vegan and the food variety was fantastic, all food was labelled with allergens. The salad bar was so good, fresh with great variety. My boyfriend enjoyed the meat, during lunch and dinner they offered meat cooked on charcoal, the queue for this was disappointing, waits up to around 20 mins for the meat some days for my boyfriend. Drinks: alcohol was great, the beer was on tap. Good variety of cocktails, they even offer sparkling wine as an option which I thought was a good touch! Beach: stunning views, plenty of sunbeds, easy to access the sea, I would recommend taking beach shoes with you. Activities: the animation team were great, very friendly and tried to involve all guests in participating in all the activities. The foam party was a giggle! Staff: honestly I can't say a bad worth about the staff, the service was exceptional, thank you all for welcoming us. We had an issue with another holiday maker and the management addressed the issue right away, the situation was handled very well by the staff. Overall this hotel is fantastic, great value for money. The hotel is flat so great for people with walking difficulties. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so great. We will definitely be returning.

We booked this hotel because it was a 5 star. It certainly doesnt feel like a 5 star, it may well have everything that ticks the boxes but not the ambiance by any means. Im not actually sure how this hotel ever got 4.7 / 5 out of over 6000 reviews?? The air conditioning in the room wasnt working at night, after complaining to the management they said they had fixed it, but it didnt work properly until the last couple of days when everyone was saying they had complained as well, so its probably turned down to save money. The room was nice and clean and it had a fridge, but no contents. We had a balcony with a sea view, the soundproofing was great but the pillows werent, however we managed to get a good nights sleep. The chamber maid kept coming into our room, in the end I had to shout and wave her away three times before she actually left! The hotel could do with a good paint up and the staff could do with being taught to be a bit nicer towards the tourists, but it was the end of the season so they had probably had enough. The clientele are mainly of russian origin, being english we only had a handful of other brits in the hotel. Theres a daily activity going on, not that we did any of this as we just sat by the adults only 'silent' swimming pool, albeit there was another client who belted out rap music for the last three afternoons, so we were actually happy to come home at the end of our stay. I do feel that the management should have intervened and stopped this. There were some really good evening outside performers, we werent too keen on the disco nights or hotel entertainment crew. The grounds are just beautiful with palm trees everywhere set in spacious grounds, it sits on its own private gravel beach so you dont get hassled by the locals, but the gravel doesnt make anyone want to be on there anyway. Theres cats and rabbits running around which was just lovely. There was always plenty of space to put your sun lounger, which were plentiful as well. The food is varied and wide spread, its not great, but its not awful either. The drinks are ok and the wine was nice but obviously its an all inclusive and its all ok. The hotel a la carte wasnt really worth bothering with, but it was nice to try a different option. The spa was nice, but the staff pester you to come and have massages, they dont have a price list so each person has to sit down at a table and haggle the costs which isnt really 5 star is it?? We had two massages each, but the second massage was much shorter than the first, obviously they were trying to get us to buy the second massage.... The hotel has a hairdresser, but when I asked for a price for redoing my extensions, she actually grabbed my hair and pulled one out of my head without my consent, then she was rude and pulled a face at me as I was walking away, thats pretty much the attitude of most of the staff at this hotel, however the bar staff were nice and remember your drink. The hotel is a bit away from the town - about 15 mins by taxi. The hotel has a taxi waiting, but its way more expensive and the man was really rude to us for trying to haggle the price. Theres a tunnel underneath the busy road outside to a taxi...

I booked the Labranda Alantur Resort in Alanya with Stayforlong from 8 -19 July 2024. The order was made through the same link that my sister used to book the hotel an hour earlier. I received a confirmation. booking confirmation to my email. Booking:502034218, SFL-63732D8C36. Then I read reviews on the Internet, that this company takes money, and tourists on arrival - are left with no booking. They have to pay again,or they are left without a hotel. I immediately called the Labranda Resort directly and it turned out that my booking was not there. I called Stayforlong on 9 June to clarify. I asked if they were sure - not dealing with a middleman company that had gone bankrupt (the resort itself had warned me about this) .They replied and assured me, that this is not the case, and my stay in Labranda Alantur Resort was confirmed. I received an email on 10 June stating that my reservation was confirmed. I printed this email and had it with my voucher. On arrival in Turkey, I was there at 1 am and it turned out that the resort had never heard of me. I showed the confirmation from Stayforlong, that everything was paid, but the receptionist was adamant. They did not have a room for me . My worst fears were confirmed. The resort told us to sleep on the street because they were fully booked . Security manager with no english skills- wanted to kick us out...It was the middle of the night and my whole family was there. My sister, my brother, my nephew, and my brother's children, that is 7 people had rooms -but I, with a friend who booked with me - did not have one. ... it was a terrible situation. Finally reception found a room for the rest of the night. Charged us 200 euros in cash.I wanted receipt but they refused. So I made a pfotos of receptionist taking money - to have a proof. They called Police because said is not legal.Had to delete the only proof. In the morning I contacted the manager. He did not want to help at all.He had some report from reception last night that I was calling the men "thief" and on this basis he refused cooperation.I still have a video- there was no that situation happened. They lied, and accused me of wrongdoing!!! My holiday was ruined because the hotel was fully booked. This trip was my birthday celebration. 9 members of my family arrived specially for me, but I was kicked out of the hotel. Yes, this was maybe not a resort fault that Stayforlong cancelled my reservation-but attitude of the staff and manager was very bad . He refuse me to use the phone for local representative of Stayforlong and show no compassion. At the end... they work with this company, so why they were not willing to help? Finally my sister talk to the manager and bingo ! he did find the room for me!!! I had to pay full amount again. So what was all about? Hotel was overcrowded, not enough sunbeds,no enough icecream in hot weather...terrible drinks with paper strow which were melted after few minutes, poor and primitive entertainment.Restaurant staff were rude. All my familly had a stomach pain after eating...NEVER AGAIN

Date of experience:...

There are some pros and cons about this hotel. Pros: Location is good and hotel design is ok. It is beachfront and you have an access to the sea. Location of facilities are not bad. Food also was ok, but not great. "Animation team" was ok, and there were also activities every evening. I liked it. Price is acceptable compared to other hotels, but there are series of reasons of this "cheap price" and here we go. Cons: Hotel is very old hotel and rooms smell very bad. It is a bit tight in the rooms, especially if you stay with your kids. I would give 3/10 to the quality of the rooms. For instance, air conditioner works only if you close the door of balcony. Hotel wants to save some money from electricity consumption, but I went there to rest, to forget about my problems, not to think about expenses of hotel. Minibar was just a joke. They had 4 mini water bottles in minibar, yes just 4 water and the guy emphasized it that, "you have free minibar". Frankly speaking, it is a bit insulting. It would be better if they removed minibar completely. It would make more sense. Cleaning of the room was disaster. There were only one lady in our section and that poor lady could not arrive to everything. We insisted that, please clean our rooms in the first part of the day, but they always cleaned it after 3-4 PM. We asked for a soap, otherwise they did not put it there. Some of the staff were very very rude. I argued with a photographer there. He almost crushed my 5 year old baby-girl and started to grumble to us that, keep your child nearby. When I tried to speak with him kindly, he raised his voice and started being even more rude. The sad part is that, I am the client and I complained about him to the management of hotel and they did not do anything. Security measures in the pools were zero. There have been a pool with slide and nobody bothered to control who slides from there, who should wait, is there any kids or not. 60 year old lady was almost hit to my kids while sliding. I asked 2 times to the guy who was just sitting in the chair, he repeatedly said that tell to the management. So, no measures and it is extremely dangerous for the kids. If you enter there, please do not let your kids without control. Stay in the pool meanwhile. The big pool was always full. Everybody was putting towels there and they were keeping the places for 5-6 hours. There was not enough places there. Also it was extremely slippery at some places and I counted more than 30 people who fall badly. Food was not great (but not bad), also they were cooking inside of the restaurant and it was smelling all the time. Backside of bar was full of the garbage bins and it was smelling bad. Bar menu and restaurant menu was moderate. Lets say not bad.

Note: beach is not the best, there are rocks in the sea. But you can go to the right side of the beach, in front of the bar and there was a bit better than the other places.

Overall, I would not like to go to this hotel again. You can find...
