HOTEL NOT AS PICTURED OR ADVERTISED! STEER CLEAR!
I am just away from a week's stay here. From day 1 there was nothing but failings. The rooms weren't ready at 3.30am. 2 seperate bookings and they tried to put us in the same room. Part of party put in one room and moved room in the morning. Tried to put us in the same room again and looked annoyed when we didn't want to after paying for two rooms. We didn't get the all inclusive wristbands until next morning. Had to have a welcome meeting with rep on first morning. The 'rep' was only trying to sell excursions and didn't tell us anything about the hotel. Was rather condescending and tried to get us to cancel private transfer telling us we booked a bad one, without knowing a thing about our bookings. Almost as though 3 women couldn't possibly get that right. The rooms were decent. This is the only thing here that was. The food was terrible. (Many reports of people getting sick) No labels to tell you what you were eating. Very little choice. Reminds you of feeding time at the zoo. Little to no staff in the restaurant topping up. Small pool bar supplied chips and burgers/pizza. Again, not that good. The pool was always so claustrophobic. Way too many people in such small pools. Never any sun loungers available around the pool. People in the pool with cups of drinks spilling them everywhere. No lifeguard present either. Never seen the pool getting cleaned once during our stay. The beach was close, through a small tunnel which was unkempt. Again the situation with the sun loungers was the same. Difficult to find beds. The beach cafe was okay at best. The all inclusive only included water and juices from a small dispenser. All other drinks (bottles water, juices, alcohol) had to be purchased...at prices higher than the small shop in the hotel. The food there isn't worth the wait. We ordered 3 snack meals. Waited over an hour and 2 of the 3 were the wrong thing. Staff don't really understand English, and can't really communicate back and forth. Within the all inclusive, your choices are VERY limited. You can have beer, gin, whisky, vodka or raki. None of the mixers are very good either. Entertainment is non existent other than a half hour mini disco for kids at 9pm. We seen one attempt at entertainment for half an hour one night. The main seating/restaurant area has a few cats which roam around freely. Not too big an issue as this happens in most countries...however on more than one occasion the cats were seen to defecate on the couches. This was left for hours, sometimes overnight until cleaned. Staff hygiene very poor. Staff seen at back of restaurant out smoking in uniforms and taking bins out with same gloves on. Sitting out at the bins on breaks. Staff also very rude. Look at you like you have horns growing out your head. Asked on different occasions for different issues for help to be met with a come back later attitude. None of the staff really interacted with us at all. Bring earplugs if you want a decent night's sleep. The rooms facing the main road are constant horns, sirens, and other noise. Not what you need for a relaxing sleep. Location isn't great either. A long taxi ride into the main town. A few shops around but nothing notable. The size of the hotel makes you think they would be well equipped to handle the number of guests. This is not the case. Also, the number of cleaners is not in line with the number of guests, as there are constant spills on the floor which are a hazard.
The small shop in the hotel was a godsend. Able to buy juices and snacks from here and the owner was very helpful. Another godsend is the Orange Grove restaurant next to the hotel. Mario and his sons are great hosts who made this experience bearable by allowing us to have something to eat every day that didn't make us ill.
So be prepared to spend like a self catering holiday after paying for all inclusive. Avoid this hotel...

Where do I start... we're a family of 4 we stayed here 4th August - 15th Aug 2025. The food was horrendous and food hygiene definitely doesn't exist here. I know we're in Turkey and we've never travelled here before but you atleast expect a decent breakfast. Although there is a large variety of things it's just very low quality. Don't expect the usual English breakfast here. The snack bar serves some kind of vegan veggie kofta burger thing definitely never seen a cow the chips are cold and the attempt at some kind of flat bread got boring after 3 days. Lunch and Evening meal had a large variety but same again super low quality. I was ill with sickness and diarrhea for 3 days I stopped eating I lost all my appetite the smell and thought of eating in the hotel made me physically sick. Once I felt better we ate out at a restaurant I was fine then I noticed the hotel had some chicken skewers on the grill so I tried them. They seemed ok but here we go again I wake up early hours the next day running to the toilet and had sickness and diarrhea once again. After this time we had about 5 days left so decided to eat out on our excursions and go to the local restaurants which were not perfect but a while lot better. I was told by the hotel and the rep that I had sickness and diarrhea due to not drinking enough water and being in the sun to much which I laughed at. The entertainment here is 0 there is a short kids mini disco at 9pm!? Which seems a little late my son was done after a long day at this point and didn't really participate. There was very low quality entertainment after this that was just pointless being at. The whole hotel seems to be focused more on the Turkish guests than other nationalities. English are definitely not liked here by 90% of staff and guests. The staff speak barely any English there's no point in complaining and they are just rude and ignorant. The room was a nice size I was worried as when we booked it said twin and single bed but we ended up with a spacious room with a twin ( two beds pushed together ) and a bunk the room faced the sea we was happy with the room the only downside was if you fancied a warm shower for your child or yourself there was no hot water after 6pm. The rooms were cleaned daily and was supplied with towels, tea, coffee, water and toiletries which was nice. The walk to the beach is ok just through a tunnel under the road. The sand is so hot and is mainly stone and pebbles you have to walk quite far down to get a nice sandy spot but you have to wear flip flops as it will fry your feet. The drinks are cheap the cola, sprite, Fanta are definitely not genuine brands and the alcohol sucks. There was no ice cream anything decent had to be paid for as extra. There was absolutely no point in going all inclusive. Bare in mind if it's your first time in Turkey everyone even the rep are trying to rip you off with excursions, money exchange etc your best booking the excursions yourself in the main town which is a short taxi ride roughly 300 TL each way make sure you use the taxis with meter or they'll try charging more. Always haggle prices be firm when you say no to be dragged into their shop and they'll leave you alone. All in all the hotel in my opinion is no more than two stars and that's being generous I guess you pay for what you get. One more thing to add Turkish men not all but some of the staff here and some on excursions like the pirate ship are quite pervy on single woman traveller with children or women friends travelling alone. I heard and spoke to a few woman that felt freaked out by...
Read moreWe rested in this all-inclusive hotel in October 2024, and before we got here we considered ourselves not picky people, since we previously rested in 3-star hotels in Alanya and there is something to compare, BUT this hotel changed our opinion. I'll start with the PROS so that the review looks objective: the first line, a large number of free sunbeds; WiFi is free, pulls throughout the hotel, and is also available in the rooms and on the beach; a bar on the beach, where a vending machine is always available, where you can get water or artificial juice for free. This is where the pros end, and the huge CONS begin: THE FOOD is the biggest disappointment, as I wrote earlier that compared to other three-star hotels, the food here is simply disgusting. Omelette and fried eggs, many different rolls and ordinary bread were usually prepared for breakfast. If you are a meat lover, then you will be disappointed – there is nothing but disgusting red soy sausage / sausages. There are also cereals, milk and fruits. As for fruits, there is a general perplexity here – in a country where very cheap fruits in this hotel are given only plums, apples and pears. It is also very puzzling that baked potatoes are given out for breakfast, but they are not given it either for lunch or dinner. For lunch, there is usually one kind of soup, tasteless stewed vegetables, you are the same tasteless stewed chicken, there was also fish sometimes. In the intervals between lunch and dinner, the national dish was usually always prepared – lavash with boiled egg, cheese and herbs inside, as well as with a lot of onions. It seems to look good, but when you see how a person cooks it with dirt under his nails and bare hands, then all desire to eat it disappears. For dinner, either fish or baked turkey. These dishes were, as it were, better and basically it was never possible to type on your own – the cook did it, in strictly limited quantities. Sometimes onion rings were cooked. CLEANLINESS is also an annoying moment, as the cleaning is very mediocre, just for show. Once we washed the floors during breakfast, which was very annoying, especially when you are asked to lift your legs, since you need to wash exactly where you are sitting - I am not a prince, and I can understand everything, BUT I am on vacation and paid to rest! The dishes are dirty, and plastic cups for drinks are generally without comments (photo attached). Tables are wiped very rarely, everything is stained. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere, and if you are a non-smoker, then keep in mind that there is always smoke around, and there is nothing you can do about it. THE STAFF is terribly rude, mostly they just don't care about the guests - for example, during a meal they just grab the plates from the table, and don't even ask if they can or not. Also keep in mind that this hotel is very noisy - if the room is from the sea (we had room 1220), then the windows will overlook the pools /dining room - this means constant noise and din, loud music, as well as a constant stench from the dining room. The music is very loud, and you will not be able to fall asleep before 23-00, alas. The situation is no better with rooms whose windows overlook a large 4-lane road - there is generally noise 24/7. To sum up, I STRONGLY do not recommend it, avoid this hotel! I have no idea where 4 stars come from, the most he can count...
