Harem Hamam — Local services in Alanya

Very disorganised. And unhygienic and unprofessional. There is mainly men working there. We had to wait for women workers to come in and do our massages . The men were pressuring and pushing us to get the massage done by them. We felt unsafe and freaked out as the men would look inside the sauna and steam room this made us uncomfortable. The men there kept saying to us the men do better massages even though we wanted women do it. The whole thing felt off and weird. They didn’t change the scrubs they were using I got spots right after the treatment . I was told women from Dubai come after 6pm for treatment with women massager’s only. We waited more than we needed to it took us 4 hours as all the women wanted women to get a massage . At the end when I got my massage done the guy who’s Osmanli said did u enjoy the lady massage if not I can give you one!! Absolutely disgusted. I also complained to him about the other group of guests being loud and that this is supposed to be a place to relax and he didn’t care. He said he can’t do anything .And before we left he gave me a scrub and cream to redeem all the things we had to put up with . I went back to the tour guide to complain about this and I tried to speak to the manager of Harem hammam however the Osmanli man working there took the phone . I don’t recommend anyone to go there. If I could give 0 star I would ! And I wish I could have seen these reviews before I went as the man there also said this is the best hammam however I would strongly disagree I have been to antalya 3 times before and this was the...

Сегодня семьёй посетили Harem hamam в Аланье. От отеля доехали буквально за 20 минут. С улицы непримечательное место. Внутри очень просторно, аутентично и расслабляюще. Играет спокойная музыка, на ресепшн администрация говорит по-русски хорошо, перед сеансом рассказывают,что за чем идёт, что входит в оплату и предлагают сразу доп.услуги, но не навязывают. Хочешь,можешь отказаться, хотя зачем если пришёл релакснуть. Мы сначала были в сауне и хамам, потом скраб и пенный массаж. У ребенка именно он вызвал восторг. Потом отдых с чаем и в завершении массаж. Все процедуры нам с дочкой делали девушки, мужу-мужчина. Персонал очень внимательный спрашивал наше впечатление. Конечно, не обошлось без "у вас зажаты мышцы, остеохондроз и тд и тп." ,но если вы не хотите, на вас никто не обидеться и отношение до конца отдыха не поменяется. Кстати поездку в этот хамам брали у Eldorado Alanya в ВК. С ним давно знакомы, цены гораздо ниже, чем у отельных гидов....
