Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Arnavutkoy — Hotel in Arnavutköy

I've stayed 3 nights at these hotel i will share with you honestly my experience with firstly positive things and then what i belive negative things about it.

So the hotel is newly opened its very clean and all furnitures are new everything is super clean -air conditioning is perfect in cold or hot -shower is perfect and water is with very good presure good amount of water coming out and even temperature is very hot if you want. -smart tv in room. internet is good.

What i believe is bad about this hotel are: -noise esolation i guess is very bad as my room was infront of elevator i all the time hear the elevators sonds ding ding and even people walking in coridor as they are with you, i even heared clearly the hotels telephone rigning i thhought its mine and i fegured its rigning in the other room next me -breakfast is good but there is no veriety and space is small. as hotel is in square shape there are rooms inside the square so no view from the window even there are windows if you look you will see a blank dark space, you will not kknow if it is day or night and its will be scary for women and children and it will give sensation of insecurity . there is no x-ray at hotel entrence and no security seen anywhere only staff. -hotels location is very far from city centrer and there is nothing next to it so if you plna to buy something by walking forget about it. for room service they only set up my bed and new towels and new bottles of water no other replacements especially for shoer like soap and coffee and tea . no pool

In general its a very good hotel even negative points doesnt affect especially if its a short stay or a solo travel without family

I believe this hotel will be much more better in the soon future cause it is seen that it is a newly opened hotel

I had a very bad experience in here. One star is a lot for what has happened! They should compensate the whole room price for this service! I checked in late at night, around 23.30, when people are asleep. The room that they gave, was occupied and I entered over someone else's room. The guest woke up and we just were very confused. To be honest I couldn't make empathy with his feelings, but shortly I would experience on my own. I was tired and angry that I had to go back to reception and change the room. While changing the room, receptionist realized also that he forgot to give back my ID. AND, in the middle of the night, 2 guests opened my new room and entered inside. The same thing happened again. You cannot imagine how scared I got, someone entering your room, waking you up in the middle of sleep, the fear and the shock that filled me. I am a foreigner in a country where there is security even in the mall or bus station, where coup attempts are possible, and suddenly in the middle of the night your hotel door is opened and 2 guys are sitting inside your small hallway. This is not even funny! Moreover, the window side of my room was oriented toward the street, and traffic sounds are not completely isolated. You can hear the cars passing by and the breakfast price 700 try ( around 20 USD at this date) which is a craaazy price and I decided not to buy!!! To sum up, very bad experience, totally...

The hotel is new and attractive at first glance. Before making a reservation, we read the comments and requested a room that did not face the highway so that it would not be noisy, and we were told okay. However, when we went to the hotel, we were told that the rooms for 3 people were only on the ground floor and that they all faced the highway, and we had to stay in this room. Worse than the noise was the icy wind blowing from the windows and the inadequate heating system. We spent the whole night freezing and unable to sleep because of the noise. When we went to the reception in the morning to express our dissatisfaction, a bigger surprise was waiting for us at the door. A huge poop greeted us in front of our door. A huge poop bigger than my fist with a terrible smell. When we told the reception about this, they did not believe us at first, but when they saw it themselves, they said that it could have been a cat that entered through the ventilation duct. When I said that I did not think it was possible for it to be cat poop, they did not even listen to me. When they said thank you for letting us know, we realized that it was pointless to expect an apology. When I said I wanted to talk to the manager, they said he wasn't at the hotel, I left my number and asked him to call me but no one called or asked for me in the last 7 days. So they really...
