Yesterday my wife unfortunately made the mistake of going to this hotel by being deceived by the hotel images. During the night entrance, she called me by video and wanted to show me the hotel design and I witnessed very interesting things. First, since the room key did not open the room, she went to the reception to request a new one, she asked for a new card, but this did not open either. A lady at the reception told him to wait 5 minutes and told him in a stern tone that there might be a problem at the door. When my wife stated that she did not want to wait because she was tired at night and that she could give an alternative room, the lady at the reception started to argue with her and even added with a very comfortable attitude that she could complain everywhere if we wish. As a hotelier, I was embarrassed as a man, frankly I was embarrassed as a man that he exhibited attitudes like a bully that would not be worthy of a lady. Where to start, on entering the reception you are feeling confident in your choice of hotel, that is where it ends. Going through into the hallways to the lifts and rooms you are greeted this countless stains and grubby marks on the wall. The elevator had the control panel hanging off and on getting in it powered down briefly. There is a reason this hotel is so dark, hiding the sorry state of the hotel after what seems years of no reinvestment in maintenance. The room, tired, shabby and clearly no thourough cleaning over a long period has left it in a rather misserable state. The blacked out ceiling was broken black woodchip board. The cabinets were chipped and wonky. The bathroom had grime all around the corners and egdges of the shower area. The room in no way reflects the pictures that are shown on any booking platform. The worst was yet to come when noticing there were MUSHROOMS growing in the room. Under the bedside cabinet and in the corners of the skirten boards. As well as this they had naked wirring within the bathroom ceiling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was a massive downer at the end of what was a beautiful trip to Turkey. Not a good hotel, they seemed racist and sly didn't trust them. Guy from restaurant came pressing my bell repeatedly at 4am drunk off his head offering me the cherry juice i had ordered earlier in the day. They told me they sorted it until i extended my stay and saw him still working there but they told me otherwise.. anyway the woman was apologetic and said they are sorry for what happened but that wasn't the only thing, small things went missing from my room which means they are dishonest and not trusted it just began to become bad energy as i was staying there for a long time due to accomodation issues. This is including the management he told me if I behaved myself I wouldn't have men coming to my door.. he saw it as the womans problem and that mentality is scary.. anyway some of the guys were nice maybe 3/4 I don't know their names to mention them unfortunately but they had good humour were helpful and just nice.
