Siamo arrivati all’ultimo giorno di 7 notti; purtroppo… Bellissimo! Bellissimo tutto. Complimenti davvero 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Torneremo sicuramente!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms have really nice touches, from the colour schemes, to the range of lighting options and the large shower. The staff are really friendly and warm despite the language barrier with English which is to be expected. Sure, breakfast isn’t amazing, however, for the price of the hotel that doesn’t bother me as it is great value. As a solo traveller, here for a medical procedure, I feel very safe and comfortable in this hotel and feel I am in the best place to rest and recover.

First I want to say a VERY VERY strong thank you ! From the first day at 5am to the last day. The staff at the front desk, the room cleaners, and the baristas and food caterers. We’re all wonderful and top class. The place was clean and located in a bustling city area full of fun places and people to meet. I felt a sense of friendship with the staff and got to know them slowly everyday. We had laughed together and shared stories. I highly recommend and will be back again.

I stayed here for a week whilst having dental treatment at the nearby MSA Dental Clinic. I cannot speak too highly of the hotel. It was perfect for the purpose. My room was plenty big enough, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff were diligent and the room was cleaned every morning to a very high standard. The ensuite shower bathroom was excellent. Shampoo and body wash were good and replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the dining room staff were diligent and very friendly as were the staff on reception. English was spoken to a pretty good standard on reception and they could not have been more helpful.. On the days when I was able to do a bit of exploring, I found it pretty simple to get around once I got the hang of things. There is a Metro station just down the road and there are bus stops very close by. I went to the Metro station and got myself a red Istanbul travel card which can be used on all forms of public transport. I used the 14A or 19S bus to get to ferries from Kadikoy across to the European side. They run very regularly from bus stops on the other side of the main road from the hotel. Returning was easy back to the.Kucukbakkalkoy stop. One street over from the hotel are a number of small restaurants and coffee shops that are extremely reasonably priced for a quick lunch or supper.|In summary, a great hotel for my purposes, perfectly placed for the excellent MSA Dental Clinic (brilliant solution to my dental problems at about a third of the UK price), built and maintained to a very high standard, with hard-working and friendly staff. Mark...

It was one of our best stays ever. It is not luxuries but everything is working better than it looks or the price. The rooms are absolutely clean. Housekeeping is done daily. They provide water daily generously. Also they provide hotel slippers. Staffs are really helpful especially the lady at the reception during day and the guy at night shift as we interrupt him when we arrived and when we left as our flights were in the midnight. The hotel location is not in touristic area but it is beside the main street, and we felt safe there. There was not much noise and we were comfortable. Must of rooms also have microwave, fridge, and safe. The bathroom was absolutely clean. We had three rooms and all of them were more and less the same condition (just one of the rooms didnt have microwave but it was ok). The hotel also has covered parking for nearly 20 cars arranged in two basement floors which are accessible with elevator. Just the ramps between the parking levels is very steep (which make sense to have that amount of parking spaces for that area) and if you are new driver, it is better to ask someone to park your car in the parking. The beeakfast is a buffet combination of continental items which the warm items are changing every day in the same scheme. The only lack was that there was not any coffee or tea machine and you need ask the staff to bring the tea or coffee. Also they kindly put a free cot for one of our rooms that which was for the family with infant, before they arrive. In total, for the price, I will strongly recommend this hotel and will back again as we had a very...

My stay at Kerthill had been very plesant. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful and understand English. They gave me wonderful tips about where to go in the neighborhood to buy stuff I needed and also assisted with ordering food delivery. My corner Room was cozy and provided a lot of sunlight. The kitchenette is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and kettle and you get bottled water everyday as well as coffee and tea. Bathroom provided everything including toiletries, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shower in the bathroom is very spacious. There is a restaurant and the caffee at the ground level of the hotel and my stay had breakfast included. Selection of food at the breakfast was very good in my opinion. There were always eggs, fresh vegetables, cheese and different meats as well as soup of the day (since there are a lot of people after surgeries staying at the hotel I think this is wonderful). To my surprise, hotel even has a laundry room with washers and driers. As for the location- caffees, kebabs, bakeries, grocery stores and pharmacies as very close, within 5-10 minute walk. Subway station is 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. There ate several ATM by the as well. Its pretty easy to fetch a taxi or call it by the app/request one at the reception. In general, I think this hotel offers everything and more a person could ask for in mid to longer term stay. Big shout out to cleaning ladies sitting on the 4th floor- They were extremely nice and...
