Brandroom Hotel — Hotel in Avcılar

The room is okay however the layout is different from traditional hotels which I found unusual. Also the bathroom is really nice and spacious excellent shower and I like that they give you a lot of complementary Soaps, shampoos and shower gel. The AC in the room is really cool and works well. Also the hotel is newly built and all taps work well. Once I asked room service to clean my room before I went out but when I came back the room was still not cleaned which I found really unprofessional and unpleasant. Staff apologised and said that they would do it tomorrow however they didn’t clean the room the next day and I got really angry at this point. They said that there cleaning lady was sick however this was not an acceptable explanation as there should not be just one cleaning lady there should be more staff. The following day my room was cleaned thankfully. The staff were really kind and went above and beyond to give directions to our taxi driver. There is only one lift in the building which can be annoying sometimes but is fine. If you do not smoke cigarettes then the place can be unpleasant for you as the hall ways and corridors stinked like cigarettes. There is no non-smoking floors and sometimes the smell can get really annoying. The hotels location is a bit bad as it is extremely far from main tourist attractions like Taksim Square, Sultanahmet area, Bosphorus trait etc. however there is a mall (Pelican Mall) near the hotel and some other shops. It is new and clean. It is located close to the metrobus and there are many markets and quality places around it where you can order food. The rooms are small, spacious and separate with a balcony. But most importantly, the staff. Thank you very much to Mr. Halil at the reception. He is always solution oriented, sincere and polite. and he does his job very, very well. And Mr. Furkan is talented and kind enough to serve you any need even in the middle of the night. In fact, he is like that to the owner. It was really nice that he served coffee with his own hands.. I’ve been staying at Branroom Hotel for the past four days and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The room is lovely, but what truly makes the difference is the wonderful staff. From the kind and helpful ladies at the reception who were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, to the housekeeping gentleman who is attentive, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

A special mention also goes to the lady serving breakfast – not only is everything beautifully arranged and delicious, but she even comes to your table offering you more of what she has lovingly prepared.
