Definitely not a 4 star. Stayed here for 2 weeks. I came to this hotel for cure and leaving sick because;|-people in the surrounding rooms smoke and the smoke comes into my room. I am allergic to smoke. As a result my sinuses are blocked, throat inflamed, chest is tickling and voice is affected. Management cannot stop people from smoking. They cannot enforce it some how while in other countries it can be done and in this country there is a smoking ban in closed areas, for years, which includes hotels. I am fed up with complaining about smoke. |-treatment building has hot and cold areas. You come out of a warm room into cold and breezy and smokey corridors. Why? Because they ripped off the underfloor heating and can’t warm the place with radiators. |-some pools are cold some pools are extremely hot. There isn’t enough number of showers so when you come out of a hot pool you are doomed because you catch cold while waiting for shower in a cold changing room. |-pools smell strong chlorine. There is no evidence of natural spring water. I stayed here for two weeks but could use the pools only 3 times because of these issues. My sister got rashes on her skin. |- whole place is run down. Needs a significant uplift. Looks like a hostel. |-food is terrible. Haven’t seen such bad cooking anywhere else before. Breakfast is also poor. |-lights are not sufficient in the rooms and in the bathrooms. Forget reading a book or shaving. Shame because mostly elderly and people with mobility issues stay here. |-staff are friendly and helpful but get tried of off you if you keep bothering them with the same issue like me complaining about smoking. They expect Turkish customers to put up with everything. In some cases they may be right because mostly Turkish customers are smoking and not respecting the rules. |-rooms don’t smell nice |All-in-all, I wouldn’t come here again. Came to get better and leaving as sick. Smoking is a big issue at the Turkish hotels. Therefore I am scared to come to Turkiye and...

The location of the hotel and its thermal water property are the biggest advantages of it BUT 1) Imagine a thermal pool that refuses entrance of male customers if they don't come along with a female customer in a city where it's known as the most civilized one of the entire country. This is 21st century, not the 19th. This was even written on their website earlier. 2) While the breakfast of the hotel looks rich and varied, the quality of the content is terrible for such a hotel at upscale pricing. I've stayed there 3 times in different years and in those 3 times, I've tried their cheese varieties, yet I've unfortunately noticed that some types of cheese were stale. The olives shouldn't be low quality either. 3) In summer time, if you're not there as a part of a wedding ceremony, the hotel ensures you a sleepless night due to the party noise few meters from your room. The rooms definitely need soundproof feature. Nothing has changed, nor improved. Its pricing was okay in the past for its low quality services but with its current rip-off pricing, it does not deserve a single customer until these emberassing facts change. I'm writing these only to expect a change in good direction there. Some people have been annoyed by the odor. That's sulfur, a content of thermal water, so that's normal but all the rest of the problems...
Read moreOne of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Awful standards, no hygiene whatsoever and no regard for safety in terms of Covid. The rooms were disgusting, ligt bulbs didnt work, useless pillows and dirty rooms, and when asked to get a couple of new pillows, he had to contact his “friend” and after 15 minutes, he said it wasn’t possible to replace the pillow. The room smelled of cigarettes and old water, which they couldn’t do anything about. Homeless cats and dogs walking everywhere, from out of the hotel to the reception. Couldn’t even eat my one and only dinner at the hotel in peace as the animals kept interrupting, and still the food was tasteless and bland. No air conditioning anywhere in the hotel except the rooms, not even in the corridors, reception or the restaurants. We wanted to vheck out instantly, however that wasnt possible and we were offered free dinner, which tasted like dog food, that evening, and when we checked out the next day the receptionist LIED to us and said he never said out meal would be free, and demanded 300TL and if we refused to pay based on his promise, he would contact the police The pool was great.
This is a completely fair and objective recommendation, and the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Strongly recommend everyone to stay faraway from the hotel, especially if you want to live safe from covid, cleanly and not have ruined and...
