I spent 1 night at the Likya Cennet Pansiyon in May. I liked that the rooms look onto a pleasant terrace, on which there are tables overlooking fruiting trees (mulberry, apricot, etc.) and beyond that, the sea. The breakfast, served on that terrace, included a generous and pleasing array of foods, most (if not all) from their own gardens – a fried egg, various fruits, olives, bread…. I also appreciated their assistance in hiring a boat.||||On the less positive side, there was no nightstand or light by my bed. I could hear too much through the walls. The pillows were much too firm for me. The only drinking glass in my room was filthy. There was a liquid soap dispenser by the sink, but no soap in or for the shower. The décor had some nice elements, but also some disconcerting inconsistencies. And although it didn’t bother me, a large person would be likely to have difficulty (perhaps great difficulty) reaching the shower in the room I occupied because the space through which one must move is extremely limited.||||The owners are relatively new to the business and still have a bit to learn. For example, I had reserved through booking.com, which asks people to provide credit card information to hold a room. The owners charged that account immediately upon my arrival, without waiting to confirm the billing arrangements with me. I’m sure it never occurred to them that I might want to use different accounts for booking and payment. As another example, Mehmet and Mustafa are welcoming and friendly hosts, and as enjoyable as their company is, they might do well to limit the time they spend with their guests just a bit.||||BTW, if you have your own car, be aware that there is a similarly named B&B (the Likya Pansiyon) nearby that you will likely come to first. To avoid an unpleasant experience, don’t try to park your car until you have reached the correct place, even if someone tries to insist...

Rooms: Cozy and well supplied with amenities and AC. Stayed here for 8 days with my wife and we had a great time. Service: owner and his family/staff are super polite, available and careful. Ask him for tips and good prices and you won't regret following them. Breakfast: always abundant Turkish breakfast, served at the garden, very nice. Location: top notch location, as it's not at the sea but very close to it, so you don't have the night folks conversation on your ears when sleeping and can still easily reach the main market and the piers and restaurants.

Loved our stay here, very unique as well as a traditional feel. We had the home cooked meal which was delicious and the guy who owns it was very helpful and accommodating. We got abit loud after some drinkies and a debate started and we did get told to be quieter (sorry!), so just be aware they don't like it too loud here, there's a nice restaurant down the road near the pier that is open late if you would like to be abit louder :) I also left a roll of film here, let me know if you find it 😅
