I am proud to be a guest of Hera Apart each time we visit our favourite resort. Situated perfectly on its private beach overlooking the warm turquoise waters. We've stayed as a family many times before and this place never gets old. The apartments add sparkle to our holiday. Large spacious clean bright apartments with equipped kitchen and breakfast bar table area. Cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and utensils. Living area is spacious with comfortable sofa and coffee table. Beds are very comfortable and again, nice and bright. Safety deposit box is also included in the price of the apartment. Plenty of room in the wardrobes. The bathroom is nice. The showers are lovely. |The ladies who clean the apartments do an outstanding job. Can not fault the cleanliness. ||Downstairs from your apartment is the pool and beach area. Just a beautiful tranquil view. ||The apartment barman Terry does a fantastic job at keeping the pool area perfectly clean and will always go the extra mile to ensure you have a happy rested stay. ||The food from the restaurant is delicious and at good prices. At night the pool area transforms from a sun trap pool area to a romantic serine restaurant overlooking the moonlit sea adding extra class to your evening.||The apartments are ran by a Fantastic team in the reception area with full 24 hour security. The Hera Reception Manager Demet will do anything to ensure you have a pleasant smooth stay. ||During my last visit, my 5 year old Daughter had took ill after too much sun. Demet and Terry outshone any expectations I may have had. A doctor was brought to me at the apartment to help my Daughter and the whole team were genuinely concerned for her. Demet and Terry both stayed with us in our apartment to help with Doctor translations and did everything they could to help get my little girl back to her normal happy self. ||I not only treasure Hera Apart on our holidays. I...
Read moreWe have been to Altinkum since 2006 and for the past 6 years we have been all inclusive to Didim Beach resort but on our last summer visit the standars there fell dramatically and decided to go somewhere else and found the Hera Apartments on Tripadvisor and thought we would give it a go.. Sooooooooooooo glad we did..they even arranged the transfer from the Airport to resort and we were collected in a VW transporter mini bus with tones of room they even stopped on the way to get water for us all and we didn't even ask and would not take payment for it..we got to Altinkum in 70 mins and it normally takes 110 mins on average... and could not fault the driving at all..||||Location:second to none a stones throw from the beach.||Cleanliness:Absolutely like a new pin.||Staff:As frendly as could be.||food:We have only had breakfast and a few lunch time meals and all very good and no complaints at all.||||We arranged for a giant 19 ltr water bottle for the apartment with its own pump dispenser and was a steal at 8 lira.. about £1.80 in real money.. virtually for nothing.||||Demit,Terry,Mehmet and all the staff are a credit to the Hera... well done all.. xx||Would not hesitate to recommend... loving my...
Read moreWhat a lovely place this is ,right on the beach. The two bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious with a large balcony. One of the things I liked the most was the Mosquito doors. Could leave the windows and doors to the balcony open. The cleaners were always happy and the staff helpful. The views were spectacular. The food was really good. Lovely beach with sun beds down a few steps. Only thing I would have liked is a full length mirror. Plenty of small mirrors but very low down. The only thing I didn’t like was for a couple of pounds, anyone can walk in and use the sun beds and pool. No problem until a family with two late teenager boys with a ball took over the pool. The pool is small and I got fed up with my book getting wet and the shouting.I couldn’t swim and cool off , there was no room .Not relaxing at all.Gave up in the end and left at 3pm to go back to the room . I did ask if breakfast was included in price as this place is quite expensive and was told no. Ok with me but think we were the only guests there not having breakfast. We were never offered this. Never mind. It’s a lovey place and glad we had chance to...
