Miramar Beach Otel. — Hotel in Fethiye

The outside of the hotel is stunning everything looks brand new until you actually walk upstairs into the hotel rooms. ||||The ventilator hatch above the toilet fell on my partners head !! When I went down stairs they didn’t even apologize forget give us compensation for anything we went through in the 7 horrible days . ||||The night we arrived at the property we were told the main light in the room wasn’t working and would be fixed the following day we said that was fine. They stuck to their word although it was fixed lighting in the room was appalling.||||The shower head did not fit do you had to actually hold the shower head up yourself, it took the staff and the manager 3 days to fix it properly after “trying” and father I had enough of the situation and went to the the front desk in the third day the employee laughed in my face...||||The air con was very week and old it would take at least 2 hours to actually cool the room, phone did not work. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone the price might be cheap but it’s not worth paying that...

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, almost 3, but a bad one. Naughty and poorly trained staff, especially in the food court area. Dirty rooms, spider webs allover, small dead insects everywhere , dirty cutlery and plates in the restaurant.Cats allover the restaurant area. Almost same food every day. Everybody trying to rip off customers by trying to sell expensive trips. Booked an airport transfer from Antalya airport, they promised a Mercedes Vito, but instead, 30 years old Seat picked us up, for same price as 55 Euro (of course cash, no invoice). We will never return. Advice : pay few hundred euro more for a decent...

We stopped for a drink at the seafront restaurant which had a special offer of 10 Turkish lira, about £1.30, for a large beer. Fantastic service. A bowl of mixed nuts was served with the beer then the waiter brought out a dish of crepes, ice cream, chocolate cake , chocolate and caramel sauce, all beautifully presented and free of charge. We were told that this was a newly refurbished hotel and restaurant and they were trying to attract customers. It’s a pity we would not be on holiday much longer or we certainly would return....
