It is surely not possible to reach their reception by calling. If you want to book a room there, you simply have to go there. No other option. We have called them at least 10 times from 6 to 9PM. No answer. Yet we preffered staying there due to distance of the restaurant we were and the hospital we were planning to go next day. So we just left the restaurant, went to the reception because there was no chance to know if they take reservation for that not. -internet might not be a good option, we thought in that way- |Rooms were old fashioned. But 'good enough'. It was very well cleaned. We and my family went to this hotel because it seemed good in Google but it was the same in real life.The room was cheap the elevator was amazing you could see the whole hotel because it had glass on the elevator.The hotel room was very good because it was very big and had two toilets and a amazing shower the view was very nice across the town Izmit and I recommend to come here the service 5 the room 5 the food 5 everything was a five and I hope that we meet in the future again and I will show you...

BIR DAHA ASLA!!! / NIE WIEDER!!! Otelde 3 gece kaldık. İlk gün odamızı gördüğümüzde şok olduk. Duvar kağıtları yırtık, yatağın hemen yanı başında halıda lekeler vardı. Televizyon duvarının üzerinde kurumuş lekeler. Odanın içi havasız ve tuvalet de havalandırma doğru düzgün çalışmiyordu. İlk gün bize başka oda veremediler, hepsi dolu olduğundan dolayı. Ertesi gün Standart odadan biraz daha lüks bir odaya geçtik. Oda daha temizdi ama yine lavabodaki havalandırma sistemi çalışmiyordu. Açık balkon kapisiyla uyumak zorunda kaldık. Son gün diğer lüks odaya geçtiğimiz için bizden olduğundan fazla para alındı. Odanin resimlerinide tek tek yükleyeceğim. Kimseye bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. Wir waren schockiert, als wir am ersten Tag unser Zimmer sahen. Die Tapeten waren zerrissen, auf dem Teppich direkt neben dem Bett waren Flecken. Getrocknete Flecken an der Fernsehwand. Im Inneren des Zimmers war es stickig und die Belüftung in der Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig. Sie konnten uns am ersten Tag kein anderes Zimmer geben, da alle voll waren. Am nächsten Tag zogen wir vom Standardzimmer in ein etwas luxuriöseres Zimmer um. Das Zimmer war sauberer, aber auch hier funktionierte das Belüftungssystem im Waschbecken nicht. Wir mussten bei offener Balkontür schlafen. Am letzten Tag wurde uns mehr Geld abgenommen, als vereinbart. Ich werde die Bilder vom Zimmer hochladen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel...
