I have mixed feelings about the Radisson Blu Kaş. It's basically a good hotel. I had booked a premium corner room with sea views and received it. The room is very nice, large and the view was fantastic! In addition, everything was clean and the bathroom with the hammam-like shower was lovely. The whole architecture and design is beautiful and gives a good atmosphere. Breakfast was just ok, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the jams were just simply sweet and tasteless. Same with the juices. It's a shame there is no freshly pressed orange juice. In total, the diversity of products left something to be desired. What about Börek, Poğaça and turkish mezze-like pastes and creams? Breakfast in other turkish Radisson hotels are an amazing mixture of local and international specialities. But here it's just basic. You can find more varied breakfast in small pensions. Not bad, but let's not forget, here you pay a very high room rate! But unfortunately the most negative was the unfriendly service staff at breakfast. I really felt like these people hated their jobs and I didn't feel welcome. Except when the dishes were cleared, they were not proactive. No attention or smiles either. The only positive exception was Serap. She was friendly, always smiling and also actively caring for the guests. I was always very happy when she was there. Thanks for that! The staff at dinner was better and the staff at the reception were also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Especially the nice guy at the reception who showed me around at check-in. I think his name was Mehmet (from Ankara). He was always smiling, warm and helpful. That was great, thank you! ||||And now the reason why I give only 3 stars: I prefer to choose Radisson Group hotels and I am a VIP member of the Radisson Rewards program. After more than 70 nights in 40 different Radisson hotels worldwide and also in Turkey in one year, I unfortunately have some negative results here. The Radisson Blu in Kaş is the most expensive Radisson I've been so far. Ok, it's Kaş and it's main season. Yes, the prices are hight. But the performance for that amount of money was comparatively average. Usually the staff have to welcome you as a VIP member while check-in. You will receive a welcome amenity on your room and usually there is also a room upgrade. Ok, I understand that the hotel was fully booked at check-in and therefore no upgrade is possible. But the Radisson Blu in Trabzon, for example, makes the upgrade right at the time of booking. But except the point they ignore all of the benefits here, the Radisson Blu in Kaş performs slightly worse compared to other hotels in the group. For example, I also wrote an E-Mail with a questions just a week before my stay. They never responded. At least there was the daily mandatory free water on the room. But at the same time they didn't fill up the coffee capsules and coffee cups.||||So, the basic things are alright and I can't report anything really bad. You can easily have a good stay here. Worst parts are the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Honestly folks, if you don't feel like doing the job, look for something else! And thank you Serap, for keep doing a great job anyways! ||||However, since the VIP status in the Radisson Rewards program is ignored here, I would consider whether I would stay here again in the future. At least next time I would also compare with other hotels in the area and not just book Radisson without...

I stayed at this hotel and it was one of the most disturbing travel experiences I’ve ever had. What began as a standard stay quickly turned into a nightmare:
(1) We started noticing bite marks by the second day, but the staff dismissed our concerns, claiming they were mosquito or spider bites.
It was clear to us they didn't know how obvious bedbug bites are—small, clustered, often in a straight line, or zigzag pattern, which are classic signs of bed bugs. When we removed the sheets, we found actual bedbugs in the room! Despite this, the hotel refused to refund our stay and only offered to move us to another room, which is ridiculous because bed bugs travel.
(2) The new room had no running water (I had to brush my teeth using bottled water). It took them ages to fix and it felt like I might as well have been camping.
(3) At the Radisson Blu restaurant on-site, it took over two hours for our dinner to arrive, and shortly afterward, someone in our group fell ill with food poisoning after eating the meatballs. He had to go to the hospital it was so bad.
(4) Shockingly, the hotel gave away the taxi to the hospital to another guest, despite the urgency of the situation.
(5) Throughout our stay, it was clear that staff lacked internal communication and training—complaints were repeated multiple times with no clear resolution or accountability.
Overall, the hotel failed to provide even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or...
