I spent a 6-night stay at this hotel and, overall, the experience was pleasant.
✅ Pros: • The beach is very clean and well-maintained – a real plus for relaxation. • The beds are comfortable, and I slept well (when it was quiet). • The staff at the reception, kitchen, and beach were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. • The hotel is easily accessible for all types of travelers – suitable for families, couples, or older guests.
❌ Cons: • I was disappointed with the cleaning staff – after drinking bottled still water, I noticed the bottles had been refilled with tap water, without any hygiene or care. They didn’t even leave space in the bottle, which made it obvious. • The food becomes repetitive quite quickly – by the third day, it already feels boring. Very little variation, and some dishes (like pasta or grilled quail) were clearly reused the next day with small adjustments. • I found cat hair in the food on two separate occasions, which was absolutely disgusting. While I understand the presence of cats around hotels, the food area should be better protected. • Starting at 6 AM, it was very noisy. I believe our room was above the kitchen or service area, as we constantly heard chairs being dragged and other loud noises, making it hard to rest. • The animation was very weak – practically nonexistent, which was disappointing if you’re expecting any kind of evening entertainment or activities.
🔚 Conclusion:
The hotel is clean, well-located, and has generally friendly staff, but there are several important downsides – especially if you’re planning a longer stay or expect peace and more variety in food and activities. I would recommend it for 4–5 nights, but for a 10-day vacation, it may feel repetitive. With a few improvements, it could offer a much better...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel last year and had a wonderful experience, which is why we chose to return this year. However, we noticed that certain policies have changed, which unfortunately had a negative impact on our stay.
Previously, the beach staff monitored the sunbeds: if a lounger was left unused for more than an hour (with belongings remaining untouched), it was cleared, and guests could easily find available places. This system worked very well and was one of the reasons we enjoyed the hotel so much. This year, however, such a practice was no longer in place. In the mornings it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed, as most of them were “reserved” with towels both on the beach and by the pool, even though many remained unused.
Additionally, we noticed that in the evenings, on the right side near the paid pier, there were quite a number of people who were not guests of the hotel (wearing wristbands from other resorts). Although they usually stayed at the edge and there were still enough free places at that time, it felt uncomfortable knowing that non-guests were using the hotel’s facilities, especially when leaving personal belongings unattended. Hotel staff did approach them, but they were not asked to leave and continued to occupy the sunbeds.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but this change in policy was disappointing, as the previous system was a great advantage of the hotel and made the experience much...
Read moreBeautiful atmosphere and nice looking hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, you have everything you need in the room. The all inclusive food is pretty good, you have many options to choose from, especially when it comes to sweets and cakes. The drinks are low quality. There is a lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar & snacks. There is a small shop with everything you need in the lobby. Also a jewelry shop, kids lounge, VIP lounge, spa, indoor pool, a la carte restaurant. There's also a photographer who will pursue you to have a photo session, but they only give you one free photo, for others you have to pay a lot and they are not even that good. The personnel is well trained but most of them only know a few words in English and they are a bit rude, they expect you to tip them before serving you properly. They speak Russian and German better. The beach is with stones, not sand but is just near the hotel, very nice looking. The only problem is I haven't seen the life guards actually doing their job, supervising the people in the sea. There are entertaining programs 6 days a week, like water gym, darts, water polo and music and dance at night. During my stay the hotel was mostly occupied by elderly people, don't know if it's that way all the season but for a young person is not very...
