I am writing to complain hotel “Melissa Moment” where I stayed at recently. The travel agency booked the hotel and all services of my holiday in Turkey were paid in advance.||However, it was the worst holiday I have ever had in my life. I arrived on 16 September, 2018 and I was waiting at the reception desk to be checked in at 14.00. The administrator at the reception was Hasan Mujde. He shortly explained that, I cannot get my booked room, because there were some Germans. They continued to stay in room because of their delayed flight. Hasan said that they will stay there as a fact. Personally, I still did not understand WHY IN THE ROOM PAYED AND BOOKED IN ADVANCE, SOMEONE IS LIVING? That moment I was really tired from my long trip on the plane and could not protest again it. Hasan-the administrator, did not suggest any other rooms in hotel, did not apologize for inconvenience, and moreover, did not help at all. I also do not understand why there is no luggage room in hotel, I mean, any even small hotels worldwide have a special room where people can leave their luggage and freely go. Because of this awful service in hotel, I had just to be sitting the whole day in your hotel’s hall with my luggage instead of relaxing in my first day of holiday in Turkey. ||In the evening, Hasan led me to one place to stay overnight. Although Hasan promised to come and take me back from that place at 9.00 in the morning, he did not. ||||The worst of Hasan was his horrible attitude to me next day. When I came back to hotel, he was screaming at me asking why I was asking for a room? Why don't I want to sit quietly near the reception? He also pointed out that I am a Muslim woman and should be quiet and silent. He was rude and boorish, he made me cry. I could enter my room after 12 o’clock in the afternoon 17 September. We arrived in Kemer, stayed at the Melisa Moment Apart hotel on 1th of June for 6 nights and were greeted at reception by warm welcome, and then the reception guy escorted us and carried our luggage to our room. What a room, sweet cozy and spacious, bathroom with corner bath and all spotlessly clean. The stunning mountain and pool view of our balcony was simply wonderful. Next morning we went down for breakfast where there was a vast choice of cereals, boiled eggs, fresh vegetable, and fruits, freshly prepared omelettes with a choice of fillings juices, teas coffees etc. The pool areas again spotlessly clean. The bar staff were lovely and looked after us very well, lunch and evening meals were lovely plenty of choices at the restaurant. Last but not least, there was such prevention like social distance rules and hygiene were applied carefully due to the covid-19 pandemic. Read moreVery nice apart hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone at the reception day and night. The rooms are a bit tired but clean, with air cons (quiet) in each room. Note that access to the rooms is via very steep stairs. For me it wasn’t an issue at all, but may be a problem for elderly people. The rooms are facing either the pool or the street. If you have troubles sleeping or just want quieter room ask for the one facing the yard/pool, since those facing the street and the mosque may be too noisy (I didn’t mind though). Rooms with the pool view also seem to have more convenient balconies, if you need one. Breakfast is served by the pool and has sufficient variety to choose from.
