Spent a week here. The architecture is beautiful , the garden and pool are beautiful as well, views are nice. BUT Staff doesn’t speak English at all (except the owner and a nice lady, perhaps his daughter) Wi-fi Is free only around reception and the speed is low, so if you have to explain smth to staff somewhere else but reception - it’s not possible, they try to speak Turkish. DO WE LOOK LIKE PEOPLE SPEAKING TURKISH? They helped with taking some medicine to a fridge , that’s nice, as we didn’t have such. Also, fridge and kettle are always located in hotels’ rooms BUT here this “pleasure” available only for apartments not rooms. They charge 30 liras for a cup of tea and 10 for hot water (in cafés, price for a cup like 8-15 liras) the owner is rude, greedy (not only our opinion, we were told so) and tries to earn money even on such small things as water and internet connection. Of course, he seems nice at first , smiling you and so on, but as a problem appears- he’s changing The attitude is great if you are ready to pay for everything and a lot. Bad quality coffee in the coffee machine, there was spoiled milk in a jar on our first breakfast. Breakfast is poor and identical day to day. The apogee was dirty sheets which were promised to be changed every 3 days. We were looking at sheets hoping to get new but for 5 days they were the same. Cleaners just made the bed , thanks I’m able to do it myself. So about 2pm we went down to reception and asked to change them , the boy said okay I’ll transfer the information to cleaners (the conversation was on Google translate) Then we returned to room at like 7-8 pm , and guess what, sheets are still dirty :) Then we ran into the “host family” asking the owner to change the sheets finally. He asked the girl who was responsible for cleaning that day(she was sitting next to him). She said she had changed them :) Lol such a liar (she also said that I had told her not to touch anything, but how she understood not knowing a single English word))))))) The man said “I believe my workers, wait for 3 more days” we had left only 2 So we had to make an argument to make them change them , like is it a normal attitude? He also said that “you Russians are used to your standards, it’s Turkey” and etc I’ve been to 26 countries and never had to make an argument to have my sheets changed. Eventually, the sheets were changed So if you want to stay here - be ready to pay for every tiny thing and get along with such an attitude. The best person working here is the owner’s daughter and, no fights with her and she took out medicine to her room the first day :) nice lady afro boy cleaning the territory is nice too) I also got a poster on the door (HB) and a vase for flowers.

We enjoyed our staying here 😊 First of all you need to have right expectations from 2 star hotel. It looks cosy and clean, has it own charm, nice location, much better than many hotels in central part of Kemer. Huge amount of restaurants and shops 10-15 min walk. They made renovation in one of two buildings, but we stayed in old one. Furniture and bathroom are worn out, but everything works ok. We really appreciated super comfortable mattress. Hotel stuff is professional, they tried to do everything you asked about, always nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple and tasty, every morning different homemade pastries. We decided to move to another part of Kemer and leave the hotel earlier, so I asked to give money back and they did it. This is 💯 client oriented business. The only thing we were not happy with is 15-18 min walk to the public or private beach (Google shows 18 min and it's true), definitely not 10 mins. Price for the worst sunbed on the private beach after 50% discount from the Naturella hotel was 250 liras per person. Everyone can decide if it is ok for them or no. Also there is absolutely stunning wild beach 30 min walk from the hotel 🥰(you will be forced to climb over stones).

We had a really nice 2-week vacation ❤️ Breakfast was included, everything was nice except the machine coffee, which was not so good. There were cheeses, olives from the hotel’s garden, bread, homemade bakings, eggs, etc. Part of the hotel’s apartments are renovated. We had an older one, and it was still ok. Our room had soap, shampoo and shower gel, a small fridge, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The owners were really welcoming and friendly. All the staff were wonderful. Every time we had any problem, they helped us. The place is really calm and peaceful, with olive trees, lime trees and a beautiful garden. The pool area was nice, and there was always room because hotel guests didn’t reserve the sunbeds. One night a kitten followed us back to Naturella, and the staff gave it food and water ❤️ The location is really nice, about 15 minutes to the beach and night club. P.S. The song for this place is “Well Meet Again – Vera Lynn.” Add it to your song list at the hotel 😊

We came at this lovely place in October for 1 week but finally we stayed for 1 month) Welcoming atmosphere of greeny garden on the hotel territory, fresh air from close mountains and less tourists than in summer made our stay at this place home like! Approx 15min far from sea, not close to main noisy road but still not far from the center cause Kemer in general is compact town. Living area was good for us: 1 bedroom with all necessary (1 bed for 2 persons, 2 chairs, 2 normal wardroabs, by our special request Husein-the-host gave us one extra table ). One medium pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas for sunbathing, billiard table, lounge zone with sofas for nice evenings with diverse music (you may choose any disk from the Host's rich music library for any taste). ||Our shower sprinkler (nozzle) gave almost no water so the next day host fixed the problem by himself) Regular cleaning, minimal breakfests, free wi-fi in the lobby, internet in your room for extra 1 usd/day. Laundry 100 TL. What we missed about was only cooked oatmeal🙂 ||During our stay we got used to Husein, Aisha, Kadria, Emre so much that after 1 week since we checked out, we miss them already.. This place is so adorable! As they said great renovation is coming since it s welcoming guests since 90s! Wonna come to this place again and witness second birth) it s not 5star all inclusive hotel, but it has its own charming atmosphere. Proved and...
