Avoid at All Costs - Worst Hotel Experience Ever
My stay at the “Miarosa Kemer Beach” was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a terrible experience, but nothing could have prepared me for just how awful this place really is.
Rooms: The rooms are absolutely horrendous. The furniture is outdated and falling apart, the beds are uncomfortable, and the sheets feel like sandpaper. The walls are so thin you can hear every noise from your neighbors, which made sleeping impossible. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the corners and a constant smell of sewage. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.
Hotel Appearance: The entire hotel looks like it hasn’t seen maintenance in years. The exterior is crumbling, and the interior isn’t any better. The lobby is dark and depressing, with stained carpets and broken furniture. It feels like you’re stepping into a time capsule from the 80s, and not in a good way.
Food: The food is barely edible. Despite being labeled as an "all-inclusive" resort, the quality of the meals was abysmal. The buffet was always a sad display of lukewarm, tasteless slop. Even the simplest dishes were ruined by poor preparation. I’ve had better meals in school cafeterias. The only consistent thing about the food was how disappointing it was.
All-Inclusive Scam: Despite advertising itself as an all-inclusive resort, they find every possible way to nickel and dime you. Want a decent drink? That’ll cost extra. Need a towel? Pay up. Even basic amenities like Wi-Fi come with a ridiculous fee. The staff was constantly trying to upsell everything, which made the entire experience feel like a money-grabbing scheme rather than a relaxing vacation.
In conclusion, staying at the “Miarosa Kemer Beach” was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The room quality is abysmal, the hotel itself is falling apart, the food is inedible, and the so-called “all-inclusive” package is a total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Read moreThe honest review of this hotel is 2+. The hotel does not match a 5-star hotel. Very rude employees who work at the bar, when they see a child they deliberately leave him waiting for 15 minutes for a drink. The food is the same every day and after 3 days you get sick of the same food. Employees force people to write reviews, that the hotel is 5 stars, but to complain to the employee what is wrong with the hotel. Of course you can't give 4 stars, you have to give all 5. But if they don't like your review, they take your phone and write their review, as they like it (of course they put their name in the review and decorate the review as if they are kissing your feet when you enter the hotel.) Half of the employees do not know English, those who do, speak a total of 3 words. The beach is all rocky and the entrance is very very bad and you hurt your feet while entering the sea. All in all, avoid this hotel or avoid it if you plan to spend your summer here. Everything is expensive and only the air they don't charge you for. The rooms are like on excursions and the shower cabins are full of mold. They don't change towels but give you dirty ones (under the pretext that the hotel has no money and buys new towels all the time, they probably haven't heard of a washing machine). Half of what you have in the papers is not there. Employees (younger) ask tourists (girls teenagers) for instagram while on shift. Electricity and water often go out, and when the water comes, there is no hot water. The internet is very very bad. RUN AWAY...
Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel with three friends for a week, and it was a letdown from the start. We paid around €1.8k for two people under the Ultra All-Inclusive package, but what we received was far from acceptable.
The room’s sound insulation was awful; we could easily hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of crying children throughout the night. Meal times were restricted, and the food quality was poor—there was even sand in the salad at one point, which made us question their hygiene. Our stomachs didn’t handle the food well, and unfortunately, there weren’t any good restaurant options nearby.
Alcohol was subpar, and if you wanted anything imported, you had to pay an extra €6 per shot. Additionally, they charged for internet, which cost €15 per device for a week, and the connection was terrible—definitely not worth paying for.
The constant pestering by masseurs around the pool was particularly frustrating. They pressured us into overpriced massages, and after the treatment, they claimed we had issues that required a costly massage package. It was clear they were just using scare tactics to sell more.
On top of that, the entertainment was lacking. The animation shows were weak, there were no discos, and the water park was small, more suitable for younger kids. Basic bathroom essentials, like robes, slippers, and even toothbrushes or toothpaste, were missing.
Overall, this stay left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or...
