Very aesthetic, but not comfortable and the service is bad for this price.
We have stayed here for one night, like a romantic trip. We had a big expectations, but they didn’t come true. There are many details further.
But I want to start with the pluses. Hotel makes much effortaffords in decorating and it looks very fancy - fashion outdoor furniture, cozy lighting, a beautiful garden and many cute birds. That’s why we decided to book it. The location is very good too, close to the Olympus ancient city, restaurants and ATMs.
But despite of all aesthetic, we haven’t got a comfortable rest! Birds and cats bothered us during the meal. We really couldn’t have a tea outdoors because of peacocks. There were many staff, but they didn’t care about clients, they were focused on decorating. It was really hard to attract their attention. More than that, only one staff member spoke English, we could ask the question to for any staff and wait until when they called an English speaking guy. In the hotels restaurant the prices were in euros and higher than in the area. But our food was too plain and the service was awful. For instance, we received wine, after we had eaten all the appetisers. The spa wasn’t good, if you’re looking for the spa, choose another place. It was cold here, the sauna was bad quality, the settings in the jacuzzi didn’t work at all. The breakfast that was included in the price wasn’t good either. Coffee was cold., There was a good choice of many fresh fruits and vegetables, but you need to cut and slice it by yourself. There wasn’t any hot meal, like eggs or porridge, unfortunately. There was some hair in our bedbad, it was disgusting, but I prefer to suggest it was an oversight.
I won’t return here in the future, maybe only for the half of the...

Read moreI took my mom here for a 3 night stay. After being with 15 of our family members for a week in Magic Life Jacaranda , this oasis in the skirts of Olympus mountain was magical, quite, elegant and absolutely extra ordinary. We stayed in their largest room and closest to the sea. The room was huge with so many elegant and thoughtful details. Employees go out of their way to satisfy you. There are chickens and peacocks gazing around. All natural ingredients breakfast open buffet te set up is wonderful. All day treats are extra touch. I seldom write reviews but this place deserve more than 5 stars. I shall return. I wish though this was an all adult or at least 10 years old and up Hotel because it is very small and crying babies and 3 year olds roaming around in a romantic ambiance or for a quite stay desire is negative. Initially I booked more rooms to host my large family and my own two kids but after studying the hotel, I thought we would bother some others as we would gather and be noisy and chose a large hotel to stay with them.. My next door neighbor was also unthoughtful and loud. When I requested if he could a bit with lower voice he literally walked to my face finger pointing “ don’t tell me what to do” I immediately went to the reception and complaint. He is a regular for three years with his barking dogs! He was tying the dog to my bench!! Anyway, I did not hear him much after. Thanks to management, they figured how to shut him up. I otherwise, I love, love love this place and I definitely will go back. ( L’occitane touch in the fabulous bathroom was an additional nice touch....
