I was looking forward to stay in this hotel, it seamed clean and friendly but I was wrong, it turned into the worst hotel stay of my life, including being lied to, food intolerance, and money theft. Let me run you through it:
1- I booked this hotel for two nights, upon arrival we said we might need a third night. We were told that would be ok and we only had to inform them the next day as soon as we knew. The next day (while I was undergoing a medical procedure) I was informed by my clinic that I needed to stay in Antalya that extra day, therefore my partner went to the reception to book one more day. To her surprise the reception told her everything was booked due to a conference, and there was nothing she could do. Not giving up my partner went online to find solutions and again to her surprise there were rooms available in this very same hotel, but now double the price! She booked it anyway because it would be impossible for me to relocate to another hotel after my medical procedure. Now we don't like to be lie to and confronted with this situation the reception gave us the room for the same price, explaining she was instructed by her manager to lie about room availability to us so they can book it at double the price for the conference attendees.
2- For breakfast my partner asked if they could provide lactose free milk, they said the milk in the machine was lactose free, she doubted it so she asked to see the bottle. Of course it was not lactose free, it was fat free! This could have been a very bad mistake, saying to someone who is lactose intolerant that the milk is lactose free when it is not. In the end they did find a bottle of lactose free milk in the kitchen.
3- Returning to the hotel after my medical procedure on the first day I was looking forward to a shower and rest in bed, once I arrived to my surprise the bed was not made and all the towels stiff dirty on the floor. My partner had to go again to the reception asking to please change at least the towels. Their excuse was again the conference was keeping the staff busy.
4- On the second day of my medical procedure I returned to the hotel only to find that my card doesn't work anymore. I had to go down to the reception again, with my head in bandages, to change the card. It worked and the room was finally clean.
5- the next morning the cards don't work again...
6- a driver has been picking me up these days to go to the clinic, the reception of the hotel call me once he arrives. On the last day they didn't call, the time passed and I became suspicious, went down to the reception and of course the driver was there and waiting for me for a while. The reception had no idea where was my room on the last day (it was the same room).
7- a week after this nightmare stay, already at home, and it keeps on giving... Out of nowhere we got charged 100€ from this hotel with no warning. We had to contact Hilton costumer service to get our money back and to delete our card information. Never heard of an hotel charging you directly from your card a week after you've been there. A complete break of privacy rules, unacceptable!
My question is, does this happen in all Hamptons and Hiltons or just this one? I'm for sure will never stay in one again. Most...

However, I immediately checked my bank statement on my phone and confirmed that the payment had been successfully deducted from my account.||||Despite this confirmation, the waiter insisted I pay again, stating that the initial transaction was unsuccessful.||||Discourteous and Aggressive Behavior: When I disputed the second payment request, the hotel staff, including individuals from the reception and bar, became aggressive and insisted I pay again or be denied access to my booked rooms. I was told in a very disrespectful manner that the receptionist had already informed me of the payment issue and that instead of defending myself, I should have simply obeyed the order to pay again.||Refusal to Contact Authorities: When I requested to speak with a manager or contact the police, I was informed that the individuals present were the managers and that no police would be called.||Continued Harassment: Upon attempting to resolve the issue and pay for the rooms, I was subjected to further verbal abuse and disrespect.||This entire ordeal was deeply distressing and unacceptable. The behavior of the hotel staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and created a hostile environment.||||I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken against the involved staff.
