I have never really wrote a review before but I feel the need to. I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
First, there was an issue with the hot water in the morning. When I tried to shower, the water was cold. I called the staff, and they told me to wait 20 minutes for it to heat up. I waited, but even after that, the water remained cold, so I had no choice but to take an uncomfortable cold shower. While the staff was polite, this was unacceptable for a hotel stay.
Then, at checkout, they called me five minutes before the official checkout time to make sure I was leaving. This felt unnecessary and made me feel rushed. Because of this, I was in a hurry to get downstairs, and I now realize this likely led to me leaving behind two valuable items.
That evening, at our next hotel, we realized my wife had left her £1,000 pair of shoes in the room. When we called the hotel, they initially told us no one had entered the room yet. However, after checking, they claimed the shoes were not there. We told them we would report the incident to the police, and within 10 minutes, the shoes had “miraculously” appeared. Suspicious, to say the least. They then claimed they couldn’t give them to us right away because they were locked in a room, which was very inconvenient as we needed them that night.
Later, I also realized I had left my £200 headphones behind. When I contacted the hotel, they said they had not been found. While I can’t be 100% sure I left them there, I strongly believe I did, as I only used them in that hotel and they weren’t in my suitcase. Given how they handled the missing shoes, I can’t shake the feeling that the same cleaning staff may have taken the headphones as well.
The only positive I can mention is that the staff was polite, but I strongly advise future guests to be very mindful of their belongings. The rushed checkout call caused unnecessary stress, and in hindsight, I believe it played a big role in me forgetting my items. I would not...

This is a great hotel, but here are a few things that you should know.
Water pressure: 9/10 The shower heads in these bathrooms are amazing. There is obviously no water conservation. I love it!
Room decor: 8/10 These rooms are nice and tastefully decorated. Lighting in the bathrooms are pretty cool. The room condition was good (ex. curtains not ripped, clean sheets etc) Cleanliness: No complaints. The bathroom and room was extremely clean. This is definitely one of the better rooms we staid in.
Noise: 5/10 This hotel is located on a busy highway. The closer you are to the highway, the noisier it is.
Check-in/ staff: 9 Super. Very friendly. Very helpful.
Location: 7/10 If you don't have a car, that is ok. You are close to the tramway stop (about a 5 minute walk). Taxis are nearby but beware. They are scammers.
Wifi speed: 8/10 Tested. Clocked in at 67 mb/s
Breakfast: 7/10 There are a few hot dishes like eggs and pink sausage. Very typical Turkish breakfast. Was sufficient for us.
TIPS #1: Ensure the taxis that this hotel uses will use the meter. They try and get you to cut a deal before leaving or pay in dollars. This is ILLEGAL. They must use the meter. Insist on it.
TIP #2: Request a room far away from the highway. This is actually quite a long hotel and goes far back from the highway. If you request a room back there, it should be quiet...
Read moreMe and my husband stayed here from 5.9 till 8.9.2022. Everything was wonderful. The room and bathroom was very clean and had a fresh welcoming feeling. Towels and sheets perfectly clean. The breakfast was free of charge and they have multiple egg dishes you can pick whether its boiled scrambled omlette menemen or sucuklu egg. We tried most of them and they were delicious. We used the room service quiet often and their cheesecakes and hot drinks and pizza was also a 10 out of 10. Receptionists were very polite and always smiley. The cleaner lady was always around in the noon she was very helpful and offered to clean our room and change our towels daily. I really want to thank her too for being ever so kind. In total of us staying in antalya we went to 4 hotels and this was far by the best one. I don't get why people leave 1 star review without a comment. But I would happily come back again. Also the trams are only a 5min walk to the Yenigöl stop. Also a 10 min walk to Altinova stop. And 3 stops away from the airport and costs 8 lira to get there. Much quicker and cheaper than taxis. Easy to get into town and to shopping malls with the...
