Hotel is OK, but it should offer better service for the price range. It is family hotel, so prepare yourself for lot of children. Room: everything working OK, air-condition perfect. You can make coffee in the room, there is TV with limited number of channels, minibar(non alcoholic drinks and sweets). Cleaning depends on a day. Bed linen changed regularly but towels not. The floor moped partially in the room or bathroom, never on the balcony. Minibar also depends on a day, what is reffiled and what is not. There are several restaurants, few snack restaurants that children like. The food is fresh and tasteful. Most of the main dishes are with chicken, other kinds of meat or fish are limited. Often it takes time to find the free table. Several pools, fairly clean. One with slides which are nice. You have to hurry up to find free sun bed. Towels for the pool /beach are free and changed daily. The beach is outside the hotel, you can walk for 5 minutes (pedestrian zone) or take special wehicle to take you there. There are always fee sunbeds at the beach. Sunbeds are not being cleaned so you have to do it. Also, the waist is collected from the trash cans but small pieces are never picked from the send. The sea is warm, there are always waves but you can swim. There is a bar and snack restaurant at the beach. The staff does not speak English, so it may be hard to communicate but it also means that they will not bother you with additional services (massage, hairdresser, shops...) Beside the hotel there is small lake and nice area to walk in the evening with shops and few other hotels. Wi fi works good in the room, and on and off in public areas. There is a show every night, do not miss the one with the fire. You can take dolmus to Side, it is one EUR per person. It stops in front of the hotel, I recommend it. In total, it is not bad hotel but the service should be better, especially cleaning.

We are staying in the hotel for more than a week now (family of three). Once arrived we were given a room in an old building - it was like from a horror movie, rusty refrigerator, bed all in stains, lamps in stains, all i can not even describe. Cleaning consisted only in the change of towels, once the floor was wiped in the room. I constantly had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper at reception, humiliating. The worst thing is that the air conditioner did not work in the room (35-43 degrees outside), we tried to solve this problem for several days, at the reception with a disgruntled look we were promised to sort it out, but nothing was done. We did not sleep well, and were bitten by mosquitoes, because we had to open the windows at night not to suffocate. With great difficulty we were able to change the room to another with extra payment. Otherwise - the food is varied but not tasty, only once there was a tasty fish. I liked the freshly squeezed juice. They do not know how to make cocktails. In the restaurant chaos and mess. I saw an employee with bare hands picking up fallen pasta from the table and putting it in a container with food, from which people then eat. The coffee machines are very dirty. Pools are relatively clean, umbrellas are few, at 8 am all the sunbeds under the umbrellas are already "booked". Next time I would not come even for free.

•Pools & Beach - 5/5 ⭐️: Pools were nice, particularly aqua park. Two additional shallow kid pools (40 cm) was another nice concept, for the families coming with kids. Because there were several pools, it was very comfortable to choose and it was not crowded. The hotel had private beach in 3 min walking distance, which we also enjoyed. •Meals & Restaurant: - 3/5 ⭐️: Although the taste of the meals was ok & acceptable (not admirable), it was very overcrowded in general and sometimes you may need to wait on queue for 20-30 minutes to take your meal, with no available table to sit and eat in peace. • Snack Bars & Drinks - 4/5 ⭐️: Several snack bars and drink bars across the hotel were available for a time period during the day. We liked pizzas, burgers etc. and enjoyed. Drinks and cocktails were also nice, although sometimes a bit crowded, but generally nice and acceptable. •Rooms & Hygiene - 5/5 ⭐️: The hotel was generally clean. The staff was very pro-active and quickly clearing up, whatever is left from customers. The rooms was nice, a bit small but ok for us. You can request cleaning and any needed items from reception when needed, and it will be provided. •Result - 4/5 ⭐️: If you come with family and kids, liking swimming pools and beach, it is recommended. Considering the meals are not very important.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, upon our arrival, we were given a room with only one bed ( 2 guys traveling) and not two like was requested by our travel agency. The clerk at the desk asked if that is a problem that we only have 1 bed. I replied that it is a problem. He replied with a smirk and asked if that is a small or a big problem. I had to raise my voice that it is a very big problem. I gotta say that the front desk at this hotel , for the most part, are a group of unhelpful, ignorant and rude apes. When we finally entered the room the second surprise awaited... the room is tiny with two little beds, only 1 blanket, a 12 inch tv ( not joking ) and an old smelly carpet. This is not a five star hotel. I have expressed my disapproval of the room and said that we were promised much better accommodations to which the clerk replied "sorry, talk to you tour guide" and she walked away from me. I did talk to the tour guide and was sent back to speak to the customer relations manager at the hotel. Her name was Ceyla, I believe. I described our issue and she immediately got up and walked to the front desk, returned and said that tomorrow they will give us a new room. God almighty! Finally, some overdue service. The next day the bell boy showed us our "new room". Smaller than the one we were given originally. And one more. Exactly the same. I went back to the Customer Relations and she stated that if we dont like these rooms that they will just put one extra bed in our room... at which point I realized that she has no idea what the problem is , as she wasn't listening in the first place. She still thought that we only have 1 bed... keep in mind that I speak both English and Russian, so there wasnt a problem with the message getting through. They just dont listen. I spoke to the Customer Relations again and told her my life story and said that we are here with my buddy celebrating our birthdays, we are willing to pay more for better accommodations. We just want to have a good vacation. The customer relations lady looked around while was I was speaking to her. I asked if, perhaps, we can have a voucher for a free massage or something ( I am giving HER options on how to solve the issue now). She asked me to wait, as she will see what she can do. I waited by her office for an hour and left. It has been two days since our last chat. I have had other interactions with staff here and they were quite pleasant. Another time I called the front desk to ask about when the evening event starts, was placed on hold and transferred without a warning. When I hear five star hotel , I think of large ( queen size beds) , comfortable mattresses, large screen TVs. Not tiny tough mattresses, rude staff and terrible customer service. I am leaving the same review on a trip advisor to warn you about this place. You will not get your moneys worth... the soap dispenser doesnt work in the shower, the flush button on the toilet came off day two, the alcohol is of poor quality, the food is...

I have been there just last week with my family and we enjoyed but there were some problems I'd like to report so they can take note and solve them. First problem was about the hygiene. As we entered the old building towards the room a smell like rotten food was evident all over the corridors. We noticed this everyday and it was disgusting. My daugter and me got ear infection tje third day and the rest of the days passed in pain and discomfort. That was with no dubt due to the hygiene of the pools as we stayed in the pools those days. Next the flies. There were flies everywhere in the resturant, on the food, on the plates, everywhere. I think they are used with flies and are not doing anything to kill them. Next is the bar service outside. The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard. The AC was so dirty I could see the dust with naked eye. It was like the filter was never cleaned. I asked them to clean it and they did. Next problem is the beach service. The sunbeds where packeted like sardines and the sun shades where almost transparent to the sun. Could not stay there in the hot for long, we stayed only once for 1h. The beach bar also was like an old abandoned grey building, not a nice olace to stay. Next problem was the quallity of the people. Vast majority of the clients were Rusian people and their attitude often was not correct. We had an incident once, they had blocked the passage between the sunbeds rows and I had to move their empty sunbed, they moved it back right after so my family behind me could not pass and the lady screamed at us. What an ugly behaviour. Never had such problem in my life ever. They also stayed packed in the sea side so it was difficult to pass to enter in the sea. What an unpleasant situation.

Other than that it was fine, my kids enjoyed a lot. The turkish people were always serving well and in good attitude. Food was good and tasty but nothing...
