We arrived at the hotel late at night, around 12:00 AM. At the reception, we were greeted by a receptionist to whom we handed our documents. He checked us in, but then made us wait for an hour and a half before finally giving us access to our room. Unfortunately, we encountered a major issue right away. Our travel agency had informed us that the hotel provided wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, but we were given a room with a regular shower, which was completely unsuitable for our disabled boy. The receptionist insisted that all bathrooms were the same in every room, which turned out to be untrue. We were also placed in a building that was the farthest from the beach, meaning it took about 15 minutes to reach the shore with a wheelchair. When we asked for help that night, we were told to come back in the morning. We were given only two room cards and told we could collect a third one the next day. However, when we returned, the receptionist acted surprised and claimed they only ever give two cards per room – contradicting his earlier statement. The next day, a representative from the travel agency came and tried to help resolve the issue. Even after she explained our specific needs regarding a wheelchair-accessible room and bathroom, the receptionist kept repeating that all rooms were the same. We asked to see another room, and only then did he show us one that was truly accessible – with a properly adapted bathroom. Fortunately, they agreed to move us. We also asked if it would be possible to reserve sunbeds in the front row at the beach for our disabled boy, since he struggles to walk long distances. The receptionist said it might not be possible but that he would do his best. In the end, we got front-row sunbeds, but only for two days. For the remaining five days, nothing was arranged. During the first few days, there was a lifeguard at the beach who was very kind and helpful – assisting us with getting the boy into the water, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, in the following days, a different lifeguard was on duty, and he showed no interest or effort to help. Another downside was the beach layout itself. While the beach was beautiful and sandy, there was a strange setup – a stream of water, apparently from a treatment plant, flowed across the sand before reaching the sea. This made it very difficult to get across with a wheelchair and complicated the entire process. At the end of our stay, we asked a staff member to weigh our suitcase. While doing so, he broke the handle off our fairly new suitcase. Although he apologized, he didn’t seem to care, which left us disappointed. Despite all these issues, we did find many positives during our stay. Once we were moved, our room was spacious, modern, and cleaned daily. The hotel itself was large, clean, and beautiful. The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety every day – including meats, side dishes, salads, and delicious desserts. There was always something for everyone. The drinks were also very good and well prepared. The pools were big and clean, offering a great space to relax. The surrounding environment was lovely, and there were plenty of shops nearby with a great selection of goods at reasonable prices. In summary, while the hotel itself, the food, drinks, pools, and overall atmosphere were excellent, the experience was negatively affected by the poor communication and attitude of some of the staff, the initial room assignment, and the lack of consistent assistance for a guest with special needs. With better service and more consideration, the stay could have been truly perfect.

This is rated as 5 stars ultra all inclusive hotel, but they charge you extra for: - game zone - popcorn - fresh juice. So what is the concept of ultra all inclusive if you change me for this? In my opinion this is false advertising. What i didn’t like: - If you ask for a mojito drink, you can get one only at the loby bar or at the pool bar, but if you dont have money with you for tips, on the second one they will tell you no more mint available and so on. -You wont find included in the “ultra all inclusive “ any international drinks, i am not referring only at the alcohol drinks, they won’t offer you original Coca cola/ Fanta or Sprite. All the drinks are local. - The only non stop bar is in the lobby where they have only 1 bartender and after 22 o’clock they shootout the air conditioner in order to become uncomfortable to stay there and leave in the room. -Some rooms under main pool that have moisture smell….and the air conditioner are very loud. -The pools are not very well maintained and cleaned. -The minibar in the room have only water included, not alcoholic drink or soda juice. -The standard rooms are very small and aged. -The WiFi is very poor and available only at the main pool area and inside the hotel. No wifi at the beach zone at all. - The safebox in the room isn’t for free, basically this is the very first 5 stars hotel where i saw this… - The toilets under the main pool are very dirty and broken What did i like: - beach with sand and the sea water is ok - the variety of the food - entertainment - some of the personnel are nice and struggle to make you feel nice.

We have just returned from a weeks stay across the 25th April until the 2nd May 2025. ||||After reviewing numerous reports we settled to Atlantis Spa & Resort Hotel as this seemed the best for location and for being family friendly as well as this under the Atlantis chain of resorts.||||On arrival you are greeted with a grand reception area and open bar / seating area which makes your hopes very high for your room and the rest of the resort.||||We were taken to our room and firstly greeted by a weird damp smell, putting that aside, we noticed a gaping hole above the toilet seat push button. This wouldn’t usually bother me but travelling with a curious infant of 18 months was not safe. ||||We requested a room changed which was offered the next day, this was on the 5th floor in the 2nd block. It was a smaller room and had low ceiling (room 3501) but the room itself was a lot more hygienic so we stayed for the remaining of our duration.||||The resort itself and working staff were very nice and welcoming. However as the week went on we started to realise this resort was not catered to English speaking individuals as staff spoke very little and you were either dismissed by a response of “I do not understand” (mainly by reception) or a response that was not in relation to what you originally asked.||||The food was a hit a miss; breakfast and snacks across the day definitely made up for dinner. During our last night (01/05/2025) there was a Turkish night were we noticed most tables being merged together catering for larger groups of adults resulting in smaller families especially those with children to dine outside. To make matters worse, this was on the day where the weather was the worst with a highest of 18 degrees and thunderstorms across the day. You can only imagine how the night felt.||||My husband immediately raised this with the manager once again based on the lack of consideration for children and prioritisation of larger groups but it was taken very lightly as he spoke very little English and understood very little. ||||To end that night me and my son were in bed sleeping and heard a huge bang, looking into the bathroom we noticed the bathroom mirror had fallen flat on the floor leaving shatters of glass and debris. Reception were called who send a cleaner to see to the issue who once again spoke hardly and English resulted to numerous people coming to our room in the middle of the night. This was very distressing for our child.||||Luckily nobody was hurt in this incident but if anybody was to be in the bathroom during that time it would have resulted to serious injuries. This again was raised but not acknowledged.||||To end this very large review, our experience staying at Atlantis spa and resort was not good at all. The resort is not made for individuals who have English as a first language or families given that staff do not understand or understand very little English. ||||The resort instead caters for German, Russian and native communities including ones that spark drunken brawls, and loud and ignorant behaviour.||||With the title and name this resort holds you would compare to Dubai Atlantis, but don’t. Think more of a 3 star resort suiting for hen/stag parties and you will be fine. The rooms are extremely outdated, maintenance is poor and hygiene is a real issue.||||I could continue on but feel like it won’t make a difference. I plea to those that read this review that I would just like to pre- warn you of the expectation that we unfortunately endured. ||||I look forward to a response from the hotel as this should not come as a shock as all matters had...

Just returned from a week break and our first time trying Turkey. Arrived late at night 11.30pm and checked in quickly with no waiting. The restaurant is open all night which is great and allowed us to get some food and drinks after a long day. I lost my suitcase as the transfer put it back on the coach. The hotel did all they could and i had it back 12 hours later. Rooms on arrival were good but needed a bit of care. Door handle was hanging off in the bathroom and balcony very small however it was not bad at all for 5 of us. The rooms were spacious with a nice bathroom. The hotel is beautful and kept very well and always immaculately clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and despite some not having great english they did their best. As it was my wifes birthday on day 2 they really went the extra mile with the restaurant table having flowers and a cake and wine in the room along with organising flowers. My wife had a treatment in the spa and said it was the best she has ever had and very reasonably priced. The use of the indoor pool was good to get out of the hot sun for an hour each day. Outside there are 2 good size pools with swim up bars that were fairly quiet and you never have to wait long for a drink.I will say without doubt the food and drinks at this hotel are absolutley outstanding. If anybody says otherwise then they are wrong or just trying to find fault. So much choice with food each night and presented with care. Lunch and breakfast all have plenty of choice and there is a great atmsophere in there. It was tasty and we were spoilt for choice everynight with so many different options. There wasnt a single night where anything was bad and by far the best of any all inclusive we have been too. The cocktails made with real alcohol and plenty of choice. The kids enjoyed the waffle house and beach bar which offered something a bit different for lunch times, however we were dissapointed we couldnt book the ala carte as they were always full. The pools are kept well and enterntainment during the day excellent. We felt the entertainment at night was a bit average but there was always something going on. The hotel has a beautiful private beach with plenty of sun loungers. This was one thing that there was always plenty of with no running or fighting for any loungers. Even at 8.30am there was space. Outside the hotel is markets selling clothes and a couple of bars to get drinks. The gentleman in charge at reception was a gent and extremely helpful in regaining my lost suitcase but always friendly and approachable and always smiled. |The only thing that let this holiday down for me was the standard of air con in the hotel. Reception was cool but other corridors and areas too warm. It was44 degrees which cant be helped and not the hotels fault.|If you want an excellent holiday and value for money in turkey look no further. Nothing is perfect but this place ticks majority of boxes.||Pros - friendly staff, outstanding food and drink and beautiful beach resort hotel thats impecabbly clean. Excellent spa and day entertainment. Plenty of space in and around pools at all time. Quiet at night after 11ish. ||Cons - aircon needs an upgrade in corridors around the hotel and evening entertainment could be better.||Thanks for a wonderful stay would highly reccomend to anybody reading this to book and would love to...
