I suggest you read the whole review here since we had an accident during our holiday.||On one of the first days, my wife and son went from the yellow slide as can be seen on the advertised hotel pictures. You slide of this on a rubber band. A lifeguard at the top of the slide decides when to release you and then pushes you down the slide. In our case, he pushed my wife and son before the slide had been cleared at the bottom - there were still people on the slide. As he spinned them around when pushing them down, they were going rearwards and could not see anything coming. At the bottom, my wife hit her back on something or somebody, resulting in pain in her back, neck and arms. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance about an hour later after seeing the hotel doctor.|The hospital stated the scans were clear but wanted her to stay an extra night. She declined, after which she was immediately dismissed with no medical records, proof of scans, etc. In the hotel, guest relations was being as helpful as they could be and the next day we received a fruit basket with a "get well soon" card.||As a consequence, my wife was unable to take care of our baby the following days. Our other two kids were also quite shocked by the event and did not really use the slides anymore for the rest of the holidays (one of the reasons we went to this hotel). They were scared of the slides and were worried about getting injured. My wife kept having pain for the rest of the holidays.||The hotel acknowledged what happened and I made a claim with both the hotel and travel operator, asking for a refund of 2 days as we felt this was what we lost during our stay. Both did not reply for 3 weeks. My last email was answered with "take whatever legal steps you want".||We are very disappointed with how the hotel management dealt with this accident. Though we know accidents can happen, what defines a hotel is how they deal with them. The negligence of the life guard caused an injury which could change a person's life. Fortunately we were lucky so to say, but a small refund is the least what the hotel could do. Completely disregarding our request seems like this hotel only cares about money, and not about its guests.||Besides the above, the hotel itself is very nice. There is plenty of food to choose from, and there are quite a few places where you can eat and drink. We appreciated it very much that next to the swimming pool there is a simple restaurant where you can have lunch. Same goes for the beach: your all-inclusive is also valid in the beach restaurant, providing lunch and drinks (drinks are all day long). The cocktails were tasty though the quality did differ. Every cocktail seemed to be different, even if you ordered the same. There was no consistency between the barmen.|Rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was a bit dated but sufficed.||Swimming pools were nice, but the pools for the really little ones were very basic. The bigger pools are 1m40 everywhere, meaning for anything up to a 9-year old, it is probably too deep to stand in. We were really missing a pool of let's say 1m00 deep.|Around some of the swimming pools was a strong smell of sewage, which was quite disgusting. This was not the case everywhere though.||Opening times of the slides are somewhat limited, 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.30 (in the beginning even 16.00).|The lunapark has some great entertainment for the kids but the machines felt dated and sometimes somewhat unsafe. The boat for example has a bar that keeps you in place as the boat rocks back and forth. However, we found there's quite some space between your body and the bar and we didn't feel completely safe.||There are life guards everywhere but their work days are limited: they are not there the whole day. It happened more than once that we noticed they were just playing with their phone and paying less attention than they should be. This group of mostly young people seemed to take their job too lightly and though you should always keep your own kids safe, it would have been nice to see more professionalism from the life guards. Safety seems to be more of a show for this hotel than top priority.||Altogether it was a great holiday, had it not been for the accident at the beginning of the holiday. Though we were taken care of at that moment, the after care was very bad and management's refusal to deal with the situation and guest satisfaction is appalling.||We specifically liked the hotel rooms and the offered food and drinks. Overal though, we don't expect to ever come back to this hotel and in the future will stay...

Altogether it was a great holiday, had it not been for the accident at the beginning of the holiday. Though we were taken care of at that moment, the after care was very bad and management's refusal to deal with the situation and guest satisfaction is appalling.

Read moreThe hotel is very beautiful, our family room was spacious with 2 persons bed, one person bed and one extra bed they brought. The room was facing the aqua park and mountains, very beautiful. The room has necessary facilities, toileterries. The hotel has several pools however majority of them are 140 deep which is not handy for small kids. Therefore we stayed most of the times by the aquapark where smaller pools are located. There are about 8 slides, one was closed during our stay and 2nd closed also the last days. Normally kids as of 10 can go on majority of slides, however if you sign a paper at reception that you take the responsibility, they will give another bracelet to your kids to be able to make all slides. My son of 6 did all the slides by himself. But of course kids must be able to swim, because you land in the pools of 140-180 deep. There are also 3 baby slides, which kids can enjoy. The lifeguards in the aquapark are super friendly and always having fun with you, which always adds on to your mood.|The beach is just infront of the hotel, with real soft sand. There are enough chairs everywhere. Many people reserve chairs early, but even those coming at 10-11 always find a spot. At the beach you can enjoy water sports. They also make photos and videos of you when you do it, make sure to negotiate the price if you want to buy those photos/videos;-) if you have kids, there is kids club. Compared to other hotels, there were not much special activities in there and often you need to pay extra for example for a glitter tattoo. What’s nice is that some days you can have banana ride at the sea for 15€, therefore with 5€ discount. My kids of 6&8 had fun and did it twice. The ladies in kids club speak mostly German and Turkish. One lady speaks Russian. There is a promenade next to the beach where you can walk. If you go to the right from the hotel, till the bridge, you can spot sea turtles swimming under it. They are used that people come to feed them with eggs there:)|The hotel has its own free of charge lunapark. Kids and even us enjoyed it every day. In the evening there are shows however compared to another hotels, the shows here were not so great, however if you are not traveling often, you might be happy with those.|The spa at the hotel is twice more expensive than on the street, and eventhough I asked for soft massage, I still god very painful one and had to 100 times say that it’s too hard. So go on the street infron of the hotel, where shopping place is. There we paid 45€ for 2 persons full body massage of 1h. The shopping in front is open till 23:30, the quality of items is not that great compared to other places in turkey we’ve been, but prices are rather cheap and open for negotiation. There is other shopping area 15min further, with lower prices but also lower quality.|The hotel has one buffet restaurant, we always found something to eat. There are several snack places open here and there but we didn’t eat there as it’s mostly fastfood, but also fruits. There is free bottles water everywhere around the hotel and icecreams.|The hotel is located 1h drive from the airport. Transfer back if pretty much in advance, to ensure you arrive 3h before the flight or even earlier. In our case when we have already checked in it’s rather a disadvantage, as turning there for 3h is pretty long.|Important to know that this hotel speaks mostly German as most of the clients here are Germans. It’s pretty annoying because the English of the staff members as well as people around the hotel (eg in shopping) if rather bad.|Opening hours of kids club are not very comfy: 10:30-12, 14:30-17, not handy if you want to have massage later in the day. Opening hours of aquapark 10-12, 14-16:30, with hardy queues. Opening hours of lunapark 19-21:30.|No food before 17-18:30, except for patisery.|All in all good hotel with minor things that...
