We wanted to go to Q Beach Club after seeing all the positive reviews here on tripadvisor. As a party of 8 we contacted their pick up service and they would come to pick us up in 30 minutes. However after a long wait they did not arrive, sending us a message they were at the security gate. But we were not staying a gated development, just a normal house so this was odd. I called the service again and then they told me they came by our house several times, but I was there and nobody showed up. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and again provided my address. This time giving more directions and now the pick up arrived in a small car, we are still with a party of 8. The guy was upset and told our 3 kids to sit in the trunk, in between the groceries. Definitely a health and safety violation. So, I cannot judge the actual club, but from a service perspective, very rude and not customer focused.
Update: After placing this review I was called several times by the owner and he apologized for the bad behaviour of his staff. I was surprised to then find out, as he called me via Whatsapp, that he was the one that came to pick us up in the first place (the rudeness and telling my kids to sit in the trunk in between the groceries all came from the owner himself). In addition to that he also threatened to come to my accommodation via text messages of which I have added the full transcript.

They tried forcing me and my partner to both put up a five star review.. then the owner took my Fiancé phone, went into her camera roll and uploaded a picture of her. Disgusting and embarrassing behaviour from a man. The day after we removed our fake review the owner posted on my fiancé phone and re uploaded a new one causing the pathetic owner to message my fiancé threatening her to remove her review or he would come to our hotel.. pathetic. This continued for 3 days. And yes, Mr owner I have all the evidence.
Regarding the food it was average at best considering the disgracefully high price. We were definitely conned. PLEASE be careful when you pay for the bill.. make sure you read the bill before you make any payment. Additional to this, we charged for water that we did NOT want or ask for. Given potatoes when asked for rice.. and no we did not complain because the service was slow and the waiter could not understand English at all. And yes, Mr owner I have all the evidence.
However, there was one nice waiter that took us to our cab.. the owner just gave of grifter vibes, very sleazy. It’s hilarious to see that in all of the bad reviews instead of the owner apologising to the reviewer he attacks and belittles them with false claims.
Edit: The below response from owner is hilarious… instead of owning up and apologising for his awful service, overpriced food and boring restaurant design he decides to deny the fact we ever went to his restaurant. I have evidence to prove I regrettably went to that terrible establishment.. happy to provide...

We ordered: • Garlic bread — utterly pointless. Just half a baguette, cut open, with cheap cheese melted on top and grilled. No garlic flavor whatsoever. • Fried calamari — actually decent, probably the only passable dish. • 4 Formaggi pizza — more like a sad flatbread than an actual pizza. Bland and forgettable. • Salmon in avocado sauce — a complete disaster. The avocado flavor was destroyed beyond recognition, and the salmon was overcooked. Maybe acceptable in some office canteen, but not in a “beach lounge.” • Chateaubriand — ordered medium-rare, came out rare-raw. Sent back and it returned medium. The meat was okay, but sides were a joke (0/10), sauces barely 2/10. • Cocktails — mediocre, like any all-inclusive hotel bar, or worse.
The bill? €184 for two adults and two kids — an outrageous price for Turkey and certainly not justified by the quality of food or service.
Now for the worst part: their payment system “mysteriously” didn’t work, and the waiter asked us to WALK BACK to our hotel with some random guy to pay in cash. As we were leaving, surprise — the owner suddenly managed to make the payment terminal work after all. Suspicious and unprofessional.
Overall: overpriced tourist trap with amateur service and forgettable food. Plenty of better places around —...
