Calimera Hane Garden — Hotel in Manavgat

This is a hard review as the hotel was good the staff were friendly and helpful the food was good and varied. The rooms were clean there was a bus to take you to the beach which was lovely and food there with beds and cushions. A couple of bad things was our room was too noisy and there were never any pool beds left as they were taken up by people saving them very early all day and never using them. I went to the pool and actually saw most of the beds just with towels on but never used and also people taking more beds than needed or for a tshirt or shoes. unfortunately loveholidays who I booked via. Disgusting. Should not be advertising this holiday at all for English people. |This hotel is not for English people. Only 1 member of staff spoke English and she struggled. We were the only English family. The entertainment was only in German and having a 4 year old this made it very hard work as she couldn’t understand the staff and they didn’t speak English they only spoke German. We tried to put her into the mini club but it wasn’t any good any she couldn’t communicate with them or they with her. |Overall a very very disappointing holiday that was supposed to be a family holiday which was not fun for her or us. Our room overlooked the pool bar which was a disaster we asked to have a new room but got told it was only once a week but they just said that as they couldn’t understand us they would just laugh. as it was karaoke night which was just ridiculous as all jn|German chanting shouting till 2 am again trying to get a 4 year old to sleep is not good. The karaoke was on twice I. A week and the loud chanting and shouting in German was awful. |In fact parts of the hotel had only German writing no English. |One evening during the children entertainment they called out to ask anyone from Germany anyone from Poland. But England wasn’t even mentioned. |I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who isn’t from Germany. It ruined our holiday as we couldn’t join in or understand anything we didn’t know when anything was on there were no lists of activities. |So I have the hotel a 4 star as it’s not their fault it’s all German. But they need to re think the room allocation for people with young families. Also the pool situation. I was waiting for my taxi home at 4 am in the lobby I saw 3 different men going to the pool to put their towels on the pool beds. This explains why there were never any beds available. We stayed here as a family for a week in February. The location of the hotel is perfect very close to supermarkets, bazaars, shopping centres and the beach. We stayed in the bedroom for 5 people and to be fair it was quite small for 5. Our air conditioning also wasn’t working. Rooms were cleaned daily and new towels were given daily. The cleaning ladies were super ! All the waiters and barmen/women were so lovely, always cracking a joke and making sure everything is okay for you. However I didn’t like Mr. Muzzaffer’s attitude: we asked him if we can book the a la carte restaurant as part of our 1 week stay and he said there is no room and we went down anyways to see and the restaurant was 95% empty :/ not a good luck for the hotel as the restaurant is part of what we paid for. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and lovely always a bit of variation. The pizza in the pool bar was amazing - best pizza ever. We also made us of the spa during our stay the indoor pool and sauna was great. We tried Hamam with the massage and it was a very good experience for a very good price however after the massage we were constantly being asked and asked if we want more for more money which was quite annoying. The animation team could be a bit better. I understand that the hotel has mostly German visitors but dance nights etc. Should be inclusive for everyone. İki senedir aynı otele gidiyorum ve iki senedir gayet memnunum(2024/2025)oteli şöyle anlatayım denize 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde buna rağmen otobüs kaldırıyorlar sahil kum sabahları çok dalga olmuyor sonrasında yüzülmeyecek kadar değil ama hafif dalgalı oluyor sahilde otele ait şezlong ve tente var ayrıca bar ve yeme içme yerleride mevcut otelin kendisi zannederim 2 otelin birleşimi resepsiyonun olduğu kısım geniş görevliler son derece yardım sever güler yüzlü bir kat aşağısı spa havlu alma ve bırakma ve tabiki de yemek alanı şaşırtıcı bir şekilde burdaki personel de gayet kibar güler yüzlü yemek saatlerinde çok fazla sıra olmuyor bazı ana yemekler hariç her şeyden ikişer tane ayrı yere koyulmuş kahvaltıda taze sıkılmış portakal suyunu ücretli satmasalar çok daha mutlu olacağım ama malesef ücretli öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinde muhakkak bi mangal oluyor balık tavuk et hindi hepsinden sınırsız yapıyor ustalar çoğu otel kırmızı ete yakın olduğu için sürekli hindi ve tavukla besler ama bu otel resmen kim ne istiyorsa ne kadar istiyorsa yiyebilsin diye uğraşıyor fakat şöyle bi durum var aşırı derecede israf ediyoruz sizlerden ricam ilk gittiğiniz gün her şeyden almaya çalışmayın zaten yiyemiyorsunuz yoldan geldiniz yorgunsunuz o yüzden yemekleri çok alıpta israf etmeyin bi parça alın bitirin kalkıp bi daha alın kimse size neden iki kere hatta üç kere aldın demez bu konuda dikkat edelim lütfen devam edelim burada çalışanlar genel olarak sabit çalışanlar yani sezonluk değil ve bu bence güler yüz ve hizmet açısından gayet güzel bişey kahvaltı öğlen ve akşam yemeği için oturduğunuz da gördükleri an içecek ne alırsınız diye geliyorlar bittiğini gördüklerinde gene gelip soruyorlar gördüğüm kadarıyla içeride 2 dışarıda 2 çok deneyimli garson arkadaşlar var onlar diğer herkesi takip edip duruma göre yönlendiriyorlar tecrübeli oldukları her hallerinden hareketlerinden belli oluyor tabi haftanın bazı günleri geceler yapılıyor türk gecesinin yemekleri de dahil tam olarak bizi yansıttığını düşünmüyorum ama konsepti ne olarak hazırlasınlar onada bişey diyemiyorum en azından çabalıyorlar yemekhane personelinin tamamını şef aşçı ,yardımcıları ,şef garsonlar ,yardımcıları hatta elinde süpürge ve kürekle herkese gülücükler saçan personel hepinize çok çok teşekkür ederim Gelelim havuza otelde 2 ayrı yerde 2 havuz var bi tanesi yemek yenilen kısmın yanında burası her şeyden arındırılmış gibi sessiz sakin sadece dinlenmek isteyenlerin yeri havuzu biraz küçük ama zaten havuz da Kalaba değil diğeri hemen yan tarafındaki otelin önünde geniş ve büyük bütün aktivitelerin yapıldığı yer sabah sporu su topu çocuk su topu dart bunların hepsi burada adını yanlış hatırlıyorsam kusura bakmasın animatörlerden sabahları jimnastik yaptıran Azime idi galiba çok enerjik neşeli görevini layıkıyla yerine getiren bi arkadaş gördüğünüzde kesin anlarsınız evet bu o dersiniz tabi sadece Azime değil diğer animatör arkadaşlarda aynı şekilde darttaki arkadaşta gayet enerjik güler yüzlü hatta üzerinde kıyafetleri varken havuza bilerek kaktırdı birisi herkes adama kızarken o hem efendiliğinden hem iş icabı sesini bile çıkarmadı hemen telefonunu çıkardı ıslanan pantalon cebinden daha yeni almıştım dedi umarım su geçirmezliği vardır ama takdir ettim işinin de aşınında misafirininde deyip dalabilirdi ama olayı çok başarılı bi şekilde yönetti neyse bu havuzda da bar ve yeme içme alanı var havuz gayet temiz daha doğrusu temizliği başarılı o kadar kalabalık olmasına insanların yerken içerken dikkat etmemesine rağmen gayet temiz odalara gelecek olursak biz 4 kişilik bi aileyiz otelin en üst katını dubleks olarak tasarlamışlar bizim için tam biçilmiş kaftan bu odalarda konakladık balkonu gayet yeterli salon gibi balkon değil ama 3 kişi rahatlıkla oturup içeceğini içebilir ıslak elbiseleriniz için askı var geçen sene kaldığımızda dubleks odada ikinci bi banyo ve tuvalet yoktu bu sene ki odada 2 tuvalet 2 banyo vardı temizlik siz istediğiniz müddetçe hergün yapılıyor dolapta sadece su ve soda oluyor ketıl çay kahve var yorum için başka yer kalmadı herkese...
