Voyage Sorgun — Hotel in Manavgat

We visited the Voyage in May for a quick get away during the school half term, knowing that we visited this hotel in August of last year we knew that it would be ideal for us. ||The hotel once again was spot on for us. It's an hour to and hour and a half drive away from Antalya airport depending on traffic and its location is perfect. Upon arrival you are greeted in reception and our check in was prompt and swift as we were the only family arriving at that time at night (it was late night/early morning) You are provided with the details of your room, the details of your WhatsApp group assistance and taken to your room/bungalow very efficiently.||The rooms (bungalow) are ideal for a family of four, with two independent rooms a shower room and two small but perfectly suitable balconies leading from the bedrooms. The rooms are clean and presentable and on this occasion we had our room attended to twice during the day, with little chocolates left on our pillows for when we returned from the evenings entertainment (this was a lovely touch and my wife and children really liked this) Nothing was to much trouble for the cleaning team and they were always joyful and friendly every time we met or passed them. ||Knowing the layout of the hotel from our previous visit we knew we wanted to spend most of our lazy days on the pier and this is exactly what we did, we set up our sunbeds and stayed there more or less constantly, with our children using the other pools and water slides regularly. The waiter service by the pools and on the pier is great, very friendly and attenuative and really makes for a relaxing break. The fresh fruit, ice cream and Gózleme served throughout the day are also really good. The pools and surrounding areas are well looked after and cleaned before during and after opening times. ||The main restaurant caters very well for the mixed appetites and requirements of their quests, with a nice mix of different food stuffs and themes, you would be extremely hard pressed not to find a meal here, and its all very well prepared and presented. The cooks and chefs here definitely work extremely hard, including in the bakery at the rear of the main restaurant. The waiting on team is also exceptional and very attenuative during all covers and courses too, keeping you supplied with drinks and cleaning constantly.||On this visit we attended the Steak and Chinese restaurant. This time we were not impressed with the Chinese restaurant and found the duck main not well cooked or presented, yet the theme and the rest of the meal was perfectly acceptable. The steak restaurant on the other hand was exactly as expected (and like our last visit) with very big portion sizes and very attenuative staff. ||The Chocolate and cake shop at this hotel really is its super secret weapon. What a gem of a delight it is to go here and stand there in awe at what cake or chocolates you are going to choose. The design and presentation of the cakes was unreal so so good, we had a coconut and mango themed cake on one day and it was unreal, delicate and light and the effort and work that had gone into it, it really was a beautiful experience.||The gym and spa facilities are also the best I have experienced in 40+ years of travelling the globe both for leisure and for work. The gym itself is one of if not the best hotel gym i have had the pleasure of using. We once again used the massage facilities and these were spot on, a little expensive considering locally you can get the same and more treatment for considerably less. But for convenience acceptable, I genuinely believe that this would have more custom if the pricing was more appropriate, personally. ||The evening entertainment once again was excellent, you can really tell the entertainment team have invested in the outsourced agency here well. Some of the acts were very very good, exactly like our last stay. Once again the staff here are brilliant. ||We would like to make a special mention to Islam who works the evening entertainment drinks service. He remembered us from last year including our regular drinks, bringing blankets for our children and my wife and their special drinks without even having to ask. He would walk past our table and see that our drinks were running low and without even asking he would appear with a fresh drink/nuts replacement. I made friends with a local cat, and this cat would like to sit on my lap during the evening entertainment, Islam would appear with a towel/blanket so that the cat could sit peacefully on me without getting hair on my clothes. A true gentleman and a real asset to this hotel is Islam.||It really is a struggle to find anything at this hotel to complain about or maybe improve more, which really is a genuine quotation. So from me and my family i would like to thank you again for feeding, entertaining and looking after us once more and we look forward to our inevitable...

We have just returned from our 5th visit to the Voyage Sorgun (2011, 2012, 2014, 2024 and 2025). The hotel is exceptional, particularly the service received from both the personal assistants and the bar staff. ||Branded drinks are a really important factor for us and this hotel literally does not disappoint. You order from a QR code on your sunbed (also on any seat within the hotel) and you can select a wide range of cocktails, branded vodkas, whiskeys, spirits and soft drinks. The bar staff will also make you anything you ask for. Ahmet in the Cuisine 24-hour restaurant, Fatihip in the beach club/lobby bar, Ahmet in the Degusto main restaurant and Fudeyil in the Wen (Chinese al la carte) were stand out excellent members of staff during our stay.||Our personal assistants, Uuliym, Anel and their manager were amazing. Constantly checking our holiday was going as planned and there were no issues. They also provided a daily programme of activities which was really useful and all À la carte restaurants were booked through them. Uuliym and Anel also found and posted my top back to England after I lost it on the last day of our holiday. ||We visited the Greek, Italian, Steak, Chinese (x2) and Turkish À la carte restaurants. We previously visited the Teppanyaki last year and this really is a spectacle and really good fun for the family. My 8 year certainly enjoyed the show and taking part in the fire/cooking demos.||On the occasions we didn't eat in the À la carte restaurants, the main buffet restaurant is excellent and the range of food available is incredible. Perhaps predominantly targeted at the Russian/Turkish market but everything is freshly made and displayed exquisitely. Every night the main buffet has a theme and I was pleasantly surprised to see chicken curry’s, biriyani's and masalas included as part of the far eastern night. ||We watched most shows at the beach bar (download the voyage app to check out what's on) and the majority were amazing. Los Famos, Birol Tokat, La Horo Loco and Madame X were stand out ones for us. Once the shows end, the night continues with a dj or band to keep the party going.||Everyone from the cleaners, waiting staff, personal assistants and bar staff work endlessly to ensure you have an amazing holiday. They work so hard, tips don't seem enough. Although for fast, regular service tip the lads at the beach bar who will remember and bring your drinks over regularly without asking lol.||Our daughter really enjoyed the swimming pools and slides and made plenty of English friends. The ice cream chest near the family pool is full of magnums, twisters, cornetto’s and feasts etc, and fresh fruit is available throughout the day. ||Having seen this activity previously on trip advisor, we managed to get onto the cocktail making workshop which was delivered by Serkan and Mehmet in the steak restaurant. They delivered a masterclass in cocktail making, which included fascinating history and stories of where certain cocktails originated from and we all ended up a bit tipsy with a love for 'Berry & Berry'. I can’t recommend this activity enough. It was actually free, but I would have paid to attend. ||We ventured out to Manavgat market on one of the days and caught the bus from right outside the hotel for a couple of euros. A taxi back to the hotel from the market was only 12 euros.||Overall, I can’t fault this amazing hotel and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the amazing staff at the Voyage Sorgun for treating us so well...

Şu ana kadar geçirdiğimiz her an, gerçekten unutulmaz oldu. Bungalow odamız (Room 2093), çam ağaçlarının gölgesinde, yetişkin havuzuna yalnızca 10 metre mesafede. Bu konum, bize hem huzur hem de konfor sunarak, adeta cennetteymişiz gibi hissettiriyor.||Yemekler ve Restoranlar:|Oteldeki yemekler, özellikle deniz ürünleri severler için adeta bir cennet. Degusto Restoranı, sunduğu zengin menü ve eşsiz lezzetleriyle beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla aştı. Denediğimiz her tat, bir başka keyif verdi. Ayrıca, bizlere mükemmel hizmetiyle eşlik eden tüm çalışanlara, özellikle Cihan Şef’e teşekkür ederiz. Cuisine 24 restoranında da çok lezzetli seçenekler vardı, o kadar ki, A La Carte restoranına gitmeye bile gerek duymadık. Burada çalışan herkes, misafirlerinin memnuniyeti için inanılmaz bir özenle çalışıyor. Knowing that we will be staying until June 30th makes us even happier. Every moment we’ve spent here so far has truly been unforgettable. Our bungalow room (Room 2093) is located under the shade of pine trees and just 10 meters from the adult pool. This location offers us both tranquility and comfort, making us feel like we’re in paradise.||Food and Restaurants:|The food at the hotel is a paradise, especially for seafood lovers. Degusto Restaurant exceeded our expectations with its rich menu and exceptional flavors. Every bite we tried was another delight. We would also like to thank all the staff, especially Chef Cihan, for their excellent service. The Cuisine 24 restaurant also offered very delicious options, so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to go to the A La Carte restaurant. Every meal here has been an experience in itself.|One evening, we had dinner at Buzuki A La Carte. Here, we found much more than the classic restaurant atmosphere: Between warm shades of blue and white, we felt as though we were dining at a tavern in Thessaloniki. Delicious appetizers and amazing fish, each served with an elegant presentation, accompanied by Turkish and Greek songs, made for a memorable evening.||Service Quality:|The service quality at Voyage Sorgun is truly exceptional. Everyone here works with incredible attention to ensure the satisfaction of the guests. Whenever we made a request, we were immediately greeted with a "With pleasure!" response, which reminded us just how special this place is. From the moment we arrived, every detail has been carefully considered, and our satisfaction has always been a top priority.|One of the things we appreciated the most during our stay was the sincere effort shown by Zübeyde Hanım. She went above and beyond to make every moment of our vacation special. She contacted us daily via WhatsApp to check if we needed anything and meticulously planned my wife’s birthday, making this moment unforgettable. Her warm attention and professionalism truly made our vacation unique.||Nature and Atmosphere:|This place is like a paradise amidst greenery. Starting the day with a walk under the pine trees is both mentally and spiritually refreshing. The hotel's atmosphere, blending perfectly with nature, is simply incredible. Additionally, thanks to the Voyage Hotels app, we can easily keep track of every detail related to the hotel. During our stay, our assistants, such as Evrim, Gökçe, and Öykü Hanım, were extremely helpful and made our vacation perfect.||In Conclusion:|Every moment spent at Voyage Sorgun has far exceeded our expectations. With its nature, the services it provides, and its warm atmosphere, we are truly experiencing a perfect vacation.
