We booked the vacation with Check24.de They are a vacation search engine, for several different travel agencies, across Europe. Same offer, different agencies, different prices. The cheapest was Anex tour. Frankly, I heard about both for the first time. Hotel - all inclusive, flight tickets, transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. We flew from Graz
Expectations were not high. But there was a surprise, the bigger one could not be... After landing, a minibus was waiting for us at the airport - a very good and comfortable minibus. We drove to the hotel. But here it began, the unimaginable...
When we entered the hotel, look - in a positive sense. We arrived after midnight. All hungry and thirsty. Look at it, food in this hotel almost 24 hours a day. Between 1:00 and 7:00 there is the option of soup and sandwiches. From 7:00 onwards, breakfast is served.
The hotel really took care of every detail to make the guest feel good.
In the bathroom, there are little things waiting for you (shower caps, ear buds, make-up sponges, shaving foam and razor, toothbrush and paste). Minibar - drink as much as you want. They refill it for free every day. It contains draft beers, iced tea, coca cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water and water. They have a free safe in the room. The hotel has free pool and beach towel rental. You can change as many times as you want. Either at the pools or on the beach. They have 9 pools, with non-salted water. There are lots of bars for drinks. One in the hotel is open 24 hours a day. By the pool and on the beach is also bars. The hotel also has its own pier, on which there are sun loungers and umbrellas. At the end of the pier there is a bar with drinks. All sun loungers, everywhere and all drinks, everywhere in the hotel are free. They also have the famous alcoholic drinks - free. At every bar they have free nuts, which go really well with a cocktail. They have so much animation that you can't keep up with everything. There's always something going on. Morning, afternoon and evening. They have an amphitheater - concerts or shows are held there. Again, all for free. They have one disco in the basement and one on the beach. They have 2 towers with slides. For children and for adults. In between, the slides are closed, during lunchtime. Depending on how many people are in the hotel, there is almost no waiting to go down the slide. They have their own cinema in the hotel, which shows a different film every day, 2x a day. They have their own luna park and a huge room with slot machines. You have to pay for both. The game and the ride are either 2€ or 3€. You get a card on which they load credits, which you then pay with. The more you take, the more you get for free. They have a street by the pool, so you can eat in your swimsuit. In the middle, they have benches and tables, and around 10 different fast food places with different food. They also have a salad buffet here. And they have refrigerators by the pool and on the beach, because you get your own bottled water. We didn't eat lunch at the restaurant at all, because we ate by the pool. Dinner. Every day different. Lots of everything. Lots of main meal, salads, desserts, fruits. Everything looks good and is very tasty. One very positive thing, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Wifi, works everywhere. Everywhere in the hotel, everywhere by the pool and everywhere on the beach. Even right by the sea. Even on the pier. The employees are all smiling, all very friendly. And there are quite a few of them.
To sum up; a hotel worth...

What a complete disaster. We were so excited for this holiday. We’d been looking forward to it for weeks. We paid €3,000 for a family room and thought we were going to relax and enjoy ourselves. Well… forget it. This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
Things already went wrong at check-in Our check-in time was 2:00 PM. We arrived at 2:15 — not even early — only to be told our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 45 minutes. No apology, no smile, nothing. The receptionist looked at us like we were bothering her. Great start, right?
The room? Dirty. Housekeeping? Basically nonexistent. Our family room was never cleaned properly. Every single day we had to call reception to ask for towels. We’re a family of four, but were only given two towels per day. Beds were never changed, the toilet was left dirty, the floor wasn’t cleaned. Honestly, the hygiene in this place was a big fat zero.
The food? Absolutely inedible. The moment you walk into the restaurant, you're hit with this heavy, greasy food smell that makes you nauseous. Just install a few decent extractor fans — how hard can it be?
The food itself was awful. Tasteless, dry, oily, old — just bad. My kids and I couldn’t eat anything at breakfast or dinner. And when we asked for something simple like a banana, they told us they were out of bananas. Are you serious?
The only edible thing was the fresh-made gözleme — and even for that you had to wait in line for at least 45 minutes. That says enough about the rest of the food.
Cutlery? Good luck. We had to ask for cutlery four separate times, and not once did we get anything that was clean. It was always greasy, wet, or had leftover food on it. In the end, we had to search for our own, and even then it was a struggle. How hard is it to provide clean forks and knives?
Long queues for absolutely everything. You had to queue up for every little thing: food, drinks, snacks, ice cream… and then when you finally reached the front, they’d say: “It’s finished.” There was supposedly ice cream available, but every single time we asked, they were “out.” We waited 45 minutes for a simple ice cream, only to be told there was none left. Unbelievable.
Staff: rude and completely unhelpful No one listens. Complaints are ignored. If you ask something, they brush you off or snap at you. It honestly felt like we were ruining their day. And when you’re walking around, staff won’t even try to move — you’re the one dodging them so they don’t walk right over you.
The entire resort is filthy. Bins were emptied once a day at best. There was trash all over the floors. Tables were sticky, floors dirty, and everything just looked messy and unhygienic. Even around the pool there were cups, napkins, wrappers everywhere — and no one cleaning anything up.
Bottom line: This holiday was a total failure. For €3,000, you expect clean rooms, decent food, friendly service and at least a little bit of care. Instead, we spent the whole trip chasing after basic things, constantly calling, asking, complaining — and getting no help in return.
Even if this place was free, we would never go back. A big fat ZERO — avoid this place...
Read moreTotally it was a great holiday but if you wanna read more here it is.
We were there as a couple, of course there were kids but you will hardly notice them because as you could see in the resort they've got special water park for themselves and many other places play, they have got something like a small city to play all day.
The programs that they've got for the end of the night were amazing the teams were very professional, and we were lucky that during our time there were three concerts which two of them were sibel can and ebru gündeş :* the programs don't disappoint you.
The rooms and their design was very simple but clean no surprises there. we were on the main building land view and as you can see on the pictures that I attached we still could see the sea which was beautiful
almost in every place you will find masks and alcohol for your hands.
Location is great with one hour walking you will reach the Apollon Temple and ancient Cide City. The hotel itself also is in a great location I'm from the beach you will experience amazing views also from hotel we can actually reach this see this city by dulmush services.
Guest relations was very helpful and friendly.
animation team were very fun and active specially MIRA which was a sport coach and has different programs every day.
There are many a la Carter restaurants, two of them are free which would be Turkish restaurant and the barbecue restaurant and barbecue restaurant is a must. The barbeque restaurant got an amazing view and amazing team thanks to IBRAHIM which was serving food for us we had an amazing time. For the other a la carta restaurants you have to pay €5 per person. we tried Mexican restaurant, it was the first time that we were trying Mexican food, so I cannot compare it to other Mexican restaurants but everything it was good. Main restaurant will get busy because of the corona, the restaurant staff will serve you the food you just show them what you want. sometimes you have to wait in line but the line is very short but we didn't mind.
Close to lobby there is a coffee house and a bar which I could say you will get the best coffee drinks and alcoholic drinks there. also close to Italian and Mexican a la carta restaurants there is a tea and coffee bar which trying a Turkish coffee there is a must when you visit sueno beach side.
At the restaurant almost every day for every meal there is fish and I think we had two meals during our one week stay off shrimp, and other food just you name it everything is there. definitely you see the place close to the swimming pool called side street, here it's so fun there is fresh fruit also don't forget to try waffles.
Just before the trip I confirmed with the hotel management that it is our honeymoon and we expected some bed design and maybe a bottle of carbonated wine in the room would have been nice, but did not happened
you'll enjoy this...
