Stayed at this hotel in August, and left it regretting that I did not stay for longer. The hotel is located conveniently on a quiet street of Mustafapasa, and it consists of two historical stone mansions of about 8-10 rooms apiece, both with their own inner courtyards that are bridged by an elegant arched hallway. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Staff does a great job at being friendly and attentive without getting interruptive. Food is great as well, especially anything that came out of the traditional tandoor oven they have was delicious. Overall, all is very well-thought but nothing is overdone, which gives the hotel its peculiar charm and grace. My fav place was the larger courtyard past the main entrance which greets you with an evocative rose garden that gives the place its name, and with a nice rectangular pavilion surrounded by several tables. Perfect place with a canopy of mulberry and walnut trees where you can eat, chat, chill, read, and rest when you are not busy completing the routine tourist bucket list of Cappadocia with its balloon rides, cave visits, fairy chimney tours, pottery trainings, and souvenir hunts. Will revisit another time for sure, highly...
Read moreMy mom and I spent 3 nights at Yunak Everli and wow it did not disappoint! It had the most incredible view of Cappadocia! We arrived after a long flight and the kitchen had closed but the waiter still allowed us to order food, which was extremely kind! We spend each evening after touring at the bar with aperol spritz and at the pool! The hotel is built into old caves in the rocks. The staff were very kind and offered us blankets to wear at night and lit fireplaces outside at the bar and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and had an array of bread, meze, fruit, spreads, meats and eggs with coffee and tea! One day we explored the town of Urgup which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Other restaurants are also located 3-10 minute walks away. They also helped us order a taxi to go and see the hot air balloons in the morning which fly outside of Urgup- the town next to Gerome where the hot air balloons fly. The only thing was the rooms did not have air conditioning which made sleeping difficult as the weather was 30 degrees! This hotel was absolutely a once in a lifetime experience!...

Very nice, comfortable hotel in the hills of Cappadocia. Large room, giant bed, modern bathroom, bidet toilet, Keurig-type coffee machine but no hot water kettle, free bottled water as needed. Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful staff. The limited breakfast buffet includes cooked-to-order omelets served to you in a beautiful tree-shaded courtyard. The hillside location provides for cooler evenings in the otherwise hot Cappadocia summer and fall. The hotel is a short walk to a small town square but is a taxi drive to the nearby larger town for shopping. This beautiful hotel made me feel I was in an Italian villa with its stone building, open courtyard, comfortable room, and young, handsome, and attentive owners. Great experience. Would...
