Cappadocia Alaz Cave Hotel — Hotel in Nar Beldesi

I had the pleasure of staying at Alaz Hotel for 4 days and had an amazing experience. Our room was an authentic cave room with a built in jacuzzi. The traditional Turkish breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious, with Hatice abla the owner preparing something new each time we sat down. The owners were incredibly helpful with planning our time in Cappadocia and even helped us set up a balloon flight last minute (which was later bumped up to a VIP flight for free!) I cannot recommend Alaz more than enough and hope to come back again ❤️ Make sure to stop by the terrace at night for tea, a nice chat and the cutest cat you’ll ever meet :)

Alaz Cave Hotel was truly an incredible experience! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor that immerses you in the charm of Cappadocia. The staff went above and beyond; they were not only attentive and helpful but genuinely kind and a pleasure to chat with. The hotel’s location is ideal—you can see the iconic hot air balloons right from the hotel, and everything, including shops and restaurants, is conveniently close. The hotel is far away from the city center, our “room” was on the underground and it was always wet! We stayed 3 days but our room was not cleaned! Our guests were very friendly with us! Breakfast only starts at 09:00 am, we wanted to have breakfast at 08:30 to do a tour during the day, but our guest couldn’t make it before 09:00 am! The hotel offers tours in Capadocia weight more expensive than in the city Center! This is only our opinion, we wish you all the best and we hope the hotel can improve those...
