Our stay at Crowne Plaza Cappadocia was an experience that went beyond our wildest expectations, encapsulating the essence of luxury and serenity in one of the world's most enchanting destinations.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were enveloped in a world of elegance and comfort. The staff greeted us with the warmest of welcomes, instantly making us feel at home. Their attention to detail and dedication to service excellence were apparent in every interaction, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout our stay.
The room we were allocated was a haven of tranquility and luxury. Spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, it offered a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The stunning views of the Nevsehir landscape added an extra layer of magic to our stay, making every moment spent in the room a memorable one.
Housekeeping services at the Crowne Plaza Cappadocia were outstanding. The team's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort was evident, and their discreet yet attentive service ensured our room was always a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring.
The hotel's location in Nevsehir/Cappadocia offered the perfect base for exploring the mystical landscape of the region. After days spent marvelling at the unique geological formations and historic sites, returning to the comfort and luxury of the Crowne Plaza was a joy.
Our stay at Crowne Plaza Cappadocia was an extraordinary experience. The hotel's blend of impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a perfect location made it a standout choice. We left with hearts full of unforgettable memories and a promise to ourselves to return to this remarkable hotel...
Read moreThe first impression of the hotel was positive. But during our stay we realized that this is at best a three star hotel where every now and again we felt like we were milked for pennys. The hotel checks all the boxes that are required without actually delivering what one would expect of a five star hotel.
The rooms are nice and modern but housekeeping does not clean on a daily basis but merely replaces the towels and puts the bedcovers back in place.
Upon arrival we asked for the breakfast times and were told that our booking did not include any breakfast and we were welcome to pay 15€ per person to have breakfast at the hotel. Checking our booking days later we saw that breakfast was actually included in our rate. When we used that option on our last day we felt that breakfast quality was below average. Although the display is big it feels more like the same food and quality you would get on a plane.
We had booked the hotel because of the spa imagining that it would be nice to warm up after visiting the sights in winter. The spa did not have any atmosphere, men and women are separated. If you want to use the pool you are forced to buy a bonnet. Which we did, only to realize that nobody else was actually using it in the pool which the staff did not care about.
The restaurant on the 13th floor has a pleasant atmosphere and nice service but the food is merely okay. I have never had such bland food in turkey before.
Small things: like car parking being down the block in a dirty barely lit backyard with no one on sight, Doors to the mall not functioning properly, No one answering calls at the reception….. make you feel inconvenienced way too many times to make the stay...
Read moreMy recent stay with you was definitely a positive experience, thanks to your outstanding service. Mr. Kaan at the reception was exceptional, welcoming us warmly and providing a thoughtful upgrade to a beautiful high-floor room. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Özgecan was incredibly helpful, responding quickly to all my inquiries and making the planning process seamless.
We received a lovely gift of wine, cake, fruits, although some fruits were moldy, which was a minor letdown. The restaurant service was attentive and friendly, making dining a pleasant experience, even if the food itself could use some improvement. Our spa visit was definitely the biggest disappointment of our stay, all the girls spoke very poor English which made it difficult to express our preferences. I asked for a specific massage, got it reserved and prepaid and later on received a completely different service. Additionally, an unpleasant odor from the restroom during the massage impacted our enjoyment. I was frustrated as it was a gift from one to another as we were celebrating a very special occasion and it turned out to be a terrible waste of time and money. The next day though, the breakfast experience was fantastic, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the exceptional service throughout our stay made it a memorable visit, and I would recommend it for its warm hospitality and beautiful accommodations. It’s one of the most beautiful Crowne Plazas I’ve been to, mostly filled with people giving service on the level of...
