hey.||||I'll also give some feedback about our trip. ||Just from the hotel.||There were 11 of us, 2 couples had been there several times, we've invited friends every year. One couple was there for the 6th time.||Unfortunately, the quality has declined over the years.||||I'll talk about the positives first.||The hotel program, still the same, 16:00 and 22:00 shows, every day is different, lots of decorations, good house music and this year mega beautiful dancers.||The parties in the atrium were especially cool. We liked very. The showcenter wasn't open due to the low number of visitors. That was a shame. The bartenders in the atrium were very nice, they made all kinds of cocktails and if they couldn't, they made surprises. ||The restaurant side was buffet, the service was again very attentive, just sit down and order, everything was fine. The food selection was the worst I've ever seen, there was no seafood on any night. But the meals were delicious. The cake stands were open again, and all of them were super good and looked super beautiful.||The a la carte restaurants were open for a few days. That's sad, but there were few visitors because of that. ||We got our own drink boy at the poolbar. He was very good and made an effort, of course we always rewarded him for his efforts.||There has been renovation by the large pool, this very beautiful area.||||But now a little darker side..||It is clear that this is our last time at this hotel, at least before the renovation has taken place. At times it seems like they are letting it go completely to waste.||Let's start with the fact that the promises from the previous time that we would have the best vacation, and that we would be regular customers, had no effect, as usual, that we had been there 6 times, it didn't count anywhere. Regular customer or not. Whatever.||Everyone got a surprise in their hotel room on the second day, a fruit platter and sparkling wine.||Of course not us how visit 6time.||The water in the bathroom of one room did not drain in the shower corner, we talked about this right away, also about the fact that when we got the room, the mirrors were black from the previous visit.||Someone from the Angel Club spoke to us. Of course, all the concerns were written down as usual, but that was it.||The corridors are dirty, there is such a “brothel vibe” light there. I don’t want to see if they actually turned on the lights there, the shared toilets are so smelly, the automatic water flushing systems in the men’s urinals don’t work and imagine the smell there.||The elevator that was broken in 2023 is still broken.||The pool towels have already outlived their usefulness. But still run with cards ||There are few waiters by the pool, you have to wait quite a long time for drinks, then there is also a woman who is a waitress who grumbles and the only word she knows in Russian is - zajebali. This grumbling started in the morning.||The entire service has really gone downhill. ||Especially the reception and the Angel Club.||||Friends' room, one evening 6 hours could not get into their room. ||The cards did not work, a technician was ordered, they waited in the next room for a long time, finally the technician came, they could not do anything, until finally the entire lock was replaced. ||All this happened in the evening from 18:00 to 23:30, then they got into their room.||It was good that their friends were in the next room to wait.||||Since we had a later flight, we needed a late check out and there were many problems that could require a compromise then..||We agreed the day before with the Angel club angel to meet the manager at 9:00 in the morning, to discuss all our concerns with him, he had to wait for us.||We set alarms with women who spoke Russian and English perfectly, so that the matter would be perfectly clear.||What happened, the manager did not even come.||We were really, really angry, we demanded that they accommodate us for a free late check out or at least a discount upon agreement. Which of course was not done.||||Then the roommate who was hours away from his room due to a broken lock turned to the Angel Club, the infamous manager was also called, since their room was broken for hours, that this might be a valid reason to compromise and get an extension. The manager didn't agree with anything either, when the friend said that it was clear that there would be a bad review on TripAdvisor, which was a good reason, then they allowed him to go to jail because he demanded it. Although it would have been a compromise.||In the end, he was given a 20€ discount on the room extension.||||Our TripAdvisor reviews that we have shared have been considered fake and there was a desire to smear them, but since we received a recommendation from the Angel Club to write down all the concerns here so that things would change, that's what we're doing.||Our group's room number:||3216||3132||3124||3129||3135||3136||||But all in all, company and good friends make a trip great. ||We had a great time, even despite all that, we had a great trip,...

We are currently staying in this hotel and I have some things to share.

Hotel and overall structure: clean and minimalistic design which I quite enjoy but the corridors and long and dark and very often not ventilated.

Food: we are both very pleased with the food, delicious and fresh and good variety. Almost 24 hours you can find something to eat. But don't even bother to go to the Ebruli pastanesi in the afternoon- dry and empty sandwiches and cold pastry from the breakfast in the morning- extremely unsatisfying place, they should upgrate or close it.

Drinks and beverages: good selection and quality of alcohols. Fresh orange juice - nowhere to be found. For this money it should come directly from the tap in the bathroom. Pro tip: coffee everywhere is horrible, but you can order turkish coffee which is nice and thick and does the job. I'm really surprised that these two things are missing from such expensive place.

Pools: Clean and beautiful, love them. Today is 47 degrees by the pool and there is no water spray or fans to refresh the situation, there is not enough greenery eather, so if frying into your own sweat is not your thing, prepare to stay in the room all day long. Pro tip: there is also indoor pool where the water is 27 degrees, so you can still swim if you want to, that's what I did before passing out.

Beach: nice and wide with good shadow structure.

Spa: prices in euro, extremely expencive, i.e. empty, they should cut the prices in half.

Bar and restaurant service: very good, people are nice, polite and helping. Good quality cocktails.

Reseption service: almost no information is given, stuff is not informed and doesn't pay enough attention. We requested 2 times another type of pillows before getting them and 3 times a second cover since there is just one big and hubby and I do not enjoy sharing a single cover.

Cleaning service: not happy. 3 days there was a piece of plastic on the floor, which means no vacuum was used. No refill of bathroom goodies, had to request extra q-tips every day. First time happens to me my clothes not to be folded and put nicely and just left wrinkled in one corner.

Wifi: we are in the 21st century, everyone is living on their phones, the wifi should be rocket fast, instead is slow and missing in some spots.

Transportation: no free shuttle service to the airport- unbelievable! This is one of my biggest issues with this place, for the money they should bring you everywhere. Insted they just suggest you to take a taxi or rent a limousine for ungodly prices. Purposely they don't inform you for the buses to Belek and Antalya, very annoying.

Entertainment: for those who like to party there is a different themed party every afternoon and evening in one of the locations on the premises. Good organisation and very beautiful dancers, a.k.a. angels. For the rest of us - nothing. There should be a cinema at least and maybe some calm place where you can drink without having headache. Also the tv in the rooms is big but very few channels and low quality of the picture.

BIGGEST ISSUE: the music from the bigger outside pool is extremely loud and annoying, same kind of techno music every day, there is no place to hide because you can hear it even on the breach. I came to have a vacation and a rest from the dayli life and instead I'm irritated all the time. I would NEVER come back here solely for this music from the hell. It would have been nice if they changed the style time to time but no. So basically it is supposed to be love hotel for couples but is so noisy that it seems party place for teenagers. They should clear their concept and follow it and not create some kind of mashup.

Overall we are pleased with our choice but I feel like we don't get full value for our money since there are not one issue but few, next time we will choose another...

hey there is not a lot of english reviews as this is a mainly russian hotel, food: there is a main dining hall and 7 other alacart resturants (adition of 25 euro per person extra). main resturant: food is +- what is in every other hotel, a lot.of.dishes, food quality is 7/10 mash potatoe is powder.mash potatoe as everywhere else, orange juice is syrupe and 90% of.dishes are frozen and heated. food is repeated to exatly the same thing every day i was there in 1 week. food even if not fresh is very tasty. due to corona the servers are giving you the food, you cannot "takr yourself also i saw.some.videos of shrimps and crabs and like amazing food , but that was before corona i never saw this food when i was there. alacart resturants- the food was MUCH better then dining hall. the fish resturant in particular was amazing and i wish they would serve half this quality in main dining room. some alacart resturants are closed. a bit anoying is food is covered. and as waiter give u food u need to ask waiter to open all.dishes just to see how they look like.

activities: there is a party at 4 and a party at 10 they are the same every day. they are very good partys!! (other then sunday when animation team.doesnt work) usualy at 4 the animation team will have the girls come out next to the pool on podiums and dance, every day, and the host is dancing infront of pool speaking in russian. some people will dance in pool and thats pretty much going from 4-5 daily. again very sexy . i wish the animation team will have some interation with the people, in evening at 10 usualy in the bar floor there is another show which is exactly the same, the very beautiful animation team will go on the bar and dance in the bar itself the host will also dance and speak russian. this also repeats every night from 10-12 ish. some people will dance around the bar,

very sexy very hot. i did notice on the other hand that the couples who were not dancing which is most, the girls of the couple looked bored or mad at their partner as there is very hot bearly any cloths girl dancing 10cm away from him i wish there was some guys dancers also so the girls would also have something to look at. 2 times a week you have a show at show center instead of the regular 10pm party. i wish there would be more then then 2 times a week a show as it is quit beautiful. staff: the staff is always friendly alwayd nice alwayd willing to help but nearly no one speaks english. most will speak russian to a degree but not so much english i ordered water at dinner 4 times before the waiter actually brought me water hehe... hotel and rooms: some things are closed due to covid (indoor pool, disco club, some alacart resturants) hotel should say that prior to booking. rooms are great, they all have a jakuzzi, and an amazing shower. instead of lights you have a led controller that changes celing color, its very sexy all.room is covered with mirrors its certainly a very unique looking room. i highly advice to take a sea front facing room as sea side. in this hotel means that the side of the balcony can show a bit of sea in it. it doesnt mean sea side as in front facing to sea. i got confused in that. summery: it is certainly a unique hotel, rooms are very good for lovers, the animation team dancing is very sexy, and ive never seen any other hotel like this. other hotels might have better food, more interaction with entertaiment team, more activities, and more stuff todo but they are all a copy paste version of themself.. this hotel is very unique and a breath of fresh air in all this chaos.

nothing was bad. some things could be better and the only bad bad thing was leaving.
