My spouse and I stayed at Voyage Belek for 5 nights in July 2024. Our initial welcome at the hotel was disappointing. We were not given enough attention, and the personal assistant assigned to us couldn't assist because they were busy with another family. Although we were given two personal assistants, they did not offer any extra attention besides WhatsApp notifications, and they need to improve their communication skills. Generally, the hotel staff were kind and helpful, but the service and orders were significantly delayed due to the hotel's crowding. Crowding should not be an excuse for poor service. The hotel is mainly filled with Russian tourists, and most of the staff are chosen accordingly. It can be difficult to communicate in Turkish, and since they do not know English well either, communication can be delayed. Despite being a large hotel, it is easy to get around, and it seems to be designed in such a way that there are no walking or accessibility issues for disabled guests. There are some shops within the hotel for shopping, with prices labeled in Euros.||Spa and Pool Facilities||There are two separate sauna options at 90 and 80 degrees Celsius. The steam bath had an issue with the water drainage, causing the floor to be flooded, which made it unusable. The indoor pool is not very small, but due to the crowd, I chose not to use it. The main pool was too crowded, making it difficult to use comfortably. The adult pool area is quite narrow and receives a lot of direct sunlight, as there are no trees for natural shade. The umbrellas provided do not offer sufficient shade, making the area uncomfortably hot and unsuitable for use during peak sun hours. Additionally, the pool water was too warm, which was a disadvantage for those wanting to cool down. The pool circulation system seemed to be malfunctioning, as indicated by the water channels at the bottom of the pool. There is a device at the main pool designed to assist disabled guests in getting into the pool.||Room||Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The decor was pleasant and modern. However, the bed was uncomfortable, which negatively impacted our comfort. The minibar was adequately stocked, and the room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels, bathrobes, and toiletries such as cotton pads, toothpaste, and lotions were provided every day.||Food||The breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the main restaurant were not satisfactory in terms of taste. Although the food seemed varied, it was actually the same dishes served every day, making it monotonous. The a la carte restaurants were extra, but we tried the Mexican food, and it was delicious. The food offered at Cuisine 24 was much more flavorful, so we preferred to eat there. The macaron and chocolate section was exquisite. It was also difficult to find cold drinks; I think the fridges are insufficient. When you order a drink at the bars in the resting areas, the service is quite slow; waiting for Turkish tea can take at least 20 minutes. When the service doesn't arrive on time, you might go to get it yourself, but then the staff at the bar will tell you to sit down and they will send it immediately. However, it still arrives late.||Entertainment||Nighttime entertainment for children was quite sufficient. However, the entertainment offered for adults was not satisfactory; we didn't attend the shows because they were almost the same every night. The live music performances in the garden or at the Patisserie Long Bar during the day were very pleasant and added to the enjoyment of your relaxing moments.||Beach||The hotel's beach area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds, so there was no problem finding a spot, and it was enjoyable to spend time at the beach. However, when trying to order via QR code from the beach, there were delays in service, and sometimes orders didn't arrive. There was a strange situation with the piers. The depth of the adult pier was 1.10 meters, while the family pier was deeper than 1.40 meters. Because the sea depth at the adult pier was shallower, we preferred the family pier. This seemed a bit funny to us, as one would expect the adult pier to be deeper.||Overall, I had a mixed experience at Voyage Belek. The hotel's crowding and the lapses in some services dampened our stay. The room cleanliness and decor were good, but I believe improvements are needed in the food, pool facilities, and adult entertainment. Before considering staying again in the future, it would be wise to check if these issues have been addressed.||Note: I believe the naming of the hotel buildings might cause confusion for visitors when choosing rooms. The main building consists of two blocks, and the photos seen depict these two blocks. Block A is a separate building outside the main building(s). It might be helpful if this were explained in more detail on the hotel's...
Read moreOverall I would give them 4.5/5||The grounds are beautiful and although the resort is quite big, you don’t seem to be too far from anything.||To summarise our stay:||Food: |Very good. Buffet could do with more variety but overall, good quality. Grilled fish and mezze deserve special mentions. Necati and Ilayda always looked after us for breakfast and always with a smile.|We tried 5 of the a la carte restaurants (note: you have to pay 7EUR pp to use the a la carte for dinner):|- Wen (Chinese): Average, roast duck with hoi sin sauce (essentially aromatic duck) came with TWO pancakes. We had to ask for more which they brought over quite quickly but I think you should increase to at least 4/5 to start with. Noodles were bland and so was the vegetable fried rice but stir fried broccoli was surprisingly the tastiest dish we ordered|- Gracias: Good, chicken wings were great|- Vista (Italian): food was great, pizza delicious. The focaccia was probably the best I have tasted. Staff here were the best overall. Only issue is the location as its close to the beach and outdoors so very chilly in the evenings. They did provide blankets which helped but our food got cold very quickly.|- Cuisine24 (for lunch): we had lunch here and wish we knew we could much earlier, the staff here are so accommodating and friendly. |- Patisserie was good, especially the macarons. The chocolatier was delicious and wish we would have made more of an effort to pop there as we only went twice.||Drinks: |Extensive options for drinks, plenty of premium alcohol and even Guinness by the beach (but not in stock every day)||Customer service: |Excellent. You never seem to be too much of a bother for them and they will try their best to help. We needed something quite specific ordered from the pharmacy and Sarvenaz was amazing to help arrange it with the external pharmacist to have it delivered to the hotel for me. She also helped me arrange an extra blackout curtain be installed due to us needing the room to be quite dark for our toddler to be able to sleep. Faig also checked in us every day providing the days activities schedule.|Cleaning staff were friendly and gave my toddler a bath set every time they saw her||Room:|- We stayed in block A and this was the perfect spot for the restaurants. We were a short walk away (+ lift down) from the main buffet restaurant - the Mexican and Turkish restaurants were right outside our block.|- The room was clean and spacious for a family of 3 but the only issues I had were that the shower (tray?) was not deep enough and the water kept spilling out into the hallway. We had a baby bath provided by the hotel but we couldn’t tip the water out or we would flood the hallway so lucky there was a drainage plug and we drained it slowly in the shower - not the end of the world but when you need to use the shower after and you have a baby bath taking up most of the room, it’s quite annoying.|- If you wondered if you can hear the adult parties from block A (which I did when I was booking) – you can! But it’s not loud enough to keep you awake so we slept fine.||Kids activities:|- We didn’t go to the aquapark as toddler is too small but we visited the kids club whilst supervising her. There are lots of things to do, lego, role play room (could do with extra toys in there as it just seems to be a mass load of prams and doctor sets), outdoor playground and baby room. We couldn’t use the soft play in the other games room as it is only open for winter season.|- Beach playground is great. Our toddler loved it but it’s not huge so I can imagine peak season could be quite a wait for swings, slides etc.|- Mini disco was great – it was on every evening and my toddler loved it. The shows were hit/miss. Broadway and JLo was very good.||Pools:|- Only the small garden pool is heated so most families were there in the morning. The other heated pool is the adults-only pool which I have no idea why.|- The main pool was too cold on most days so we only managed to go into 1 day when it was quiet a hot day|- We didn’t need it but they have a cupboard around the main pool that have swimming nappies for kids, I thought it was a nice touch||Misc:|- Land of legends is a 15mins taxi ride away. Most taxis do not have car seats unless you book them yourself through a transfer company so if you are safety-conscious, bring your own car seat or arrange your own transport.|- We travelled in 2nd week of May and weather was between...

Loved every minute of my stay, never visited Belek area before and it's great for a short stay as you have everything here, beach, pool all inclusive breakfast lunch dinner, snacks, the 24 hour restaurant and the patisserie bar.
There is a gym too I took the pilates classes and the gym, used the steam and sauna a few times too and they has specially made detox drinks daily.
The spa was AMAZING, it's what makes this hotel great too, it's not cheap but you get what you pay for, the staff at the spa are extremely hard workers and passionate about their treatments, had the aromatherapy massage with the organic saffron oil and the hammam treatment with peel foam scrub, the spa is also very clean and maintained well. I LOVED the resting area they had so relaxing before a treatment or after a treatment was possible napping on the bed hearing the soothing sounds of water with tea.
The 24 hour cafe was great ate their twice, the food was great something different daily there is everything available for all diets.
These staff members below deserve an extra holiday paid for every year and a golden bonus:
Mustafa from the 24 hour cafe - he was very kind to me and no request was too much, he was working extremely hard at the cafe everytime I'd see him ensuring the cafe was running smoothly, I couldn't sleep on one night and had a nice turkish tea served by him, a true gentleman who is a golden asset to the 24 hour cafe.
Nicate at the main adult restaurant went above and beyond, I could see him being so pro active and also kindly asking me if everything is ok and what I'd like to drink. He would always ensure everything was running smoothly and clearing tables and taking drink orders, everyone at the main adult restaurant was so charming and polite, the chefs worked extra hard too.
Sermit the hairdresser next to the spa - he was very knowledgeable with my hair, has been in the industry for a long time. He knew I needed to go elsewhere soon and he blow dried my hair twice, washed colour and a cut. He was friendly and nice to talk too whilst I sat there.
Luh - this lady from the spa was very kind and passionate about the treatments, well knowledgeable took her time not like other places where they just rush the treatments and keep reminding you off the time, her hands were the best and helped me relax and feel refreshed after the hamam. We talked about life too and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, so I booked her again.
Anastasia at the spa reception - very helpful each time helped with the lockers and brought me tea, guided me and showed me the skincare products.
I'm sorry I can't remember her name and lost the paper she kindly gave me with staff members name and hers - another lovely lady at the spa, from the Philippines, with dark hair and wore a sparkly black headband, she knew I was feeling down that day and hardly slept, we talked about life too and she recommended me the aromatherapy massage to help me relax and fall asleep, which helped and I slept like a baby after my massage with Luh :)
I really appreciate kind people like her and we had a nice chat about life and my day really, my anxiety was gone after the treatment and the chat.
Also the daily assistants in the WhatsApp chat were very helpful, Volkan kindly showed me the resting area before checkout and walked me around the area. I think thats so cool for a hotel to have a, separate resting place before checking out, with the daily assistants nothing was too much and Volkan answered everything.
Bayram at Mak photography, he made me feel more confident with a personal photoshoot, it was fun with a cigar my hat and extra props, the hotel had good lighting and backdrops to try different photos, he knew how to tell a, story with each photo, I will never forget that day I purchased the full photo package and they kindly put 20 photos in an album for me, all my family and friends loved my photos too.
I will come back again for sure, god bless everyone and...
